This place is located 2 miles from my medical center. Unfortunately, there's nothing closer, and I remember last year when I managed to stay right across from my hospital. But the situation forces me to adapt to the circumstances, and I started thinking about how I would get to my procedures by 9 am. I found out that at the reception I can take a bike and reach it in 10 minutes, especially since the hospital has parking for this type of transport. Of course, I could also walk, but let's be honest — not every morning will you be ready for an hour-long walk.

I was so happy when I saw the sunbathing terrace and the large pool at the hotel! It reminded me so much of vacation, and when I go there, I will forget why I even came here. On weekends, I will swim and sunbathe there. I am very satisfied! Another good news is the presence of a fitness center with a large area for workouts. Of course, I won't be lifting weights or running on the treadmill, but stretching a couple of times a week would be great. I also learned that there is a shared kitchen where I can cook something, and that's definitely a plus for me – saving money on cafes and restaurants, and I simply love to cook!

This hotel is quite large, and apparently, the staff is struggling – the cleaning here is mediocre. You might as well go and sweep the dust and sand from the corners yourself. Of course, you can complain at the reception, I think they won't refuse an extra cleaning of the room. If necessary, I will do just that. I always read thoroughly about the pools – this is an important point for me. And I was so upset when I found out that the water has a strong smell of chlorine. I really dislike swimming in such places.

Here is another good option for me. This two-star motel with a large relaxation area is located in a quiet place where I will feel good and calm. At the same time, I am lucky that there is a convenient transport interchange here, and I will be able to get to where I need to go without much effort.

At the same time, I was looking at the rooms — this is by far the best I've seen. Large beds with orthopedic pillows and new mattresses, bathrobes and slippers for each guest, and there is a private bathroom and toilet. There's more than enough space for just me. I was happy with this option.

And I jumped like a child when I learned that I could always have coffee right in the room — I am a true coffee addict and, for me, this is a significant factor in a hotel.

Here I can afford to take a walk, if, of course, the weather is nice. I even checked the weather forecast, and it looks pretty good, it will be sunny. If everything turns out to be true, I can get to my treatments in 45 minutes. And if I feel lazy to walk such a distance in the morning, I can take bus number 1. It takes a 4-minute walk to its stop.

Here you can independently choose dishes from the buffet in the morning and have a great meal! Also, a snack bar is open throughout the day, providing a chance to grab a bite to eat. This is really great, as you don't always want to cook and not everywhere has a kitchen. By the way, there is one here, so I will solve the dinner issue by myself.

I noticed that in Austin, as well as in all of Texas, parking is really a problem, and even leaving your car at the hotel, you have to pay. But here parking is free! If I decide to come with my car, which is very unlikely, this will be useful.

It's great that there is a shared kitchen where you can cook. But where will I store my food? There is no refrigerator here, so it looks like I have to cook for one meal. I will have to consider the option of deliveries.

Also, some services say that there is a pool. Let me dispel expectations: there is none here. What a pity!

After reading reviews about insects, I got a bit put off by this place, as I have been afraid of them since childhood. There are spiders in the photos, and it's terrifying! I won't take a room on the 1st floor! Also, I looked at the photos of the room and didn't understand where I would put my suitcases. It seems very cramped even for just me. Also, there are frequent interruptions in the water pressure in the bathroom, and if you decide to wash your hair in the evening, don't be surprised if the hot water just runs out. Well, I guess I'll have to toughen up.

I liked this accommodation option because it has everything, as if I were going on vacation. I will be able to relax and briefly distract myself from my examination. The positive reviews from travelers also pleased me.

This time I'm lucky! The hotel is located less than 2 miles from the hospital, and if we translate this into time, it can be reached on foot in 40 minutes, by public transport it would take 25 minutes, plus 5 minutes to walk to the stop. And by taxi, I would get there in just 7 minutes. Beautiful!

I will start, perhaps, with the most pleasant thing — there is a large swimming pool and a sunbathing terrace where I can relax and get some sun. It's good that I'm not prohibited from doing this. Another nice aspect is that there is a massage room, which I simply don't have time for in my ordinary life. Also, there is a restaurant at the hotel offering meals in a buffet format. There is also a fitness room where I can walk on the treadmill and stretch on the mats. Awesome!

I can't overlook the obvious downsides of this place. The internet is poor, only working at the reception. If I'm late for the restaurant, I risk eating cold food — the automatic warming of dishes is truly a problem. I have to try to arrive early so that everything doesn't get cold. Also, the elevator often breaks down, but it's good that the building is not tall.
