We are resting for two weeks, going home tomorrow. Advice for newcomers - do not attend meetings upon arrival with guides and do not take so-called "free" excursions. It's just a wasted time and days! All flight information is posted at the reception 24 hours in advance. There are no complaints about the hotel. The territory is well-kept, the pools are clean, breakfasts are abundant and cater to all tastes. There are no queues in the dining room, BUT from 9-10 in the morning, there may be a bit of a crowd; I believe some people save money on vacation and combine breakfast with lunch) In general, you can have coffee with a pastry at 6-7 in the morning and come for a full breakfast at 9. No one will kick you out) Meal vouchers are given, but no one checks or asks for them. Also, if you come before breakfast closes, rest assured that the selection will still be plentiful and definitely not just "what's left." There are no mosquitoes in the room. Close the balcony in the evening and they won't bother you) There were little ants on the balcony in the evening, they seem to be having elections))) they're hanging out on the ceiling, not crawling into the room) Don't be afraid of the language barrier) Here, it's like in the game "charades" - what is unclear in words will be explained with fingers and gestures) Don't hesitate to take excursions with the Thai. They try hard and will do much better than our guides, their karma matters to them) Have a good rest everyone and gentle sea 🙌❤️
In terms of breakfast vouchers😳 we are flying to this hotel for the 7th time, we have only had breakfast-dinner, and vouchers were only for dinner. If there was no dinner, no vouchers were given to us 🤪
We have been to the hotel 3 times, and every year they give these vouchers. You probably just got used to not paying attention to them over all these years) they are given along with the key to the room.

This is my third time at this hotel. They always give such vouchers together with the room card) They just are never asked for at breakfast. Entry is free🙌
The vacation was enjoyable, the hotel as well. Did not like the lack of sidewalks (they are used for parking, you can only walk on the roadway) and there were quite a few people. The sea is great, fruits, nature, weather. Keep in mind that the hotel, and in general Naiton, is not a party place, rather a relaxation spot.
We are eating with a 2-year-old child, we will be in a stroller, it is a bit scary that there are no sidewalks ) well, at least there are probably not as many people as in Karon and Kata. Can you tell me, is food in cafes really expensive? They say the prices are 2-3 times higher than in Karon and Kata 😱
We ate everywhere during our month of vacation and didn't get food poisoning. The cheapest food is in the street cafes. We went to "Mama Noi" every other day, we liked it. We ate at the hotel restaurant, occasionally ordered pizza. But mostly we had fruits, they were quite fresh from the fridge.
Oh, thank you for the response, but is there no food market like on Kate?
There are fruit carts and grill stations. They cook in front of you, food from the fire, delicious and sterile) At "Mama Noy," each dish is also prepared individually. You can get fish, meat, and shrimp grilled right outside. There is food for every taste.
We were at this hotel in February 2008. Our room had access to the pool. The impression of the hotel was excellent: a great beach with crystal clear water, the beach is very close to the hotel, with a crossing over the road, almost deserted beach, with colorful fish near the rocks (for those who like to snorkel), a beautiful pool and room in the hotel, and in the evenings there was live music (a singer sang smooth jazz). We went to the city for a magnificent Fantasy show, the zoo, and other excursions. On the downside - there were waves in the sea during our entire stay, but we were young then and were not afraid, we learned to enter the sea sideways, ride the waves, and dive under the waves. The hotel is located away from the center, and taxis in Phuket are expensive, so it gets a bit boring in the evenings and the dining options are limited. When I think of the Naitonbury hotel, the bright sun, the empty beach with crystal waves during the day, and the gurgling streams of fountains in the pool against the backdrop of enchanting saxophone music in the evenings come to mind.
You can now order a taxi at a reasonable price through the app. We returned from there a month ago.
We vacationed in early September, everything was fabulous: food, service, pools, territory, everything you need is there. The only downside is that it's quite far to the center, about an hour by taxi. But it's not critical; we just have a child who doesn't handle taxi rides well, so we are looking for something closer to the center.
We were here with my husband in early December, we really liked everything, the room was good, clean, there were no smells, the pools were constantly cleaned and maintained, the food was also all right, there was plenty to choose from. In general, we didn't find any downsides. If we wanted to go to the center or have some variety, we just took a bike and went.

Top 265 tips for your stay at Naithonburi Beach Resort SHA Plus+
Question about check-in, can we check in earlier or is it only from 2 PM that check-in starts? We have an early arrival. Since the hotel is not far away, we will be there around 8 AM.
It, like everywhere else, depends on the availability of free rooms in your category. We have been there 3 times and it's always different. Sometimes we checked in earlier and sometimes not (in that case, you leave your things at the reception, change there, there's a restroom nearby, and you can go to the beach and the pools). You can go for breakfast, it's until 11:00, entrance is free, and the selection is delicious))
Hello, could you tell me if there are elevators?
There are elevators everywhere.
Good day, everyone. Question: are breakfasts by vouchers? And is there a deposit at the hotel? And how noisy is it from the construction nearby?
No, breakfasts are not by coupons. There is no deposit, the construction is not visible or audible.
Guys, is it worth bringing mosquito repellent from home? Maybe spirals or tablets? Is there any in the rooms?
We had amenities in the room, but we didn't use them even once in 3 years.
Please let me know about the water in the pools - is it cold or warm, comfortable?
Very warm!
Could you tell me if there is a laundry nearby the hotel??? I couldn't find one?! Because there is none on the corner here?!
At the junction of Building 4 and Building 5.
On the hotel premises??
Yes. You can buy both an air conditioner and detergent there.
So you wash it yourself there? Not like you hand it in and pick it up tomorrow?
Yes, independently. You throw money into the coin acceptor, the powder is paid separately, and the air conditioning, if needed, is also paid separately.

Here.
How much does laundry cost?
50 baht in coins for washing and 50 baht in coins for drying. 15 baht for detergent at the terminal. If Tops has opened nearby, I recommend buying the detergent there for 5 baht.
Good evening, could you please tell me the nearest water park to this hotel that can be visited with children, if someone has been there.
"Splash Jungle Water Park" near the airport.
How long does it take to get there? What is the cost of a taxi?

About 30 minutes
In Phuket, there is a newer and more interesting water park, Andamanda, much cooler than Splash.

So the question was not the best one, but the closest one. It takes more than an hour to get to Andaman.
Is it already prohibited to give better advice? I'm not imposing on anyone. And if there are no traffic jams, it takes a maximum of half an hour to get there.
Please tell me where I can eat delicious tom yum near the hotel? 🤤
We liked "Mama Noi" the most. The flavors in the makashnits are a bit different.
From the hotel, if you are facing the sea, which direction should you go? Where is Mama Noey?
Go left for about half a kilometer, on the seaside, across from the school. If you go further, there will be a famous staircase down to the beach.
We prefer Tom Yum at the Putawan cafe near the entrance to Pullman.
Good afternoon! We are planning to stay at this hotel. Could you please tell me if there are restrooms and a shower on the beach?
No.
Please let me know if, when purchasing a tour to this hotel with breakfast, lunch, and dinner included, drinks and alcohol will be part of the cost?
Drinks are separate, alcohol is cheaper at the store, you can bring your own. Just keep in mind that you won't have room for fruits then))) For those who have dinners, vouchers for 500 baht were given, orders from the menu for that amount, you can pay extra, but no change is given.
No, no drinks are included. We offer breakfast + dinner, which is very convenient. But keep in mind, dinner is a la carte, not a buffet...

Please tell me how to get from the hotel to this staircase on Nightone?
From the hotel, go left along the beach, the road goes smoothly uphill. Right after "Mama Noi" there will be this staircase. The way back is more interesting along the beach.
Good afternoon, can I exchange currency near the hotel? Or is it better at the airport?
Yes, there is an exchange office next to the hotel. It's expensive at the airport.
Good afternoon, can you tell me if there is a 7/11 near the hotel?
No
Are there any small shops with miscellaneous items, drinks, and simple food?
There are shops in the hotel and to the left of the exit.
In the 20s of December, Tops opened nearby.
Is the Tops store opened far from the hotel?
Literally "around the corner." From the hotel, to the left.
Tops is a good store and the prices are cheaper than at 7/11.
And the nearest 7/11? Who knows?
By taxi, it's 15 minutes.
And how much does a taxi cost for such a distance?

Here are the prices
Not within walking distance.
Hello, please let me know how long it takes to get from the airport to the hotel and if taking a taxi, how much it might cost? Thank you in advance.
It takes about 15 minutes, the fare varies, at the airport from 1100 to 650 baht. It's cheaper through the app, but you need a SIM card. From the airport, you exit and go left; along the way, there are booths (kiosks) with large prices to all the main beaches, the further you go towards the exit, the cheaper it gets. On the way back, we took a taxi opposite the hotel for 400, because there will always be clients from the airport, while from the village of Naiton, which is off the main road, there are none, especially in the evening.
Why do you need a SIM card? If connecting via Wi-Fi doesn’t allow you to order, isn’t there free Wi-Fi at the airport?
Yes, the internet at the airport is free, but not all taxis can enter the territory. Generally, you need to exit the airport to the road and find the car, which is quite far. We were there in the evening, with luggage. If you're traveling light and it's still light outside, you can try without connection.
Hello! I am considering this hotel for a vacation at the end of April, can you tell me how far it is to the sea? Are there any cafes nearby where you can eat cheaply?
Good evening, the sea is across the road from the hotel, there are many cafes nearby, of different budgets.
Everything is nearby, this is not even a road, as there is no traffic there.
Traffic on the road is very busy, but during the day there is a staff member at the hotel to help cross.
A two-lane road, there are more people than cars on it. Therefore, the speed of the cars is not high.
Please tell me, can I pay at the hotel with a Union Pay card from Gazprom Bank?
Gazprombank is no longer operating anywhere in Thailand. Not since November.
We are Rosselkhozbank UnionPay, we make payments.
Guys, does anyone live or have lived in a room with no view, are they really terrible??
Yes, the rooms are normal, it just depends on luck, usually it's building 8 with a view of the clearing or utility buildings/parking. The rooms themselves are like in the whole hotel, with tiles on the floor, etc., allegedly the view is nothing special.
Hello everyone! Can anyone tell me who has been for massages near the hotel? What can you recommend? To the right of the hotel, we saw a massage place where the girls are in red uniforms; maybe someone has been there? Please share your experience ☺️🙏🏻
We walk to the right every year. The girls in red kimonos do a great job.
We're just heading there))
Good afternoon, please share a review about the massage! If it's not too much trouble, take a photo of the salon's facade)))
Good afternoon! We had a foot massage there yesterday, my husband and I liked it. The foot massage includes the leg up to the knee, with a focus on the feet, and then we sat on the couch and they massaged our shoulders, bent our arms, stretched our backs, and massaged our heads a little. They massaged our legs with oil, it was lighter for me, they worked harder on my husband, he said the girl was fragile, but she really pressed on him strongly, poking his feet with a stick))) In general, it's a clean, nice place. I can send a photo of the facade a little later. They are right next to Naiton, the girls in red kimonos, they are the only ones like that there.
Could you please tell me if there is Russian-speaking staff in the hotel?
Through Google Translate. But there is none otherwise.
There seems to be no English speakers there. I tried to talk to them in English, but it was like hitting a wall. They are very stubborn. If you want to communicate with them, then learn their language..🤷 They were all given special translators that resemble old keypad mobile phones. And they are all fine with that. Why learn other languages when a translator quickly and accurately translates aloud?
Hello, do we need to bring beach mats with us? I mean, take them with us?
No. There's no point. Here, you can take up to three towels per person, and nobody will say anything. We were given such a mat for free by someone who left. When we leave, we'll also leave it.
Hello, in our request, a superior pool view room is specified. What view is usually opened with this characteristic?

This was our view from the superior pool view. Plus, Alyonka with tea for the girls at the reception. 🙈😂
How does the room selection process work? Is it discussed at the reception, or if you don't say anything, will they just give you whatever they have?
Well, you can certainly express your preferences, but you will get what you get. If something does not suit you there, you can ask for a change, but there is no guarantee that they will change it.
Good morning, can you please tell me if there is an iron and ironing board in the room?
no
They provide it at the first request at the reception. While I was there, they already called the staff, and by the time I got to the room, the iron and board were already there.
Hello! Could you please tell me if there is a deposit at the hotel and how much it is?
There's none of it, absolutely none, neither deposits, nor bracelets, nor cards for towels... complete freedom!) In the room, they put packets of instant coffee and tea. I highly recommend keeping those packets, even if you don't drink that kind of coffee. It's really good. My husband was grumbling all month: are you really going to take that? But then he stumbled upon it and asked: where did we get such great coffee?)))
According to 100%
Good morning, could you please tell me if the bar by the pool area is already open?
Bars by the pools were closed after the pandemic...

What kind of cafeteria is this?
Good evening!🌺 Coffee + desserts. On the day of arrival, it seems they offer a treat for free! We weren't treated.😏🤨 In the following days, judging (including) by the number of people there, or rather by their absence,🧐 we decided that it was paid! + there's a sticker "Visa" on the glass door. However, you can always take a peek and find out everything with an irresistible😃 desire for dessert.🥳 Everything is very beautifully decorated there, of course.))
On the day of arrival, while waiting for the room, it was free. In the following days, access was charged. Coffee 50 baht, desserts I don't know.
Desserts like 60 baht were said to be any pastry.
Earlier, before the coronavirus, there was breakfast just like in the main restaurant. Now I have only seen it opened for conference attendees.
On the day of check-in, while we waited for the accommodation, they offered free coffee and pastries. After that, it was only for a fee. We bought pastries there a couple of times when we craved something sweet.
Good afternoon. Is there a surfboard, SUP, or wake surfing rental near the hotel or on nearby beaches?
I saw the jet skis on the beach, right by the hotel; I either didn't notice anything else or it wasn't there🤷♀️. I saw people on motorized boards many times (I don't know exactly what this thing is called), but I think they bring it with them.
Right across from the hotel, there is a surfboard rental.
Could you please tell me if the sockets are standard? Do I need to take an extension cord, like in the UAE?
No need to take anything, the sockets are suitable.
Good afternoon, can you tell me if there is a pharmacy near the hotel?
There are pharmacies on the right and left sides of the hotel.
Has anyone taken the half-board from the tour operator? What do lunch and dinner consist of? Buffet or à la carte?
On the menu. It seems you can get for 500 or 600 baht. Breakfast - buffet.
500 baht according to the menu. If you order more, you will have to pay extra. If less, it will be forfeited. If you have an order for a smaller amount, please add something like desserts and take it with you in a box. Many dinners have been canceled due to intestinal infections.
Calculate the difference in the cost of the tour: if dinner for one costs less than five hundred when converted to baht, go for it; if it's not beneficial, it's easier to eat freely at the hotel restaurant, as not everyone can eat for 500.
That's right, we spent 1000 for three on dinner.
Is there a lot of trash on Nighton Beach?

Naiton was very clean in January.
Does the staff speak English at the reception? Maybe they speak a little Russian too?
Telephone, explained through the translator.
They speak in English. If it's hard to understand each other, they turn on a voice translator from Thai to Russian.
The reception staff have portable translators; you explain in Russian what you need, and it translates to Thai for them, and vice versa.
Hello everyone. We are coming soon with our families, please suggest a café where you ate and liked it. If you can take a photo of the sign so I can find it easily, I would appreciate it. There are many of them along the road from the hotel. Thanks in advance ☀️
We dined at the hotel restaurant. This hotel is a rare case in Thailand where the prices in the restaurant are not significantly different from the restaurants outside the gate.
We only dined at the hotel, as we were traveling with a child and didn't want to check other places. The prices are the same as outside, and the menu selection is good. After two weeks, of course, it gets boring to eat the same thing, but at least there were no food poisonings. There is a café with pizza and a coffee shop on the hotel grounds, and the selection of cafés outside the hotel is limited.
Good afternoon! Does anyone know what promo room means? I saw that we have such accommodation. Is it a room without a window or in the basement? 😭
It is unlikely, but there are rooms on the top floor in the building without an elevator, some have a small balcony.
Most often, this is a regular standard room👌 In this hotel, there are definitely no windowless rooms in the basement)))) Don't worry🌸 Have a great stay🙌
Good afternoon! Please tell me, which room is better to choose here: a regular Superior or the same one with a view of the pool? Is it worth paying extra for a pool view?
It depends on whether you need a view. The view of the lawn is also excellent. We're not overly concerned. Someone wrote that they took a view of the pool, but it is obstructed by a palm tree.
Hello, could you tell me the building numbers in the hotel immediately to the left of the massage area opposite the sandy pool and to the right, and how many floors are there in the building?
1) Take the upper floors. The view in the mornings is 🔥 Every day, white and pink storks arrive in the lawn.
Have you seen car rental near the hotel? I read that it's convenient to rent a car nearby. I'm just thinking whether to book in advance or rent it for a couple of days upon arrival.
We always rent a bike from the curly guy in front of the hotel. We haven't seen any cars.
I saw, a little further from the curly-haired guy with bikes. From the hotel exit to the left, before reaching the pharmacy.
The massage in the hotel spa is good, maybe someone has been? 🤔
Only went there. You need to make an appointment in advance. Towels are always clean, the fan blows outside. A bit more expensive than at massage salons, but you don’t need to go anywhere.
My husband and I didn't like the Thai or oil massages, they were too soft. The girls there have a high turnover, maybe they get tired. We liked the foot massage on the right side of the road from the hotel, where the girls in red uniforms work, especially the older ones do a great job.
It's just necessary to say that you want it harder. They were pressing my husband very firmly, I asked for light, but their light was a bit too hard for me.
Could you please tell me… is there a bathroom on the hotel beach?
Did not see, the hotel is across the road, it's not far to run.
No, I haven't seen it anywhere in Phuket.. definitely not in Naiton, there's a hotel nearby.
I have never seen toilets on the beaches in Thailand. Moreover, Naiton Beach is not very large; it takes no more than 10-15 minutes to reach the hotel from the furthest point of the beach.
No, well, either I didn’t find it after 4 visits 😂
Which room here is "non-noisy"? Does the building matter?)
I would choose a higher floor, buildings 1 and 2 are definitely the noisiest.
We stayed in building 1, the silence is absolute. There's a small child behind the wall - you wouldn't know at all if it weren't for the stroller by the door. Yes, you can hear people on the balcony, it's a pool after all, but mostly a man was smoking there. In the mornings, I opened the window wide while it wasn't hot, but it's quiet in the morning :)
Is the hairdryer okay here in the room?
Yes
Please let me know until what time the bar in the hotel is open (evening) and if it's possible to have a snack around 10:00 PM? (We are arriving late in the evening). Thank you.
The restaurant worker told me that they close at 22:25, I didn’t make it, I went to the store for noodles, it’s open until 23:00. There’s not much else in the store 😩
You can drink tea/coffee in the room if you bring a snack with you.
The cafe near the hotel is open until 24:00, can you let me know? Thank you.
Hardly, at this time it is quiet and peaceful. Take it with you just in case. It's also unpredictable at the airport; you may pass through security quickly, or you may get stuck, depending on how many flights have arrived at the same time.
They work if there are visitors)) In January, my husband and I went to the cafe immediately to the right of the exit at 11:00 PM, we drank cocktails and they played our music, whatever we wanted, they made cocktails😁 Also, to the right, immediately behind the pharmacy, the restaurant was open until we couldn’t stay awake until about midnight)) When you arrive/get there, walk in both directions, ask if you can eat, maybe you’ll get lucky)))
It's in the peak season)) unlikely before December)
That's why I wrote that in January)) In May, the room/terrace and two chairs are already reserved for 22:00 😁 We didn't linger in the restaurants in the evening, didn't feel like it))) But still, there was one time when we sat in the café on the right, on the second floor until about 24:00, there is no roof, an open area and a large table))
Good afternoon everyone) So we have a trip for a birthday😉… Could you please let me know if there are good restaurants nearby the hotel where the food is well-prepared (not fast food), tasty… is there any not very spicy food? Or do we need to go somewhere and there are no cafes near the hotel?🤔 Thank you
There are cafés. And with Russian cuisine as well. I don't know how good they are, we mainly eat at the food stalls and the hotel restaurant.
The hotel has a good restaurant; we once went there for lunch with the family.
You can actually not go anywhere, the hotel has a decent restaurant). You can go to the nearby good Porto de Phuket.
Please tell me, is the beach with a beautiful wooden staircase far from the hotel, how to get there?🤔
This is the beach by the hotel, just need to walk to the end of the beach to the rocks. From the entrance, to the left.
If you are facing the water, which way to move, right/left?
To the left. Almost to the end of the beach.

It's so messy there) but you can take a photo, find a good angle. I was expecting something different 🤣
Yes, we were also shocked by the trash.
There is a wild beach there, no hotels nearby - apparently, there is no one to clean it.
Yes, wild.
But the photo turned out beautiful ) What time is best to go so that I can take the photo without people?
There are usually not many people there, it's impossible to swim, and no one really does that, they only come for photos and leave right away.
Is there a store at the hotel where you can buy sunscreen cream, etc.? Most likely, we will only fly with carry-on luggage... please let me know.
Yes, there is a shop in the hotel. And nearby, in two minutes.
Oh, great, thank you. For the face cream, I can only take that… but the shampoo, etc.… is everything nearby?
Shampoo, etc. is available in the room) Body lotion. And conditioner. There is a washing machine on the hotel premises, you can get detergent there and wash your clothes if needed.
Shampoo and everything else is in the room. We even buy toothbrushes and toothpaste there at the store for vacation.
Is this store right next to the hotel? And is the 7/11 far from there?🤔
Yes, there is one store right in the hotel, and another right at the hotel's entrance. You definitely won't reach 7/11 on foot, but I've heard there's a small one somewhere nearby, though we have never been there.
Please tell me which building is the best to choose here?
I'm not being objective here😅 I can recommend the 9th floor with a pool view. The 8th floor seemed noisy to me, there's a restaurant nearby, but I didn't stay there, so I can't say for sure.
We are on the 8th floor right above the restaurant, it is not noisy at all on the 5th floor. The only downside is that the view was supposed to be of the pool, but a huge banana tree has blocked the entire view.
But behind it, there is a view of the pool 😂 but really, from my perspective, all the buildings there are great.
We are in the second building, the pool is not noisy. The view is wonderful. Everything is nearby!
Good afternoon, everyone! ☀️ Dear guests, could you please tell me if it's worth taking a mask 🤿, is there something to see here?
It is worth taking equipment if you plan to go out to the coral reefs. What the tour organizers provide is not very good! However, in the summer, the national park of the reefs was closed to visitors. For an indefinite period. In the off-season, the snorkeling is not suitable.
On the left at the beach, by the rocks, there are fish, not Egypt, of course, but morays and napoleons swim😁
Good afternoon or evening. I have read many reviews about this hotel. Everything is great and clear, but I have a question about the nearby infrastructure! Is there a 7/11 and are there at least 10 cafes... for dinner?! Very curious. We are planning to arrive in December.
The nearest 7/11 is 3.5 km away. There is a store right in the hotel and there is a Nighton Market nearby. We did not encounter hungry people; there is a lot of food in different places and at various prices. Everything was perfect with digestion.
10 unlikely. Naiton is one street. Small.
Here the question is different: if you select 2-4 cafes where you find the food delicious, you will definitely not visit the other 10.
There are restaurants, there are cafes, there are street food vendors, everything is very tasty everywhere. There is a shop right in the hotel and near the hotel, we thought we might go to 7/11, but there was no need at all, everything we need is available. You can eat for any budget, the street food vendors also cook very deliciously and many opt for them, making it very cheap (one dish on average costs 100-120 baht). Eating at a cafe for a family costs 1000-1500 baht. Eating at the hotel is also not expensive, which is surprising, the prices are the same as on the street. There is a Wanda cafe - there you can find Russian soups, dumplings, and nuggets. My youngest has had his fill of Thai food and now eats there, and at the hotel, there is also European food on the menu.
The hotel is nice, the sea is gorgeous. But taking a taxi to go somewhere is expensive. The infrastructure is not very developed. There is basically nowhere to walk around. But it has always been like that. For those who love a quiet, leisurely holiday without people. As for shops and everything else, that's in another place.
Thank you! Last year we were at Surin Beach. As I understand, it's similar, but a bit less crowded :) I would say that this is exactly the kind of vacation we want, to relax away from all the hustle and bustle.
Then you will like it. There is a place to eat, a currency exchange, a shop, and massages as well. The fruits and the street food are excellent. I always choose in Thailand to have a great sea. Here the sea is perfect for me. The nature is very beautiful. And there are places to be alone.
Well, it's nothing like Surin. At all. Well, except for the sea and the sand😁. Compared to Surin, Naithon is a deserted place😁.
Please tell me what strong alcohol is available in the store at the hotel or nearby? We are flying tomorrow and found out that we can only bring 1 liter per person with us 😭
Everyone drinks the local rum, which is quite good; we went to Macro for it, 20 minutes by taxi from Naiton. There, all alcohol is cheaper when bought in bulk than in stores; beer is available in packs of 6-12 bottles (cans), and there are packs of 24 pieces. The price was 41 baht, while at the hotel it was 60.
I heard that the local rum is awful🥴 how much does it cost?
Who told you this nonsense? Rum is quite tasty, especially "San Sanych," we always bring it home, both for ourselves and friends ask for it.
Well, it seems that our Cuban community does not recognize Thai after Cuban rum))
Not excluded. But I like Thai much more than Cuban. It's softer.
I support.
I actually like Thai more than Cuban. It's a shame you were told otherwise. We drink it every year and it's fine.
Hello) Is there a photo of this rum? Please send it, so I don't mix it up)

Here it is
Don't listen, it's a normal novel. 🤓😁
Sang Som is a good local rum, don't take Geng Tong, it already tastes like swill, although I drank it too, about 7 years ago, until I quit) There is also a lot of imported options for every taste, but it's more expensive, though cheaper than at home.

Rum. It is sold everywhere. You can buy it in any supermarket and drink it at the hotel restaurant during dinner. They will bring the shot glasses.

This one is not bad either.
Good afternoon, is a spray needed for mosquitoes?
Yes, we were splashed when we were sitting on the balcony, mosquitoes were biting. Well, we sprayed the balcony against the ants, I don't know how they crawl up to the 3rd floor, but they were on the balcony.
Guys, good afternoon! Can you advise on the food situation? We have a 1.5-year-old child - how is the food in the hotel, is it worth taking FB or can we feed the little one at nearby cafes?
It depends on what he is used to. Soups are everywhere, cutlets and rice porridge - you will be offered these everywhere, even in street food stalls there is something to eat.
Last January, our little picky eater was 1.8 years old, devouring everything with both cheeks (at home, we couldn't feed her anything), there were no consequences or anything else at all. In the café to the right at the exit, the steamed shrimp cutlets are very tasty, in the sauces there are fish and shrimp, chicken on a skewer with rice, in general, we were surprisingly able to feed the child plenty)))) I wouldn't choose fb, the food from the menu (which is not very extensive) has a considerable surcharge for this type of dining, but you will be very limited in your choices 🤷♀️
It's not worth taking the FB; it may happen that there will be nothing for the child to eat from the menu at the hotel.
Could you please let me know how things are upon arrival? And what about the renovation, is it still ongoing?
Renovation in the building near the 9th, they are periodically drilling and hammering, but not too loud. And in some building near the pool with the elephants, they are also hammering. Up to the 9th, the sound reaches when the balcony is open. By the way, in the 2nd building (by the pool with the elephants), there is indeed a strong smell of sewage on the first floor. For your information.
Guys, tell me, if I have lunch or dinner at the hotel restaurant, can I do it at any time?
You can eat anywhere, but it's not amazing, they cook mediocre food, don't be afraid to take food near the hotel and restaurants. Nearby, they cook tastier. We just got home; while we were there for 10 days with the kids, we did not observe any fun troubles or food poisoning.
Where did you eat more often? Where is better to go?
The barbecue spot to the right of the hotel is the newest (shrimp, kebabs, delicious fish), to the left, the barbecue spot on the hotel side fries chicken well, the restaurant is the first on the left with a name starting with V, they have cream soup, chicken and mushroom, which is very good for kids, and as for rice (seafood, chicken), this is specifically about children's preferences. After reading numerous fears about intestinal disorders this season, we were very worried about getting sick with our 2 kids, but it turned out fine.
Restaurant Wiwan I like
Yes, yes he is 👍😊
Also his favorite! By the way, it has been around for a very long time. The first time we went was back in 2009, it was already operating and we ate there too! The street food stalls are also delicious. I was very afraid of food poisoning and rotavirus for the child - thank God it was avoided. 🙏🏻
We went to a restaurant next to the Pullman hotel. The portions are large, we liked it. Prices are higher for some items and lower for others. From Naitonburi, turn right. Walk along the seaside. After the turn to the right, there will be a banner "luxory something" and immediately behind it is a small restaurant. It takes about 5 minutes to walk at a slow pace.
Are there tours to Phi Phi from this hotel, etc.? I read that the hotel is in a "remote" location.🤷♀️
Excursions are available from any hotel in Phuket; the only thing is there may be a small additional charge for the transfer due to its distance, around 200 - 300 baht approximately per car.
Please tell me. I signed up for a massage at the hotel, but I have no idea which one. How is everything arranged there? I just wrote down my room number for the time being. How can I understand who and which one specifically? I'm like Pavlov's dog, and I'm deaf-mute. Not a word of English at all.
Usually, when you make a reservation, they ask which massage - Thai or oil massage. But even if you just made an appointment, I think there won't be any problems to clarify which one you need on the spot. The prices were listed on the board. As for who - they will choose the masseuse for you on site.
Massage in the hotel? Is there a good massage nearby the hotel, varied, like foot massage, for example, after such a long flight, etc.? Please let me know 😊.
There are plenty of massage parlors around, a good one to the left of the hotel by the exchange office. The masseuse's name is Mol! She is just wonderful!!!
Do I need to go past the exchange office and immediately after it? Or before the exchange office, closer to the hotel? Where is that wonderful Mol?
Behind the exchange office, there is a salon, and to the left, there's something like a hairdresser and a little shop with rags. The girls usually sit at a table in front of the doors. Ask them, they will help you.
Tell your last name to the employee at the table, and for the first time, take an Oil massage. If you like it, extend it.
Thank you. I took the oil. They didn't even ask for my last name. I paid in cash right away. That poor Thai woman was trying to crack my joints. She doesn't know that I'm all cemented up)
The hotel offers a fantastic facial massage, and they also thoroughly knead your hands, feet, and back right down to the fingertips. The face feels amazing, just without a scrub if you are going to do the course several times.
According to the question number, what category of room should I choose, what do you recommend, priority - quiet/noisy side, is there such a thing?
The best rooms are Superior pool view, buildings 4 and 5. Wonderful view and quiet.
It seems like a view of the pool, is it quiet or is there no one swimming there?))
These are buildings 1, 2, 3, where yes, there is a pool under the windows. The most optimal option is buildings 4, 5, and 6. It's quiet and the view is beautiful. Or if you want to be completely remote, building 9, category Superior roh. They also have a pool view this year, although you can only see a small edge of the pool.
Are there any cafes near the hotel, and is the food in the hotel decent?
Of course, everything is within walking distance, everything is delicious, don't be afraid to eat at the street food stalls as well. And, if you're too lazy to go out, you can eat in the hotel restaurant for both lunch and dinner. The prices are practically the same as in the cafes. And the Pina Colada and Mai Tai are very tasty ❤️
Oksana, thank you very much, I read above that you have been to this hotel many times ) Can you recommend a café, so to speak, tried and tested?)
Well, most often we went to the Putawan cafe, which is to the right down the road from the hotel, around the corner near the Pullman Phuket Arcadia Hotel, and the second establishment is to the left of the hotel, the "At the German" cafe.
This is one of the few hotels where restaurant prices are the same as in street restaurants.
Is there a question about sun loungers on the beach, are they available?
There are no sunbeds, I won't comment on the rest, I wasn't there in March, I didn't go to Karon.
Okay, thank you. Sunbathing on a towel 🤔
Either a towel that can be exchanged several times by the pool, or another mat that is sold at every corner there.
This beach has a big plus. It’s under the trees, you can lie there all day (unlike Kata-Karon). Everyone is lying on mats with towels in the shade. Nearby, there are fruits, shakes, and street food vendors. They even brought it right to the beach 😄. The hotel is simply wonderful if you’re not looking for the hustle and bustle like in the center of the island. For relaxation - just what the doctor ordered!
Could you please tell me how far the 7/11 store is from the hotel? Is it not possible to walk there?
You can reach it, it's about 2 km uphill, but there are no sidewalks on the road with sharp turns (not safe in terms of cars that may not see you), plus constantly in the sun, I never dared🙈We took a taxi on the way to/from the hotel, or in a rented car.
Please tell me, we have a superior ROH room. 2 rooms, but they were purchased separately. We did write in the comments that we want connecting rooms, as we were told that there are such rooms here with an interconnecting door. Who knows about the room categories? I found information that our category is only in buildings 8 and 9. I still didn't understand which buildings are better? It seems everyone has their own preferences )
I only know that the 8th building is the cheapest, and the 9th is the most expensive.
1, 2 and 3 definitely have a pool view, in the 9th floor deluxe rooms (but I don't know if they have a view of the pool or the mountains).
There are directions both ways, to the pool and to the mountains.
I mean, I don't know about the category of rooms with a "mountain view." They posted a photo, but in reality, there is a view of the building of another hotel) it's disappointing to end up like that. I definitely saw such a 2-room unit in the 3rd building. They mentioned the 9th building having such rooms.

"Mountain view" is available to guests from all buildings: when you go for breakfast, don't sit near the food, but walk ahead toward the massage area. The tables are placed one by one along the lawn; every day we leisurely ate/drank for an hour (yes, you have to walk a bit to get to the food), enjoying the mountains, the white birds on the lawn, feeding the starling, sometimes hearing the trumpet of an elephant... a gentle breeze, palm trees, the morning sun. For me, it was the most pleasant free bonus, as the "pool view" was beautiful, but during the day it was hot and noisy on the balcony, in the evening there were mosquitoes, and at night my husband heard some drunken arguments a couple of times, and he liked it, he was worried about them)))
Favorite table 😍
Yes, it hasn't gotten boring to look at this beauty for a month. However, there was no salt shaker, but everything else was excellent, we drank coffee for a long time, until the last...
We are currently relaxing and chose the simplest option without a pool view. The operator assured us that there would be a room with a view of the road, but we unexpectedly got a room with a view of the pool.
Lucky, we also easily got such a room last year. This time, due to renovations, we had to pay extra. It was July. Perhaps the renovations have moved now and rooms are being given this way. Have a great vacation🌴
In general, I understood that it is possible to request an upgrade to a higher category room for an additional fee. Probably then upon arrival, we can immediately ask to extend our stay for a day, as we would like to rest with the children before the flight instead of sitting on our suitcases.
This will depend on the availability of rooms. One year we extended without any problems. Last year we were denied. We left our suitcases at the reception and spent the whole day by the pools. Then we changed and went to the plane.
We stayed in both buildings 8 and 9. In the room, there is a double bed and a single bed, as well as a sofa. In building 9, we had a room with a door to the neighboring room, which was locked and blocked by a bedside table. The view was right onto the neighboring hotel under construction and a side view of the mountain. But we only stayed in the hotel for sleep, so we didn't feel any discomfort with the view. In the mornings, we sat on the balcony, drank coffee, and looked at the mountain. In building 8, there was exactly the same room, only without a door and with a view of the lawn and trees, behind which is the road.

We are currently in building 9, with a view of the pool, everything is very good, the view is excellent ❤
Question: How does everyone dry their clothes in the hotel? I understand there is a laundry service? Is there a drying rack in the room?
We had it, but it was of little use, especially during the rainy season when nothing dries at all. All the things are damp and smell after a day. We went to the dry cleaners or in the hotel, you can wash and dry them. You can search for automatic washing with a full load; it's cheaper that way. We looked for the nearest one on the map and carried our things there. Prices are about the same everywhere.
In Nightonbury, there is a paid dryer, we used it before the flight to make the suitcase not so heavy, but it was not completely dry.
Are there really very old rooms here? I see the tiles in the rooms are some kind of brick uneven))) the decor is quite simple)
But the room is spacious. The mattress is excellent, the striped satin bedding was changed every day, there are plenty of snow-white towels, a shower, a bathtub, and a bidet shower. And just how many drawers and shelves there are...
There are rooms in the new buildings with laminate flooring (building 8). They checked us in there. But this laminate is raised everywhere. In the morning, we paid an extra 5500 baht to move to our favorite "old" building with tile flooring.
Why was there an extra charge - is there a different room category there? If you write there now about the renovation, is the sound of the jackhammer still audible on the premises?
We were there in July. Yes, we moved to the "old" block for a fee. It has a pool view category. We have been living there for 3 years in a row. In July, there was active renovation in blocks 4 and 6. During our stay, it started in block 2. Maybe it is already close to completion. Maybe someone will respond about what is happening now.
To pay almost 16,000 rubles for a move!!? You really count your money.. Although, most likely you don’t count it at all and just waste it. We moved for 500 rubles, 178 baht.
500 baht per day difference between the gloomy building 8 and the 3rd one, with a beautiful view. It's worth it. I called the travel agent, she calculated that the difference between these categories is exactly 20 thousand rubles for 2 weeks. It's worth it 🌸🌴
Yes, the view is important. It's not critical if you spend little time in the room. But when I see a photo of the view of the pool, I understand that there is a reason to pay extra.
And yes, last year we arranged a good building for Russian chocolate. In the summer, there were few places available since 3 buildings were closed for repairs. Therefore, we paid an extra 500 bat per day.
Good afternoon! Which one is the old building?
I can't say for sure, but it turns out to be 1, 2, and 3.
Hello everyone :) Who has been here with kids? Where can I take them? I wanted to see the elephants, but I'm a bit scared of excursions, especially off-season. What else can we do for entertainment if it rains? The kids are 8 and 6 years old.
You can only walk to the elephants on the territory. But in the rain, it’s better to take a taxi for safety. During long rainfalls, it’s probably best to go to the shopping mall. On the hotel premises, there is a gaming area, tennis, gaming consoles with games, music videos, foosball with 2 tables, and billiards. All of this is popular, especially in the evenings. There is a large room with air conditioning and soft sofas. There is a gym, with water available and cups. It’s delicious to eat everywhere, depending on the allocated budget. Both street food vendors and restaurants have tasty food. We went to Wiwan. It’s about 100 meters to the left from the hotel exit. They have a mahogany interior. In winter, there is a large boat with seafood on ice in front of the restaurant. It wasn’t there in the summer. Regarding the excursion I mentioned earlier, there’s nothing to be afraid of at all. I went in the summer with children. The rains feel like a breath of fresh air in the heat. There are a lot of animals and interesting things for children. Many memories for the kids. (They take a photo of you while on an elephant and later give it back in a beautiful frame, then inform you that the frame is made from the elephant’s biomaterial😁)
We were choosing between a hotel in Bang Tao and Naiton. We chose Naiton because we liked the hotel more, but actually Bang Tao has a better beach, it seems bigger at least. Who has been both places, what do you say? On Google Maps, Naiton seems tiny) is it crowded for vacationers there?

Naiton and Bang Tao are completely different. Naiton +/- 1 km. and besides sunbathers on the beach, there is nothing more. To the north (closer to Pullman) it's more crowded, in the southern part there are really none. Bang Tao ... is action: hotels, beach clubs (2 large), little restaurants, sun loungers and ... roosters 🤓😁 Photo - view from the middle of Naiton to the south of the beach. Video - Bang Tao.

This is entirely Naiton in July.
Video before lunch. This beach is beautiful with its shaded area. There are places to hide from the sun! We were also there this July.

This morning
Good afternoon! Please tell me, is there a spa on the hotel premises?
Yes, but we went outside the area. It’s cheaper and better there.
On the premises, everything is 500 per hour, individual 600. Outside the premises 400 per hour.
Yes, a wonderful massage, slightly more expensive than outside the area.
Could you please tell me if there are umbrellas and sunbeds on the hotel's beach?
No. Either mats or you can take towels from the hotel. Some people bring them with them, there are thin microfiber beach towels.
And are there trees to hide from the sun?
Yes, there is.

There are no sun loungers in Naithon because it is part of the national park, just like Mai Khao beach and part of Nai Yang. Moreover, you can be fined 100,000 baht for a beach umbrella stuck in the sand.
Good afternoon. Is there parking near the hotel if I rent a car?
On the hotel premises, there is a designated area where all rental cars park. There is no space on the street; it's already difficult to pass through due to parked cars and bikes.
Please tell me about the dining options here. Where do you recommend for lunch and dinner? Where can I buy alcohol nearby?
To the left of the hotel, everything is nearby: cafes, food stalls, a shop, a currency exchange, and a pharmacy. Opposite, until 19:00, there are fruits, souvenirs, food stalls, and a clothing market.
In the market to the left of the exit, about 30 meters, there is alcohol, SIM cards, etc. I can't recommend anything for food; in January, friends' kids were fed in a cafe with Russian cuisine near Mama Noi, but it was closed in May🤷♀️ I took food for the first time from the stalls on this beach (after 17 trips) - everything was fine))) We liked the cafe immediately to the right of the exit.
How long will it take to get from the hotel to Phuket?
The hotel is located in Phuket.
I mean to the center, where the main attractions are.
An hour to an hour and a half by taxi, if you are talking about Old Town.
Well, I don't know what you call "main", but it's about 40 minutes to Big Buddha from the hotel)))
Here about this. For example, to Monkey Mountain.
Well, about an hour if you manage to get there before the evening traffic)) It's generally better to rent a car for a couple of days; if you're going to Old Town, you can see a lot, like the Rawai fish market, a couple of beaches, Phuket Town itself, the Phuket Aquarium, etc.
Please provide the text you would like translated.
Magic Carnival and Aquariums Festival at the Central. Also at the Festival, capybaras.
Next to the hotel, you will find various visit programs to see the elephants)) Your children are all grown up, so you can go anywhere with them)) Just be ready for a one-hour speedboat ride if you venture into the sea)

Good afternoon, it will be great to go to the Rabbit Hole cafe with children, it is not a tour, you can either go by car or by taxi, there is a large beautiful area with a contact zoo featuring rabbits, kids, and ponies. You can ride on a small train, feed the animals, and fish.
It took 35 minutes from Naithonburi to Central Festival at 11:00.
No more than 20 minutes to Naitonbury from Phuket Airport
Who can share photos of the beach and sea from Naithonburi Beach Resort?

March-April 2024.
Good evening! How is the repair work progressing at the hotel? Has it already started in Building 8?
Repairs have begun, they are replacing the laminate on the 4th and 3rd floors.
Good evening, does the restaurant in the hotel operate only during lunch and dinner hours? Or all day?
It works from lunch to dinner, in the morning there is breakfast.
Hello everyone! Could you please let me know if the hotel has any welcome treats (for example, fruits and champagne) for newlyweds? Just in case someone has traveled there for this reason.
Nothing welcoming, not even for birthday guests, I don't know about the paid ones.
Good evening! As newlyweds, they made swans from towels in our room and a bath with flowers. 😁
Good morning. Last year there were 3 of us, we took 1 room. This year we are flying with 4, all adults... so we took 2 rooms. Question... are there combined rooms (connected by a door) in building 9?
Someone wrote that the neighbors in the room were heard loudly because there was an adjoining door between the rooms. So such rooms/room exist.
We had such a room in building 8. But we booked it right away☺️
What is the category called? The travel agent assured that there are no family rooms available for them in 2024.
Last year we traveled. On Booking it is Family Suite, on the hotel website it is family-connecting.
We booked two rooms with a door between them. Building 8. Very convenient, each child has a full bed and two bathrooms.
Thank you. We have building 9... we will have to ask for rooms nearby.
There are also such rooms in 9; we stayed there last year.
Could you please tell me if you requested these rooms upon check-in or specified them during the booking? And do these rooms overlook the pool?
When booking, but at check-in, it's better to remind again.
Could you please tell me if there is a place in the hotel to dry clothes? A clothesline on the balcony or something similar? Chairs, maybe?
There was a floor wooden drying rack on the balcony.
Thank you. Is there a place to tie a clothesline? Is it worth bringing it with you?
I always have a rope, a knife, and a teaspoon with me!))) but I didn't need them, two slats of the drying rack plus two plastic chairs were enough. Towels don't need to be dried, you can change them as many times a day as you want.
Is the small pool in the hotel not deep? Only the main pool with the elephants is deep?
Yes, they are both shallow, you can walk on the bottom, you can't swim in them at all. But at the sea… we swam like nowhere else, so spacious, no one around, people stand in groups by the shore waist-deep in the water.
Did the waves interfere with swimming?
We were there in February, there were no waves. When there are waves, it is dangerous, after all, it's the ocean.
The waves are strong right now, swimming is not allowed, red flags are up, lifeguards are watching to ensure people do not go too deep. Many are catching waves on the shore. Maximum waist-deep, otherwise the rip current pulls you in strongly.
Could you please tell me if a deposit is taken at check-in at the hotel? What is the amount? Is it returned in the same currency?
No, they don't take.
No deposits, no wristbands, no towel cards, no buoys in the sea... beautiful, we enjoyed it, total relaxation and freedom. It's just that the empty sun loungers by the pool constantly covered with towels were a bit annoying)
Do you have luggage scales at the hotel?
There are some local coins at the reception, I don't remember if it's 1 or 2.
10 baht with one coin.
Can someone recommend a place for dinner tonight near the hotel? We went to the pasta place and tried the German cuisine. Everything was quite mediocre.
We ate at the hotel) the prices are the same and everything is tasty, except for the meat.
Is there a view of the sandy pool from building 8?
Yes, I stayed in room 8013 with a view of the sandy pool.
Even if you get a room on the pool side, you won't see it because of the trees.
Which buildings are currently under renovation here?
9th partially, but loudly. 1st completely closed.
Right in the 9th? It was said that there is hotel construction going on behind the 9th building.
It was loud around the pool during the week. Is the 9th the deluxe?
Yes, the deluxe rooms, the farthest building.

The farthest one, is it this one?) No sign of repairs, no sound either)
And I don't know if it is him or not, he looks like he has a small pool. Maybe it is him.
Officially, I confess. The 9th floor with deluxe rooms is intact and in place. The 6th is under repair and there is a crane next to it.
We bought building 9 for October, are you sure?
We live on the 9th, there is no renovation here. The room starts with 9...
Then please share your impressions of the rooms?)
Yes, they are ordinary. We have an unfortunate view of the apartments and partially of the mountains, but the rooms across overlook the pool with sand. No complaints about the room, everything is there. It's the first time I've seen a refrigerator freeze like this 😀 We are freezing ice. The cleaning is also quite good.
We just booked a room with a view of the pool, I hope everything will be calm and fine.
Yes, it is calm here, it is always quiet near this pool, unlike the pool with the elephants.
We live in the 2nd building. No signs of renovation are visible or audible.
Repairs are underway in many buildings, it is impossible to relax in the massage salon due to the sound of jackhammers...🙈 I did not agree to pay for such "pleasure", after attending 4 sessions, I started going to salons outside the hotel, there are many places where it's quiet, clean, and cheaper.
Hello, can you tell me if there is somewhere to buy a SIM card near the hotel? I understood that there is no 7/11 near the hotel. And if there is a SIM card - how much does it cost?
In the naithonmart store, there are two types of SIM cards: for 15 and 30 days. At the checkout, you will be asked to choose. Don't forget your passport.
Is this store nearby? And what is the cost of the SIM card? Thank you in advance for your response.
Exit the hotel grounds, turn left, and walk for a minute or 1.5. I can't tell you the cost for 15 days; I took it for 30 right away. On August 17, it cost 380 baht.
I'm sorry, I can only provide translations from Russian to English. Please provide the text you would like to have translated.

Here it is
Hello, we are going to the Nightonbury hotel, can you recommend some good and tasty restaurants near the hotel?
They are all roughly the same and the prices too, on the left there was a place called wiwan, on the right a white building with blue windows, we ate both there and at the hotel. The prices are also more or less the same, sometimes the hotel restaurant is even cheaper than on the waterfront.
Further ywian go - prices will be lower.
In the hotel, it's more comfortable, service, prices, air conditioning. But if you want exotic, then "Mama Noi" and street food stalls. Don't be afraid of the unappealing look. They haven't washed their hands, haven't wiped the forks, haven't poisoned you... because they cook directly for each client, serving straight from the fire.
Had dinner with pizza at Macarona. It was okay) Need to try Luca. By the way, we had lunch at zab isaan. Large portions, VERY DELICIOUS. Tom Yum, rice with beef, smoothie, beer - 410 baht.
The hotel restaurant has delicious baked mussels, and the prices are very good :)
Is it the small restaurant of the hotel that's at the exit? Or where breakfast is served? Or somewhere else?)) It might still be open, I love mussels)
Yes, there where breakfasts are served.
Could you please tell me if there is an iron in the rooms?
No
Can I ask at the reception?
I don't know, we didn't ask, and everything is smoothed out like this. But I suppose that such a service is available.
Yes, they will bring it to the room.
Good afternoon! There is a Wyndham Garden hotel near you, it is new, but it was mentioned in May that construction was ongoing. Could you please let me know if it is still happening? Is it disturbing?
The construction is underway across the building, the hoisting crane is visible, the noise is not disturbing. The view from the balcony is now of the hill and the new building.
Hello everyone. Can you tell me where to exchange dollars for baht in the area of the Naitonbury Hotel?
There is an exchange office here. Exit the hotel and go left. It seems to be open until 7:00 PM.
Until 20:00
I won't argue). The fact that it operates from 10:30 is 100%.
He works until 7 PM. The exchange rate is 33.3 +-0.1.
Good morning, who is in the hotel now, please tell me, is there any construction going on under the windows, which building is better?
Everything is visible and audible. It all depends on the specific day, somewhere they are drilling, somewhere quiet work is going on. Just like the weather, no one can predict this for you.
In Building 8, on the 4th floor with a view of the sandy pool, the noise of a jackhammer was very audible, as well as during the massage, so I stopped going there for massages. I came to relax for 500 baht at the massage and listen to this noise.
Who has been or is currently at the hotel, please tell me, have there been any cases of theft?
No. The laptop was lying on the table - they didn't take it. They also didn't try to break into the safe. The only thing, make sure the balcony is locked.
The hotel didn't have (although sometimes they left it, forgot to clean) wallets, electronics. But on the beach, they took two hotel brown towels and my beach dress))) I still feel sorry for the dress... it was just so comfortable.
The hotel does not monitor towels? Or are there fines for loss?
No, take as much as you need.
Well, you take towels under your name, return them - they cross out.
I can't believe that they collect all the accounting records - for massage, towels, and reconcile debit with credit - the day before check-out. 🙂
Upon check-out, we will check the amount you spent at the restaurant and on massages. No one will check you out with debts.
For the first three days, as an honest Russian woman, she recorded the room number, time, and signed, then she approached wanting to do the same thing, and the security guard, or whatever he is called, gave a wave of his hand... take it and go 👍
There are no thefts in the hotel rooms, none at all... unless you forgot to lock the doors yourself... but that would be really careless... they close with such a bang that you can fall off the bed.
Good afternoon. Which pharmacy is good - to the right or to the left of the hotel?
To the right from the hotel is something like a government building, to the left where they speak a little Russian is a private one.
Good day! If you stand facing the hotel entrance, then on the right side, at a distance of 150-200 meters, behind the exchange office.
Hello. In the hotel premises there is a cafe called Green something. You can see pastries behind the display. Anyone know if the cafe is paid or not and the working hours? Thank you
At the end of June and the beginning of July, it was free. Coffee, tea, pastries. The café opened in the morning and worked all day. Unfortunately, I don't remember what time it closes. When we arrived, we were taken to this café before check-in and were told that everything is provided for free.
Coffee 50 - just like at Jasmine Rice for breakfast Pastries at 30 🙂
Good morning, please tell me, is it possible to get to Phi Phi from the hotel? Or is the logistics complicated and the route difficult?
Either purchase an excursion, but the transfer to the pier will most likely be at an additional cost, or take a taxi to Rasada pier, where you can buy a ticket for a ferry or speedboat to Phi Phi.
buy a tour, you will be taken to and from the hotel, the cost of the transfer is included everywhere, where it is not, do not take it there
You probably need to get to the Phuket Marina area, and from there, speedboats go to Phi Phi. We went there ourselves by taxi from Nai Thon Beach, but not to the islands, our Russian consulate is located there.
The boat is shaking quite a bit, like a ferry.
I don't know, maybe it shakes in the offseason, I went in November - it was great 👍 I didn't feel sick, it wasn't shaking. I didn't go in March already.
Good afternoon! Please tell me, is there developed infrastructure near the hotel? Are there cafes, massages? within walking distance, as we are traveling with a small child.
And there are cafés and massages - all of this is available.
There are many massages, and there is also a cafe, but not many. The infrastructure is underdeveloped. A few years ago there were sun loungers on this beach. And miraculously, someone came up with the idea to ban them. The beach is now pristine and beautiful! Nai Thon Beach is not about infrastructure at all. Everything you need is available in Nai Thon Buri! Especially with a small child.
A lot of families with young children, and Europeans with strollers. But somehow it's all quiet and peaceful, the area is large, the beach is big.
What type of meal plan is best to choose here?
Only breakfasts. But in the evening I see many people in the hotel restaurant, I don't know if it's pre-purchased or they just dine a la carte.
We opted for the breakfast+dinner package. Breakfast is self-service, dinner is on vouchers, around 600 Baht per person, which is quite enough. Alcohol is at an additional cost, not included in the voucher. Yes, à la carte is also an option.
Understood) so does that mean alcohol is paid everywhere? Or is there a bar by the pool, for example?
Yes, everything is paid!))
In terms of taste and color, many people opt for full board and enjoy it all, while some prefer only breakfasts. The menu at the hotel was liked by everyone, 3 essentially different people, without consulting each other, tried the food, cocktails, and desserts; some did not like it. A big plus is that it's not as hot as outside, although it depends on the table, the air conditioner is not super strong, but overall not bad.
Good afternoon, please tell me, I read about the hotel and the reviews about the internet are divided into two - either it doesn't work at all or it's good. Do you have any experience using it? It's not like I need to watch movies, just to stay connected with Moscow.
Near the elephant pool, the internet connection is poor. In the rooms, it's great – there are routers on every floor, with 2 per room. The area around the restaurant, lobby, gym, and game rooms has excellent wifi. By the sandy pool – closer to the greenery from the side of the sand – my daughter moved the sunbed and it caught the signal. Perhaps someone had a bad router specifically, which is why they wrote that. A year ago, we also had some interruptions. But if you're not lucky and need to make urgent video calls, for example, you can go to the lobby area, which is at the end of the pool with elephants.
Good evening. Who here goes for a massage? Please recommend a good massage near the hotel, with a decent quality.
Yesterday my husband and I went to the salon in the evening, as soon as you leave the hotel, the salon is on the left, 5 meters from the entrance to the hotel grounds. This salon was supposed to be good. I would say it was not bad, but I am not completely thrilled, maybe the masseuse was not right for me) My husband had never been to a Thai massage before, so he has nothing to compare to, but he liked it.
Hello, to the left of the hotel, near Vivian, there is a place called "Tuk Tuk" and another one that I forgot the name of. One of them wears glasses, speaks a little Russian, the other one is mute; they are older ladies, and the third one is young. Their signboard said "Oil strong and relaxing massage." I can say that they didn't press too hard, but very delicately. They immediately found the sore spots and worked on them. I went for 5 sessions. I went every day and it lasted me a year. I was satisfied. Nothing hurt after the massage. It was 400 Baht to the left of the hotel, and in the hotel, it was 500 Baht.
Do I need to make an appointment well in advance? If I come at 5:00 PM, will they attend to me right away?
It was always vacant
We went to the massage at the hotel. Seemed okay.
It is disturbing that women and men are being served next to each other. Yesterday we walked by, 5 tables in a row like that, without curtains.
I will tell you more, there you can see everything from the street. Masseuses cover you with a towel, and guests have a towel put over their eyes. Well, at my age of 36, I have seen all sorts of things. I suppose others have seen more than me. Sometimes you want to unsee and not remember what you have seen)
😁 Understood! In general, only fear those passing by)
And those who are watching from the balcony))
The massage is good. I went today. And it doesn't matter who is watching from the balcony.
So am I. And they crush quite nicely. 🙂
I didn't like the massage at the hotel. It's only done before bedtime. My daughter fell asleep there :).
Guys, how are things with mosquitoes at the hotel? Usually they eat us alive on vacation(
Occur occasionally in the evening. The fumigator was not taken out of the suitcase.
I went towards Mom Noah and got 3 bites. Otherwise, it feels like something is poking and crawling, but no bites. Maybe I'm not tasty. Decided to lie on a sun lounger by the pool. The side that was closer to the bushes - all bitten. 3 on the knee, 1 on the elbow. Still itching a lot. Okay, got some ointments. The sea is better)
Hello, is it worth getting full board here or are there cafes nearby? Has anyone had dinners at the hotel, is it tasty??
There are many cafes, they feed deliciously in the hotel.
Take breakfasts, don't tie yourself to hotel dinners. You can eat at the hotel restaurant at any time, and they serve from the menu anyway, delicious and reasonably priced. Not everyone can have lunch in the heat, so we mostly ate fruits from the refrigerator.
Thank you very much, we are planning to come in January, gathering information for now)
Even more so! In winter, besides cafes, there are many food stalls, it is cheap and has a national flavor. There is a good pizzeria right at the entrance to the hotel. We ate at the hotel, at "Mama Noah's", with food stalls, pizza... didn't get sick. I enjoyed having lunch with papaya (if you put it in the fridge in the morning))) It is both satisfying and healthy. Mango is also quite filling. And my husband had pineapple for lunch. You can also have tea/coffee in the room, they replenish it every day.
Agreed. And even though the coffee in the room is instant Jacobs, it doesn't compare to ours.
Good evening, we are planning to buy a tour to this hotel. Could you please tell us what the rooms in Building 8 are like? They are 13000 cheaper than in the other buildings.
I adore Building 8. Quiet, great view of the greenery. Last time we stayed in Building 9, with a view of the construction, or rather the finishing touches. We have booked for October, hoping to stay in Building 8. And the rooms are the same everywhere.
Thank you, what is the size of the rooms?
I can't say for sure, but the three of us are quite comfortable there. I didn't notice any difference in size between the rooms of buildings 8 and 9. We don't take rooms overlooking the pool, because once we ended up there, one group brought a large column to the balcony and partied, but we still want peace and seclusion.
It's just bad luck for you with such neighbors. But balconies are available in all buildings.
I agree, but this crowd with a column by the pool turned me away from this building. Again, the kids have grown up and now there is no need to watch over them, so we settled further away from the pool. Everyone has their own preferences here. In the hotel, everyone will find a cozy spot to their liking. By the way, it was convenient in Building 9 because the gym was nearby. So there is plenty to choose from here.
Do not take it. View of the bushes, smaller rooms, that's why the price is lower. In Naitonbury, there are 2 huge beautiful pools, it's worth taking a room with a view of them. But there is renovation going on in 3 buildings, there may not be availability.
It depends on the floor and the side. If it's the 1st floor - the view is of bushes and the roof. On the second - approximately of a palm tree. The third floor and higher - are more interesting. From the eighth building, there are only two directions - towards the mountain in the direction of the airport and towards the children's pool, behind which is the ninth building.
We are always in the poolside building with elephants. Here the rooms are only on one side. That's why the room area is larger.
The rooms in Building 8 are also quite spacious. And again, I'm just sleeping at the hotel. Not playing football in it))
Yes, I agree. After all, everyone has different preferences. I find it convenient to see my children from the balcony in the pool. Moreover, the view is very beautiful from there.
We are currently staying in building 8, on the 5th floor. The view of the mountain is stunning, I definitely couldn't live on the 1st or 2nd floor.
Well, we also changed. My wife thought there was a sewer smell on the ground floor.
Good evening) Please tell me, how does the internet work in the hotel?
Weak, you need to find the right spot. It's about the Wi-Fi.
Are there grocery stores like 7/11 within walking distance from the hotel? Thank you and sorry for the trouble,... we are arriving for the first time on August 7, and I have a ton of questions 🙈 I just realized it’s quite remote.
I was looking for the same answers. I wanted the kids to try "fried" ice cream, it's not available at Naiton. We plan to go to 7/11. In the end, no, there’s nowhere to go around. But inside there are lots of different places. We go to 7/11 a couple of times during our vacation at Nai Yang, and also to swim there. We go to the market there.
I understand, I hope at least the hotel won't let us down) I understand that it's not far from Na Yang, right?
About 10-12 minutes by taxi.
Good day to the vacationers. I was at the hotel 5 years ago. Then it didn't work out. The hotel was good at that time. Flying with my sons on August 4th. They say it's not the season. Scared. Please send me weather photos) I would be very happy. And overall, how's the sea, can you get wet at all?) Thank you to those who will answer. Also) how about beach bars?) Are they there?) Thanks again🙏💕
And it was cloudy all day, there was rain. Only one umbrella was found with food, mostly fruits.
Makashnits 2. One is behind Newton Market. The second one is to the right from the hotel, along the sea.
I'm a translator and I can help you with translations. How may I assist you today?
Grilled dishes and dishes cooked over open fire right in front of you, mobile dining experience 😎
Field Kitchen 🤠
🤣 What are they cooking?
We ordered sea bass, chicken shish kebab, pad thai, pancakes, and shrimp noodles.
Hello everyone. Today we checked in here and have a question: how many umbrellas are in your room? It's concerning that we have one in ours, usually there are two (not the first time in Thailand, but the first time in this hotel). Perhaps upon check-out they will insist that there were two 😃
Always one by one
We had two.
We had one
Was alone.
Please note that the card states that breakfast is served from 6:30 AM. If there is an early excursion at 5:00 AM, will there be any food provided?
Tell them that a box lunch will be prepared for you.
To say at breakfast the day before in the restaurant itself?
At the reception, on the eve of the excursion.
At the reception until 20:00 the day before.
lunch box is provided if you notify in advance. but it wasn't particularly impressive) a cupcake. a sandwich and juice.
Recommend a massage salon near the hotel. I went to the left, near the restaurant Wiwan (you need to go down to them), in previous years they were the only ones who did it, now I didn't like it.
Have you tried a massage at the hotel? They have good therapists there too.
I am considering, but I want some advice. Have you been?
Yes, we have visited several times and only used the hotel facilities. Their rooms are always clean at least. I prefer oil massages, they are so relaxing. While my husband prefers Thai massages, they are firmer.
What is Thai massage done with (oil or something else?), is it firmer, more painful?
Also with oil, but not as much. Oil is more relaxing, Thai - they incorporate everything 🤙🏻🔥 I liked Thai the most, tried sports too, for me it doesn't differ much from Thai. We did it at the salon on the left, I was satisfied with the masters.
Immediately to the left of the hotel or behind the market?
From the hotel, walk further to the Nighton Market.
A girl named Miao gave me a massage three times at Petukh (massage salon).
Good morning. Which buildings have the table tennis tables?
I only saw it at the reception. And possibly at building 9, but that's not certain.
Good evening. Can you tell me if the hotel provides beach mats? Are they not available in the rooms?
The maid left me a {someone left}, I never used it. I left it in the room too. In general, people often write that they leave the mats in the library.
We stayed near the main pool, where the towels are located (at the very bottom) and we took them from there. Someone left them. So if you see them there - feel free to take them too! Overall, I want to say that I have never seen such coziness in any hotel ❤️ especially from the guests - they leave mats, books, notes, creams - it is priceless 🙏🏻 We were here this year in March (before that I've been to this hotel twice, we really love it 💞). We are planning to come back again in March 2025 🤩
That's why we are here for the 3rd time now! And I would come with grandchildren in 5-10 years 🌴🍍
Is a deposit required upon check-in?
No
Is it allowed to swim in the pool after 8:00 PM?
Yes, you can.
Are there bikes available for rent at the hotel? Or nearby?
There are both bikes and cars, but you need international driver's license, and it's really an attraction to drive on their roads, everything is different from how it is with us. Next to the hotel.
Is the bike expensive? Do you know?
250 baht per day on average, but the data is old. It depends on the engine size. We took a Forza, it came out to about 1200, but I didn't pay, so I could be wrong.
Please confirm if there is no Russian-speaking staff at the hotel, only English-speaking?
It is basically a Russian hotel 95%. There are a lot of Muscovites.
Is the food okay, have there been any cases of food poisoning?
The food in the hotel was the same for breakfast every 14 days, I had no consequences... but I didn't go for breakfast the last three days.
Are there mosquitoes in the hotel?
No, there were no mosquitoes, but I was bitten by plankton in the sea, which caused an allergic reaction with terrible itching and a rash. Many others were bitten too, but without consequences. Many experienced sun allergy even with sunscreen +60.
Who has rested at Naithonburi, how do you like the beach, the sea?
The beach is one of the best on the island, but the sea was mostly rough for 2 weeks.
But you can swim nearby?
It is very difficult to enter with such waves; if we are talking about swimming, it will definitely not work... If you can manage to overcome these obstacles for about 20 minutes, you will find yourself in calm waters and can swim. On some days, the waves were simply huge, with red flags all over the beach, lifeguards rushing around and whistling, driving everyone out of the water on such days.
Naiton, in my opinion, is the best of all in Phuket.
Hello! I'm going to this hotel at the end of July. Can you please tell me about the internet in the hotel, I read that it's paid. How do you connect? And what is the price? Are there many cafes around the hotel? I'm concerned because the hotel is not in the center. Are there any markets nearby? Regarding excursions, what do they offer and if anyone has been, how much does it cost?
Internet is free, I took a laptop, everything worked even in the room. I also bought a Thai sim card at the airport for 350 baht - 15 GB to stay connected on excursions and trips around the island. There are markets near the hotel. There are various cafes, both in terms of price and food quality.
Please advise if we need to bring masks near the hotel with the underwater world? Will coral reefs be useful?
Masks are a must, on the left near the cliffs there are a lot of different fish, sea stars, sea urchins, etc. Just need to swim further towards the cape. You definitely don't need coral shoes on Naithon, unless you're going to the islands...
To swim far out beyond the left edge of Nai Thon Beach? It's not the season now, so swimming far out deep might be dangerous, I guess.
During the off-season, I think we should focus on the sea, waves, and the backflow...
Hello. Question to those currently in this hotel. Do I need to bring a fumigator with me?
We brought it in September, never used it, and left it in the room when we checked out. But we stayed on the 3rd floor, maybe it would have been useful on the 1st floor. However, we did not notice any mosquitoes while walking around the area in the evening.
Good afternoon! We had a fumigator with spare plates in our room. We stayed in building 1. But we only used it once.
The question is ambiguous, but! During the day there were no mosquitoes, but in the evening, by the pool, they were sitting around and buzzing a bit. There were mosquitoes in the game room and in the library. In the evening, we tried not to open the balcony doors.
Who arranged for a room with a view at this hotel? How much did they offer and what was included?))

We used to have one, it fell out accidentally
Which building is this?
I won't say, I don't know. Above the massage area.
You can change the room for free/with a small surcharge, many did so without any problems
And how small is small? Can you provide an example?
someone wrote like 1000 baht approximately
What cosmetics are available in the rooms? Is there a video?
Everything necessary of good quality is available.
In different reviews, there are variations; some have miniatures, while others have full sizes.
There are different categories of rooms.
Shampoo, shower gel, body lotion
In large dispensers?
Yes. The shower gel was quite fine. The skin did not dry after using it. We only brought a first-aid kit with us. You can take your own toothpaste.
And what about the famous Thai paste?)
We bought it at the local pharmacy) it's a matter of taste.

Cosmetics either in this format or in large dispensers.
Are there no slippers in the rooms?
No
No robes either? That's right.
No
Do they play volleyball, table tennis, and so on at the hotel?
A couple of times we played volleyball on the beach, our team and someone else, we communicated with gestures practically. We cheered with great pleasure, it was very nice to watch the athletic youth))) Bring a ball with you)
We take table tennis rackets.
No need for ₽, there are their beautiful tables and rackets.
Are the rackets good?
Yes, quite. But I'm not a pro) not worn out. Not damaged. The billiard table is also in good condition.
Everything there is worn out, but you can play if there is no chalk for the boards or if you need anything else, ask at the reception or the staff.
There was chalk in May, you just had to look around. The table tennis tables and rackets are in excellent condition.
There was no chalk until I asked at the reception, then they brought it. The rackets on the table near the shop were worn-out, bare, and torn. I often played there until late, the security was already chasing me. I also rested there in May :)
We stayed in building 9) everything was fine with the table there.
I played at all 2 tables, it's not about the tables, but about the broken rackets and cues.)
Is there a pool bar? Is it open? What are the prices?
Not working
Hello, we are going to this hotel at the end of July, can you advise where to find a good massage and at what price?
Prices are higher than in the center, foot massage - 300 baht. We walked from the hotel to the right, the girls are wearing a red uniform.
We also went here. My husband had a foot massage, he says it became easier after his injury in winter. A couple of times I went to the hotel, the only difference was 100 baht for an oil massage. The first time I liked it, but the second time the master was constantly distracted by chatting with her neighbor 🤷🏻♀️
I agree with the review about the massage at the hotel, I had 4 massages, the best one was the first session, and then they start to slack off...
What deposit does the hotel take?
He is not here
Is the Wi-Fi good at the hotel? Can I work?
In our room, for example, closer to the balcony the signal was poor) I could turn to my side and lose connection) but around the area, everything was fine. You can always sit somewhere down near the massage area; the signal is good there.
Wi-Fi even on the beach, it turned out to be super. We were here in both summer and winter, and there were no problems with the Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi is also available in the café (we always order in the café to the left of the hotel). Therefore, the internet zone is huge. Always connected)
no wifi on the beach!
There is one opposite the pharmacy 😂👌 Under the trees and in the middle of the beach strip, closer to the water - no.
is it a little to the left of our exit?
Yes, there is a great one there, behind the exchange office. Towards the cafes and massages.
Got it!)) At the hotel! In the café your own, in the hotel your own, catch it for free on the beach too.
Is there Russian-speaking staff at the hotel?
No, they understand basic English. There were no problems at all. Next time we will go there again. If you want to relax from people, it's just the place.
Good afternoon! Please tell me, I am considering this hotel before my trip at the end of September, I have been to Phuket several times, but have not been to this part of it yet) And I understand that it is very calm and not very crowded there, but I am interested in the following question: -Are there any shops nearby? Fruits? Markets? 7/11, massages, etc.? -Is it expensive and time-consuming to get to other places? For example, Phuket Town, Patong, or other locations) Thank you in advance🙏🏼
Hello. Yes, it's very far from everything. At least an hour each way. The road there and back is very exhausting, although the taxis are very comfortable and have air conditioning. We often got stuck in traffic jams. Budget for taxis. The nearest beach with planes is a 10-15 minute drive. The hotel is very nice, but I definitely won't go back there. Keep an eye on excursions in different places, as prices are higher in some places and there is an extra charge for a distant beach.
There are fruits, no market, no 7/11. Massages are available at the hotel and on the beach, the price difference is 100 baht.
Good afternoon. Please advise on which wing to request? Which wing has access to the pool?
There are two pools. Do you prefer a quiet or lively one? We stayed in the farthest and very quiet 9th building. It seems like it has the freshest rooms. "Far" doesn't mean distant, don't be scared ) The pool is right below the windows, the view is very beautiful.
Hello. We live on the 3rd floor of building 3, overlooking the large pool. Nothing bothers us. It's not noisy. We used to live on the 1st floor of building 8, where it was noisy, down to the creaking of the floor. We asked to change the room, and they immediately relocated us at no extra charge.
Are there any bad buildings where it is undesirable to stay? Building 8 seems to be not very good... Did anyone else have negative experiences?
Yes. In block 9, the noise is only from the neighbors)) Take earplugs. We were woken up exclusively by other tenants)
Completely agree.... 5 days were peaceful.... Yesterday they were "banging" somewhere.... And slamming doors.... So, a lot depends on the neighbors!

When you enter the room, step out onto the balcony, check out the view, if you don't like it, ask for a change. The worst thing on the first floor is the smell of dampness. The pool with elephants is the loudest in the evening, the one with sand is quiet. It was quiet with such a view. In front is the pool with sand, to the left is the building with the restaurant.
Oh, the 9th building in the photo is the one on the right (the taller one).
Good afternoon! Please, tell me, do they speak Russian at the reception desk? 🤓
No
They have special translators (like phones) You speak everything you need and it is all translated)))
Yes, correct
Could you tell me where to dispose of food waste and containers in the hotel?
There are barrels for trash on the beach. This is when people eat on the beach, but if in a hotel, there is a trash bin there, where they put it. Near the pool area with sand across from the gym there was a trash container. Next to the barrel with used towels.
Everything on the hotel grounds, unfortunately, is a mess)) Look for housekeeping carts and put them nearby. There is a problem with trash cans throughout the hotel grounds 🤷♀️
At the reception, they asked if it was okay to leave garbage under the stand at the hotel entrance, where a bucket and a bag are placed, they clean it up later
Can you tell me, are the preferences for the buildings taken into account at the hotel? Or is it random where we will be accommodated? And which buildings are better?
you can always change the room and building for free or for a small additional fee
When booking, request a pool view and specify the desired building upon check-in, they will accommodate without any issues. We have always been checked in to the building and room we wanted, they always act like "no money needed", but if you catch the moment when there are no other guests nearby - negotiate and maybe get it for free)))
Hello. We did not pay extra for a view from the window. Upon arrival, we were accommodated in building 8, room 8101, on the first floor. We stayed for two nights. The noise from the street, the adjacent room, and the entrance door was just awful. We approached the reception, and an hour later we were already moved to a building overlooking the pool at no additional cost.
During the high season, it's often impossible to change rooms. The first time we went in November and took the cheapest room, thinking we could upgrade on-site to a two-room one. However, they said the hotel was fully booked and room changes were not possible. The second time was in April, we were smarter and specified the necessary building, floor, etc. when booking.
In January, we moved twice 🤷♀️ Although we were initially checked into the building we wanted, we had to wait a little for the room))))
Good afternoon 🌸 please tell me, is it impossible to swim at all? After all, they do say that it's not the season and there are waves? How far is the beach in general? Is it good? Are there mosquitoes? I can't make up my mind 🙈 I like the hotel here - don't like the location, there the location is super - the hotel is terrible 😁 What to choose??? Flying to Thailand for the first time and it's not even the season 🙈😂
there where is it?) You can swim when the sea is calm and the waves are not strong, as luck would have it, more likely yes than no) to the beach, if you are talking about the Newton Buri hotel, then 5 minutes) I think you will like everything for the first time)
Thank you very much for your response ❤
The beach is nice. It takes about 5 minutes to walk there. You leave the hotel, cross the road, and you're right at the beach. There are mosquitoes outside if you sit down. At the end of May, there were waves, but my 12-year-old daughter enjoyed them a lot. It all depends on what you expect from your vacation. We took excursions: one day we go out, the next day we relax on the beach. We didn't want the noise of the city at all, so we liked the location.
Who writes about 5 minutes to the beach, why misinform? The beach is right across the road from the hotel!
Don't you think that maybe those who live/lived in the distant buildings write this? There, maybe it's just a 10-minute walk 🤷♀️
Yes, but these are already details) We pay extra for our favorite building. We walk to the distant buildings for a stroll.
I am from the far end of the building. 5 minutes, no more
If you go from building 9 ))) run if only faster 🤣
Who is currently at the hotel or has recently returned, are threads and needles provided?
There are small sewing kits in the room.
Yes
Good day, please tell me about the internet connection at the hotel.
Even on the beach there is
I only have signal in the room and restaurant, it doesn't even work at the pool anymore.
In which building are you staying?
At 8
What time is breakfast at the hotel?
As far as I remember - from 7 to 10. We went at 9 in the morning and everything was available, and we managed to eat.
from 6:30 to 10:30
Please let me know if there is an iron in the Superior rooms?
Iron on request.
Where can I buy a SIM card at the hotel?
When you exit the hotel, there is a shop on the left side where SIM cards are sold.
Please tell me, is there a currency exchange in the hotel?
At the reception, currency exchange is possible, but the rate is less favorable than at the exchange office located to the left outside the hotel. You will receive approximately 200-250 baht less for $100 compared to the exchange office. The exchange office operates from 10:00 to 20:30.
Please tell me, are there lifeguards on the beach near the hotel? Are they on duty every day?
Yes, when strong waves whistle, they drive people out of the water.
Hello, please tell me, are there any 7/11 stores or Starbucks near the hotel? How can I order a tuk-tuk?
There is nothing like that nearby. There is only 1 shop at the hotel with a small selection (all the essentials) and on the left when exiting the hotel there is another Night Market, where there is also a small selection. You can order a taxi from locals at horse prices (there is a photo somewhere here), or through apps like Bolt, Grab, etc.
There is neither 7/11 nor Starbucks nearby. Moreover, there are no tuk-tuks in Phuket.
What do you mean there are no tuk-tuks in Phuket?))) Where did they suddenly disappear to?)))) Unless you are referring to the ones with three wheels... well, maybe, but tuk-tuks haven't been called just that for a long time🤷♀️
Knock-knock - it's a cheap transportation vehicle traveling on a specific route. There is no such thing as in Pattaya, for example. There are motorbike taxis and something like songthaews, but they are more expensive than taxis. It's more about the exotic than a means of transportation. In Bang Tao, where a taxi ride costs 60-70 baht, motorbike taxis cost 100.
7/11 There's one 3 kilometers away, definitely not here))
Hello, is there a deposit at the hotel?
No
Please tell me, how long does it take to get to Nai Yang Beach? They say there are almost no waves there.
10 minutes drive
Thank you!
Can beach towels be changed as before?
yes)
Good afternoon! Please tell me about the availability of soap and toiletry amenities in the hotel, are they provided or should I bring my own?
There is hand soap, shower gel, shampoo in large bottles.
Great, thank you!
Hello, does anyone happen to know how much it will cost to extend the room for 5 hours?
I extended until 6 p.m. yesterday for 900 baht.
Thank you
Good evening. Who had a late check-out? Did you extend the room and how much did it cost?
I went to the reception. Extended until 18.00 for 900 baht.
Gentlemen, please tell me where is the laundry room located and where to get an iron?
Self-service laundry on the bottom floor, where the exit to the sandy pool is, a little to the left.
Do you need to buy laundry detergent yourself or is it provided there?
There is a washer and dryer, but we bought 50 wash and 50 dry from the store. It washes and dries in an hour. You can load it and go to your room.
Just ask any staff member where the laundry is located, they will even escort you))) Look for the staircase between the hotel restaurant and the massage salon)

Here is the map: there are 4 buildings, marked as "shirt". Powder is left there by people, and you can also buy conditioners either in the vending machine or at the store.
Hello. Please tell me where do you keep money? Is there a safe in the hotel? Have there been any cases of theft?
There is a safe in the room, we always keep money and documents there. There have been no theft cases.
Thank you ❤️
There is a safe, but it is not attached to the wall. Theoretically, it can be taken and exchanged for another.
Interesting)))
I was surprised myself, it's the first time I see something like this in hotels, but then again it's my first time in Thailand :)
Question: Will an iron be provided if needed?
Yes

Good morning, everyone! We are heading to Naitonburi. Can you tell me if the sockets in the hotel are flat like in Russia or round? 🙈
How in Russia
Who knows/remembers if there are shaving supplies in the room or just shampoos/conditioners for hair and creams? Too lazy to bring 😂
There is hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and body lotion
There is nothing for shaving. I have never seen any shaving products in Thailand, not even in 5-star hotels. There is a supermarket near the hotel where everything is available.
I think all these items are available upon request. I mean for shaving. Just call reception, and they will bring it to you. In 5-star hotels, it has always been this way.
Please tell me who lived in the distant buildings, what tour operator do you have? This time we stayed in the 3rd building, the hotel guide said that the annex has a contract with the hotel for the buildings by the pool, which are closer to the sea. But I prefer the distant buildings, even though it's a longer walk to the sea.
Fun&Sun, I had a room on the 3rd floor of building 9.
Please tell me, is it possible to use boiled tap water from the hotel for drinking?
We boil water in a kettle made from bottles, we do not use tap water.
In Thailand, tap water should not be used for drinking (it is recommended to even brush your teeth with bottled water). All hotels always provide complimentary water in the room.
We also brushed our teeth with bottled water and boiled it. And when we washed fruits, we rinsed them with bottled water as well. Taking care, as they say 😁 By the way, during this trip we only ate at one cafe, a trusted one that we've been going to for years, and everything was fine with digestion.
Does the hotel restaurant accept UnionPay cards? We are going to this hotel for the 9th time in 3 weeks, but I have never used a card before, and now the exchange rate for cash is bad, so I am thinking about the best way to pay.
Yes, they accept. Yesterday they paid 600 baht with a Gazprombank card - 1617 rubles.
Good afternoon! Who knows how to get from the airport to the hotel? Is there a transfer from the hotel to pick us up at the airport? How much does it cost? Bolt/InDriver cannot be installed from Russia now, running around the airport with a sim card is not an option, especially with children. Is it possible to pay by cash or card?
Go out of the airport, turn left to the last taxi booth (the further you go, the lower the prices))) Choose the car that fits the format. A sedan costs 650, and a minibus for a dozen people is 800 at night. You can also use a taxi app, but not all cars are allowed in, you need to go out and cross the road to find your car. It seemed difficult for us to find our car in the stuffy darkness with suitcases, we just wanted to rest sooner :)
Sim cards are sold near the baggage belts where you will be picking up your suitcases. While waiting for the suitcases, I bought and installed a sim card.
Friends, when booking a tour, does the transfer pick up from Nayton? Or do you need to go to a "closer" meeting point?
It depends on how you agree. We have always gone on excursions organized by the hotel.
Please tell me, do I need to bring a fumigator against mosquitoes with me or is it provided at the hotel?
Brought a fumigator with me. It was not needed at all. Left it in the room. There were no mosquitoes. We stayed on the 3rd floor.
Hello, can you walk from Nai Thon Beach to Bang Tao Beach and how long does it take?
No. It will take about 30 minutes to ride a bike. The farthest you can walk from Nai Ton Beach is the nearest 7/11 and Banana Beach... and that's if you enjoy walking for hours🤓
By taxi, it will cost 700 baht. It's unlikely you'll get there on foot, especially since there are practically no sidewalks.

Well, 700 is a bit much, you can get it cheaper on Indrive (a private taxi), around 100-150 baht.
Well, it's not me, it's the local taxi drivers who estimated it like that :) It's just a bit far to walk.
It's impossible to walk there at all. The beach is not better there, the only reason to go to Bang Tao is the night market on Boat Avenue on Fridays. It's cool. If you're on a bike, you can go to Hugo Hab, it's atmospheric and delicious (but not cheap). Without transport, it's very boring in Nai Thonbury.
Well, maybe you could, armed with a machete, through the jungle and mountains)) Actually, no😅 Even if you walk along the road with turns to the beach, you will encounter mountains and closed hotels like Anantara Layan. After Layan Beach, Bang Tao begins, but even walking through this intersection is problematic (tides, currents), I don't know why you would need that, I wouldn't go🙈 It's always easier to take a car and drive))
Could someone give me some information about taking a half board package? It's stated that dinner can be replaced with lunch on-site. How does this work? Is it possible to have lunch today and dinner tomorrow, for example? Is the dinner/lunch buffet style or something else? Thanks for the answers.
Good afternoon! As far as I know, the menu is not buffet style... And you can switch places, they mark you down either for lunch or for dinner, you won't eat a second time... Why would you need that? (Sincerely don't understand ☺️)
Always take it with dinner. They give out daily bills for 500 baht per person (for a child 300). You order from the menu. Drinks are paid for separately. But we haven't changed lunch-dinner. Usually we snack on fruits or pizza during the day.
I don't see the point of paid dinners. You can eat the same way without limiting yourself with this amount. Usually, we spent much less than a thousand for the two of us. Not to mention the price of these dinners from the tour operator, it will be higher than the price of the vouchers themselves) Well, there were days when we had dinner in a different place or in the room.
We had a small difference between BB or HB. Based on the experience of previous trips, we calculated that we usually spent more per stay.
Hello. The hotel has an excellent chef, and because of this, everything is very delicious! Moreover, the prices are the same as in the neighboring cafes! You can switch places, no problem. Friends didn't opt for dinners, and as a result, after trying everything in the area, they ended up dining at the hotel's restaurant)
Hello. Tell me, who has been to the Elephant Care Park. Is it possible to walk from the hotel? Or is it better to take a taxi? Give me an idea of the price. How are the prices there? There are different reviews on the internet.
The transfer is included in the price. But you can also walk, it's better to do it in the morning, around 8 o'clock, to arrive by opening time, so it's not hot to walk.
We called them yesterday, made a reservation, and a transfer picked us up. We can write to them on WhatsApp, there is a phone number in Google Maps. We paid for 3 adults (two of us plus a 14-year-old son) and a child (7 years old), it was around 8300 baht. It was very interesting. We fed the elephants, then smeared them with mud, and then washed them in the shower with brushes. They take photos themselves, pose beautifully with the elephants, various hugging poses, they later sent us 80 photos on WhatsApp. Then we were treated with watermelon and colored magnets. This program lasted 1.5 hours. For three hours - they also prepare and feed food there, but I think 1.5 hours is just right. It was enough for us. And at the end, they brought us back to the hotel. Feeding and washing elephants and interacting with them is a whole different story))) Riding them is NOT about interacting with elephants, unfortunately. We were at the farm near the hotel, we are happy as elephants 😂. I recently made an album, and it turned out to be three full pages of photos from there. Very, very soulful ❤️. The whole family was there, everyone was delighted, even my husband, who is usually indifferent.

For those interested in elephants, you can walk about one and a half kilometers or take their transfer service. Everything is in English, they provided a brochure.
Good day! Please tell me, in the video review of the hotel, I saw that for breakfast there were only watermelon and dragon fruit. Is that really the case? Seems quite weak for a 4-star hotel 😳
Yes, there were not enough fruits. The same thing happened for us during New Year's. We were very surprised.
Guys, hello everyone. Is anyone here right now? Can someone tell me if they've set up a volleyball net on the beach? 🙂
Not available.
The net is stretched at the end of the beach! The guys are playing, and it was also at the beginning of the beach, but now there seem to be only 2 ropes, and for some reason, someone's things are constantly drying there.
She is there quite rarely, the guys (who live on the island) come with their own, play, then take it back and leave, they may not come for a week.
Good afternoon! Can someone please advise if coral slippers and SIM cards are sold near the hotel?
Good) I haven't seen the slipper (maybe just didn't pay attention), SIM cards in NightMart, but there is not always a wide selection of tariffs.
Slippers are coral, facing the sea on the left you will see, a little further. We bought them there.
Hello! The SIM card was purchased at the market near the hotel, but we couldn't top it up there, we could only do it at 7/11...
Do you leave money for housekeepers in the room as a reward?? And how much?? Do you need to leave money in a cafe? Approximately how much?
We never leave anywhere
We are 10-20 V. Everyone was very happy. And many were surprised. Especially the hotel waiters, when they brought the order to the room (they ordered dinner, returning from the sea in the evening, they bring it to the room in 20-30 minutes).
Every other day, we leave big Alenka as a sign of gratitude for hard work. We don't see if they are happy or not)))
We leave a tip in the room when we check out. In cafes, sometimes depending on the amount, 20-50-100, but not always.
Do they sell fried ice cream near the hotel?
I did not see. We rested in the second half of February.
No, there is no Nighton, well, only if, suddenly, they put up a tent 🤷♀️ I don't know, maybe there is one at Nai Yang, in Laguna I definitely saw a couple of tents, go there once, take a walk, go shopping and try ice cream))))
No.
Please share where to keep documents and money in the hotel? In the safe or in "secret" places?) You won't carry all of this with you, will you?
In a suitcase under lock. Can be in a safe.
In the safe
We always put away in the suitcase under lock
We are putting it in the safe.
In the safe, but considering that someone will really need it and will get it from anywhere, whether from the safe or from the suitcase 🤷♀️ We mainly carry it on the GP card with UP and everything is fine, it works anywhere, the conversion is quite profitable
Do you have an account in yuan or rubles?
Regular, in rubles
Also in rubles
In a suitcase with a combination lock! We never use a safe.
We were there for New Year's. We left our documents and money in the safe. Everything remained intact and secure. We do this in all hotels. We didn't bring suitcases with us for the trip. Just light bags and a backpack.
We always keep it in the safe, there hasn't been any break-ins)))
Please tell me who was here recently, where are the shops selling souvenirs, and where do people buy food in the evening. We left the hotel and turned left, but after 8:00 PM one of the shops we saw during the day was closed. People are walking around with containers in the evening. Maybe we are not going the right way? 🤪😂
Go right
We are here right now) across the street and to the right
Good afternoon! Is there a transfer booking service available at the hotel? For example, to the water park, etc.? Or is it easier to find a taxi on the street???
It's easier to download inDrive or Bolt. And order taxis at reasonable prices.
The issue is not only about the price, as it turned out, taxis do not go to this village at any time of the day.
There haven't been any problems at all. 5 times in this hotel.
Well, we had one unlucky experience, so we wanted to make sure we catch our flight this time) There is a sign with prices for trips outside the hotel. We liked it, we got the car on time, a good one, only the language barrier interfered with the negotiations)
Can I have a photo?
There is no photo, but the prices seemed reasonable, especially if it's round trip, it's cheaper. The car is parked at the hotel.
Are there sunbeds on the beach near the hotel?
There are no sunbeds anywhere on the beach, everyone here brings their own gear (hammocks, inflatable mattresses, lamzaks); you can buy a mat on the spot for 150 baht for a large one.
How do they take the room number before departure?
In a minute, they only check if shampoo/soap/conditioner/lotion were not taken with them. If taken/left behind, -100 baht per item. That's it, they didn't check anything else, we even forgot a couple of glasses in the neighboring room, but no one said a word)))
How about theft at the beach and in the hotel? Some hotels are reported to have money disappearing from safes, sundresses, towels, and backpacks "walking away" from the beach. What about here?
There was never anything like that, they always threw bags and phones on the beach))) At the hotel, a man came up to us once at night and said, "I found a phone on the sunbed in front of your room, iPhone 15, it seems a girl was lying there, let it stay with you, she will start looking for it at some point, you will see her and give it back." 😁 Cleaners will never take money from the table, if you want to leave them a tip, only if you leave it on the bed)))
Well, I am the "victim" here, someone took my wet towels and sundress on this beach. But not on the sand, but under the trees, in the shade. I was walking back in my husband's shirt, and he was like that... It's good that the towels weren't accounted for, we took others. I'm a bit sorry for the sundress, it was comfortable, bought a bigger size, specifically for a wet body. They took the backpack with the rest of the things, put it by the water, so it's intact. We didn't hide anything in the room, everything is intact.
I'm sorry that you ended up in such a situation. Unpleasant. And what if the towels were accounted for?
Well, it depends, sometimes the security deposit is $10, sometimes $20.
My conclusion: leaving things away from people is not worth it, any. We just, as true misanthropes, moved away from people:) Well, okay, the phone, e-reader, wallet, and room key were in the backpack, and my husband also grabbed his shirt for some reason to the edge of the sea.
Well, of course, basic precautions should be followed, do not leave your belongings unattended at all))) But it's not like you go swimming in the sea with your beach bag, because they take everything that is not securely fastened🤷♀️ one should be on guard all the time, it's the same everywhere...
In the hotel restaurant on the first day (before receiving the room key), we forgot a purse with all the passports and $3500. We returned after half an hour. The purse was taken to the restaurant cash register. Everything is intact.
In which hotel buildings does the internet not work well?
At 5 the signal was weak in the room. It was fine in the hallway. At 9 the Wi-Fi signal was good in the room.
Are there any mosquitoes 🦟 there? Do they sell repellents there or do I need to bring them? And how are things in the room with that?
In the room, there is a fumigator, plates should be asked for from the staff, probably, or bought locally. If you don't open the French window wide (and in the morning it's so nice))), then there are no mosquitoes.
Mosquitoes were eating me alive outside. There are none in the room, but we don't keep the balcony open. Repellents are available everywhere, including at the hotel's Market.
Is there a connection of the numbers in all buildings?
We lived in a condo on the 8th floor.
There is also 3.
Did anyone live in blocks 4.5? We bought a pool view category. How is it there? Before that, we lived in block 8 on the 1st floor with a view of the fence, it was very damp, although quiet.

So in 4.5 buildings all rooms have a pool view. View from building 5.
Great, that's exactly the kind we wanted. Thank you
Please advise, do the first floors have their own exit to the street or balcony?
If the windows overlook the pool with elephants, it is only in two buildings. We had a first floor in building 8, with a balcony.
Pool with elephants - is it big, yes? Is it noisy in the evening there?
If you look at the hotel map, the pool is the closest to the sea, and the hotel buildings are also marked on the map)))
The buildings, sure, but the balconies - no 😆
Well, the rooms with exits without a balcony around it - that's 1, 2, 3. The main thing is to get a room overlooking the pool, and arrange it with the hotel))
We, on the contrary, wanted somewhere quieter, as I understood, it's buildings 6-9. And I was asking for the first floor with an exit) apparently, just not there.
As far as I could see, not there, we only went to that part a couple of times
We stayed in rooms 8 and 9. Room 8 was nice. Room 9 was a bit far and there was some noise from the neighbors, the view was of the neighboring hotel, but partially blocked by trees. Room 2 and 3 were also visited. There, from the side of the doors, when walking along the open corridor, you can see some pile of construction waste or just garbage through the fence. Overall, it was an unpleasant sight.
This one is rectangular 🤓😁
We lived on the 3rd floor. When you close the doors to the balcony, you can't hear anything. At first, they gave us the 6th floor - I didn't like it - if we had a small child and needed to nap during the day, it would have been a problem for sure.
Why didn't you like it?
We need everything to be close by. The child is already big and doesn't need to nap during the day. I don't like buildings located far away.
We really liked 6. 😍
Can you please tell me if the hotel restaurant accepts UnionPay cards? Is there a commission fee?
It is accepted accurately, by commission, I somehow missed the moment 🙈 Did not notice))
Is there really no 7/11 near the hotel?
No
Hello! Regarding the topic of massage, how much does a massage cost at the hotel and what is it like?
500 baht, depending on the massage therapist. The oldest and smallest one did it in such a way that I thought she would figure me out by my veins) The rest do more or less the same. They did it every other day, you need to make an appointment in advance.
I liked the massage at the hotel. Unfortunately, I was only able to schedule it once, then we had to leave and it didn't work out. An old lady did the massage there too. Everything was clean, with white towels, birds singing, and a gentle breeze blowing. It was aesthetically very pleasing. But in terms of the quality of the massage, I preferred the one on the left side of the hotel after the pharmacy. You also need to make an appointment there. If in the morning, the massage costs 300 baht. But there are no face holes in the table, so you lie on a pillow. It's uncomfortable. When you turn over on your back, your face is not covered with anything. And it also depends on the massage therapist. 2 out of 3 times, it was very good.
Is there a price difference between massages at the hotel and at the beach?
100 baht.
Slightly to the left of the hotel, right on the beach, the masseuses charge 100 baht less than on the street, and 200 baht less than in the hotel. By the way, before my trip to the hotel, someone told me about the massages in the hotel, and I still don't understand what's wrong with them. Well, yeah, people walk by, but you're behind a wooden screen. The price is 100-150 baht higher than on the street, but I still don't see any downsides. But this time I didn't get any massages at all. I ran around the beach with my friends' children. In May, I'll try all the massages around and find the guy that everyone recommends here. 😁🤪
Hello! Can you please tell me if there are any tour offices near the hotel? Last year booking through Pegas seemed a bit expensive. Are there any affordable alternatives available?
I haven't seen any decent offices in Nayton, just a couple of faded stalls with no one inside🤷♀️
Office😁... there are 2 pharmacies, one exchange office, around 5 massage parlors, and the same number of small restaurants. That's all, there is nothing more.
In January, we saw something similar to a tour agency. As we were passing by, speaking in Russian, the guy from that booth greeted us in Russian. We looked and indeed, there was a Russian guy sitting there. We didn't go in, so we didn't find out anything, just saw briefly that he was somehow connected to tours. When you leave the hotel, turn left and go straight for a while. I don't remember exactly where it was.
Hello! Share your general impressions about the hotel, its location, the sea, and who is currently there or has recently left)
I do not recommend taking a tour with dinners, it is not profitable. It is much more convenient and cheaper to eat at the hotel restaurant a la carte for cash. And the breakfasts are excellent for both adults and children.
Experienced people, how are things with tips? Is it customary to leave them or not? If so, in what amount?
You can leave a tip, usually equivalent to a dollar, or you can not leave it - it did not affect the quality of cleaning in one building in any way. It is worth giving the bellboy a tip: there are a lot of bumps, transitions in the hotel, my husband gave five dollars.
If you leave $5 (we used to give it to the cleaner every couple of days), they top up the gel/shampoo etc to the brim, there is more toilet paper in the bathroom, there is no difference between cleaning with tips/without them) I haven't noticed))) At the reception, the man initially tried to give money for the necessary room - they didn't take it in any way, in the end he stuffed 500 baht into the boy's pocket at the counter, but he would have given the room anyway, I'm absolutely sure 🤷♀️ it's hard to say, do you want to give (and how much 😁), you don't want to give 🙈.
Confirmed. Tips do not change the staff's attitude towards fulfilling their duties. Everything is done the same way, only the smiles get wider 😁🙂
Could you please tell me if there are any time restrictions for using the hotel pool?
No, not really, the sign says you can swim until 8:00 pm, but they don't kick anyone out even after that 🤷♀️
Even at night, elephants swim in the pool.
The only thing every person should remember is that chemicals are often added to pools at night, which become safe for the human body by morning. 😁
Hello! Can you please tell me if there is any Russian food available at the hotel for my child to eat?
Depending on the child's age. The hotel restaurant offers quite European dishes. French fries, fried fish, meat, the same kao pad (rice with egg, vegetables, and chicken/shrimp). Everything is not spicy at all. There is even a children's menu.
Hello, can you please advise on food around the hotel, seafood and tom yum?
Shrimp, octopus, grilled fish in ma'kashnitsa. The tom yum is the most delicious at Mama Noy's.
Everything is available for different budgets. We liked Mama Noy, although it was a bit scary the first time, but two companies of Germans having dinner there calmed us down a little bit.
Who has been here, please advise on tours, tell us what you liked and what is not worth it. We have 2 children, aged 14 and 7. It should be interesting for everyone 😃
Definitely do not take the Pegasus tour - all day they drove us around to shops and only in the second half of the day brought us to the aquarium - the only interesting place on this excursion. There is an elephant farm near the hotel. We had a sea of positive emotions! We booked through their website, there is a transfer service included in the ticket price. We enjoyed the Fantasea show. Just do not have dinner at the seafood restaurant, they do not offer anything interesting there.
Around which hotel is the elephant farm located?
Around here: from the hotel, go left until the first left turn, about a kilometer, slightly uphill. Or contact them, they will send a transfer.
Do you have to book a tour with someone to visit this farm, or can you just go there on your own?
You can walk to them, book in advance (it's uphill), someone booked on their website. My daughter and I walked there, saw the area, not bad. They drive us back).
We walked on foot. It took about 15 minutes from the hotel. We only fed them. Everyone enjoyed it. The elephants are well cared for. It is clear that they are looked after.
We will arrive at the hotel on March 12th. Can you tell us how to get to the hotel without a transfer, how did you get there, and how much does it cost to get to the hotel?

Taxi Bolt now... to drive 20-25 minutes.
Can you tell me, who was here in August and didn't swim in the sea?

We relaxed in July-August: the first video is Nighton, the second one is Nayang.
Hello! So, can you actually swim in Nayang? :)
Yes, there are significantly fewer waves there.
Good evening, everyone! Who has been to Banana Beach? Can you share how you got there from the hotel? Is it possible to go there and back by taxi?

2.5 km down the road - we left the hotel and turned left immediately. But!!!! you don't need to go there 🤣🤣... We arrived, walked to the water, took some photos, and then left. When you descend from the road, the stench begins and there are piles of human waste everywhere... There are no toilets nearby, people just go right into the bushes.... The beach itself is very small - crowded with people... That's all Banana Beach. From Nai Thon by boat to Banana Beach you can get there for 1200 baht per boat - much more fun than taking a taxi... A local native will take your number, you call him back, and he will come pick you up again.
We rode bikes. Taking a taxi there...well, just to take some pictures, swim a bit, and that's it. If you have to take a taxi somewhere nearby, then go to Nai Yang Beach - there are more cafes, sun loungers there.
We rented a car, drove, 10 minutes at the beach was more than enough. Not much to see, a small beach, rocks in the sea, didn't even feel like swimming, lots of people, cars parked along the road, can't find a spot to park, lots of boats in the sea... So so... Not impressed))) Won't go there again, better to drive to Nay Yang, at least there's a market with some goodies, plus a change of scenery)) In terms of small and beautiful beaches, I really like Yanui, I don't know why, it's just so cute and beautiful, and every time I've been there, there weren't too many people))) If you rent a transport - it's even better, you can kill three birds with one stone, visit a festival, eat fresh seafood at Rawai, sunbathe at Yanui, and plus several viewpoints for photos)))
I'll make a note of it, is it somewhere in the south?
Oh, there, between Nai Harn and Rawai)) Don't bring too many people with you and don't disclose too much information😁 Otherwise, I'll stop writing reviews😀
There are rocks there, but if the sea is not at low tide, they are underwater and far from the shore. It's perfect for snorkeling with a mask. There is quite a diverse underwater world there. Some of the best beaches for snorkeling in Phuket are Nai Thon and Banana Beach. That's why we go there every time.
So we got caught in low tide))) Stones starting from the shore and going into the sea, in the middle of the beach there were no stones visible, but there was a maximum crowd of people on 1m2, and maybe indeed there are fewer people in the morning, we were there around 4:00 PM🤷♀️
Banana Beach is a nice beach. Cozy, beautiful. Especially great for those who love snorkeling. There are no crowds, there is a toilet, small but always clean, no smell. 10 baht to enter. It's better to go in the morning. We went there by bike. Don't climb too high up the mountain. Go straight to the first sign. The path there is quite gentle. But if you go higher, the descent will be much steeper. There are also 2 cafes there. The only downside is that there are a lot of people there now. Mostly foreigners. It's no longer a secret beach, like it was 9 years ago when we first found out about it. But if you go in the morning from 8 to 12, it's still good.
Please share your experience.... How is the internet in the hotel? Or should I buy a SIM card? Where can I get one? How much does it cost?
In July, there were internet connection issues. It worked well in the library, restaurant, and some areas near the pool. However, it hardly worked in the rooms (those further from the sea). SIM cards are available at 7/11 (my husband uses roaming for work, so we didn't need to get one).
Leave the hotel and go to the small store called Naiton Market. They sell SIM cards with unlimited data, which cost 399 baht for 30 days in January. Make sure to bring your passport with you, as they will take a photo of it when you make a purchase and give it back to you. The most important thing is that it works as a router. 👌👍
We returned 2 days ago. There are no 400 sim cards. There are 700-800 everywhere, including in 7-Eleven.
Has anyone had breakfast + dinner at this hotel? I'm curious how dinners are.
We always have dinner at this hotel. Upon check-in, they give out vouchers for 500 baht per person (250 baht per child) for each day. You can order from the menu. If the order exceeds the voucher amount, you just pay the difference, drinks are paid separately. I can look up the menu if needed. Desserts range from 60 to 120 baht. Everything is very tasty. The most expensive dish is the lobster, but my favorite is the "kao pad si fud" for 160 baht... 500 baht was enough for me to eat until full. My husband needed more. The prices are the same as in restaurants on the street (some things are even cheaper). It's just convenient for us to prepay our dinners.
Hello, can anyone at the hotel please tell me if there are any available sunbeds by the pool? And is it possible to take a photo of the sea? 🙏
Today there are sunbeds, but it is unknown whether they will be available when you arrive ✈️.

We have never stayed near the pool. So, I am not an expert here.

Here is the sea.
Good evening. Could you please tell me where I can rent a car near the hotel?
Place the signs near the Pullman. We only took bikes ourselves.
Good evening. Are there mosquitoes in the hotel or is it possible to sleep with the balcony door open?
Good, we were bitten on the street even during the day near the pool. At night, we slept with the air conditioning on and the balcony closed.
We were not bitten. Only on the beach after sunset. Citronella essential oil repels.
Can you tell me, are there insects running around in the room? How is the sanitation handled there?
If you bring food to the room and leave it, ants will come. My son left the uneaten mango on the table with the teapot, and in the morning there was an anthill there.
Can you please tell me if it's possible to have a cup of coffee first at the buffet in the morning and then come back later for a full breakfast? Is it recorded who visits the buffet?
Not fixed. I always go for breakfast twice 😁 Wake up early in the family, have breakfast, then come back with my husband and child 🤓😁
Great! And what time is breakfast served from 7 to 9?
You're supposed to come by 10, but you can arrive by 10, grab some food and sit until 11, no one will ask you to leave.
From 6.30, but in fact everything is ready at 6, many people have breakfast. Until 10 o'clock. There is also a room near the massage tables, there is tea, coffee like at breakfast. I understood that you can have tea there during the day. But I didn't go myself.
Good day! Can you please tell me if it is possible to rent a scooter near the hotel?
Yes, right on the road between the hotel and the beach.
Can you tell me what they are asking for as collateral?
Just the payment for the bike. During the low season, we rented it for 200 baht per day for 10 days. We left the bike in the hotel parking lot.
You can, but it's better to take a car right away... If it's for 5 days, it's 1000 baht per day... They don't take a deposit, they just take a photo of your card with the room number.
Good afternoon. What fruits are sold near the hotel?
Fruits of any kind, there are a couple of bananas.
Any, even apples and pears?
You know, they probably meant "any Thai fruits" ;)
It's a pity) I'm with a baby, so I asked. Are there no simple fruits in the market either?
In January, our friends were with us with their two-year-old baby, they bought local purees in the market like "Fruto-nanny" in packets that can be squeezed out, the little one really liked them, plus small local bananas. After 10 days, she started eating mangoes and pineapples, behind Windhoek there is a cafe with Russian cuisine, very tasty cutlets - I enjoyed sharpening them, even though I don't eat much (ate a couple by myself, nibbled on a fork, didn't give to anyone). In the white cafe, right after the pizza at the exit, I also ate shrimp cutlets enthusiastically. Oh, and she loves potatoes in all its forms, corn (but I scraped the grains from the cob into a plate for her), she ate a little grilled fish (first checked all the bones on herself and on older children, then started giving to the little one) everything is fine))) The little one tries plankton and local mosquitoes for taste - be careful🤷♀️ It seems that's all for the little ones... Oh, and buy rinse aid and laundry detergent at the Nighton market in small quantities, it will be cheaper than buying on site from vending machines.
Thank you for such a detailed response! Is there a laundry room in the hotel? How much does it cost? Can I get my clothes ironed there?
There is self-service at the hotel, about 50 baht, but I am not sure exactly) you can request an iron, they will bring it to your room.
Yes, an iron is brought to the room, a washing machine costs 50 baht, a dryer costs the same, a packet of laundry powder costs 35 baht, and fabric softener costs 40 baht.
Apples, bananas, corn...quite usual.
Can you tell me, is there a fumigator in the room?
We haven't. Brought our own, using it.
Should I take my own liquid or just buy local?
Pills.
Are our employees working? Sorry, but many have written that only local resources are being used.

On the first night, they forgot to turn on the fumigator and woke up with insect bites. Now we don't forget, and there are no new bites. We use our fumigator and tablets.

In the evening, we use aerosol with Citronella externally, it repels insects. There in the store is only a different label.
Can you tell me how to get to the hotel from the airport on my own?
The distance is 8 km, I was also interested, my conclusion is that a minibus, like a shuttle, from the airport will take you to the hotel. You can call a taxi from the airport's Wi-Fi, but then you need to go out to the road and cross to the other side. Although some people were lucky, taxis from the departure zone immediately arrived at the arrival zone, but there are not many of them. Well, there is also expensive taxi at the airport. In short, we will check it ourselves on Saturday :)
When I was researching for myself, I found the following options: 1) calling a taxi via Wi-Fi through the In Drive, Bolt, Grab apps (the price is 200 baht for a 4-person car, 300 baht for a 6-person car in the Bolt app) 2) Exiting the airport, there are many buses, you tell them the hotel name and they can take you directly to the hotel for 150 to 200 baht per person.
And there are no sun loungers on the beach?
There are no deck chairs)))
Can you please let me know if there are bathrobes in the room?
We didn't have
No, only slippers and umbrellas, and not in all rooms. Plus, there are a couple of extra pillows in the cupboard, but the cleaners will bring anything you need for a small fee.
Can you please tell me if the shampoo/conditioner in the hotel are good? Or should I bring my own products?
I would say they were excellent, I carried them with me, my hair was like spikes, I liked using the hotel amenities, I also bought some coconut products at the market, I liked using them there as well and brought them home. However, chlorinated water and Thai shampoo are not compatible 🙈, my hair was like straw.
There is no hair conditioner, but there is one for the body. At first, we used our own shampoo, but then I tried the hotel brand and it suited me very well. I bought two coconut masks for 95 Baht each at the pharmacy, and they are absolutely amazing.
The hotel amenities are mostly praised. My hair liked their conditioner, and they are picky and straight. All the others are good too. But if you are worried, bring 50 ml of your favorite conditioner. And yes, we had hand soap, hair conditioner, body lotion, and shower gel + shampoo. Everything was in large bottles.
I really liked the hotel cosmetics, they have a very pleasant and rich scent. In the room, there was a shampoo and conditioner combined in one bottle, shower gel, body lotion, and hand soap. I didn't try the shampoo as I brought my own shampoo, conditioner, and hair mask with me))) I really liked the shower gel and lotion, so I bought similar ones at the hotel market to take home))) If you take any of the products from the room when checking out, they ask you to pay 100 baht per bottle (my friends were leaving at night and didn't have time to go to the market).
Can you please tell me what is the approximate size of the refrigerator in the room? From the photo, it seems quite small. Is there anything inside it from the mini bar or is it empty?

The refrigerator is small.
Thank you! I am trying to estimate how much yogurt I can take with me for the baby.
Enough cottage cheese and kefir for 2 weeks 😁 The fridge is empty.
Can you please tell me if there is a freezer compartment in the refrigerator? I need it to freeze ice.
Yes, there is a freezer.
A small section on top, like everywhere, an open frosty shelf.

Here it is.
Good evening) Who took a voucher with dinners? Can you advise on the choice and tastiness of the food, is it worth taking?
First of all, consider the price: they quoted us 90,000 rubles for 28 days :) You can buy lunch or dinner on-site, but drinks for dinner are always paid.
We have a difference of 30,000 rubles for both, a price difference over 14 days for both.

Here's today's dinner on the street - the most extreme café - for three people. 1300 baht - with coffee, smoothies + alcoholic cocktail.
Everything looks very appetizing!!! 😋 Is the café on the far left or right? If it's not too much trouble, could you take a photo of the café with the names that you like in terms of quality 🙏🙏🙏
How they left the hotel and immediately turned left and almost to the fullest. In the cafes right by the hotel entrance, it's 200-220-250 baht for Tom Yum, so don't be lazy, walk 300 meters. The very last practically - as soon as you left the hotel and turned left... They have elderly Germans hanging out there every day - which indirectly speaks to the quality...
The further left you go in the cafe, the cheaper it is.
The most important thing is for everything to be of high quality and fresh. After reading reviews about food poisoning, it's the only thing I think about. 🙈
More than 16 times in Thailand and not a single case of poisoning or stomach upset. We confidently eat at street cafes. Poisoning is more of a problem in our Sochi and Crimea. None of my friends or acquaintances have ever been poisoned.

They take it out of the ice/water and fry it in front of you. Everything there is fresh. Whatever you point at, they take it out and fry it in front of you.
When we were on vacation, we got food poisoning at the restaurant near our hotel! In one particular restaurant, our friends were served fish or meat with small parasites, and when they almost finished their meal, they found cockroaches at the bottom. However, everything was perfect in the cafes. 🤩
And I would take dinners, especially after 14 days, by the end of the vacation we were so tired of street food, we just didn't know what to choose, basically everything is the same in fast-food places, and in cafes it will definitely cost more than 300 baht per person, but it's up to you to decide.
So why bother having dinners? Especially for all 14 days. If you feel like it, you can have dinner at any café. But if not, you can always go to the hotel and pay for dinner there in the evening.
Don't forget that in a restaurant, there is an additional 10-15% charge for service, so the price will be higher than getting dinners, whereas in cafes or street food stalls, you can try all the dishes for lunch if you want to experience the local style (just my opinion, I would personally opt for all-inclusive if it was available in regular hotels in Thailand).
There is a cafe nearby, why overpay and be tied to the hotel? 🤔
It's not worth it, the café nearby is much tastier.
I definitely wouldn't have dinners here. I'm actually shocked at the cafes/restaurants on this beach, honestly, it's the first time I've experienced this in Phuket. It's the first time in my life that I've bought food from street vendors, really (7th time on the island, 2nd time in Khao Lak). Well, I didn't enjoy the cafes and I didn't understand why I should overpay. There is a cafe immediately to the right at the exit, behind the pizzeria (white, adorable elderly owners with an old lady, always hugging and showing affection) it's really cozy there, the portions are big, but I can only recommend the papaya salad and shrimp cutlets, the Tom Yum soup is not worth it (300 baht), the street vendor across from Windham has better food, and their alcoholic/non-alcoholic cocktails are great. Further to the right, there is a restaurant that I really liked, also white and fancy, everything is tasty, but it's not cheap to have dinner for three people there (2 beers, non-alcoholic cocktail, salad, Tom Yum soup, a couple of hot dishes with shrimp, and one dessert) it's at least 4,000 baht... We didn't make it to Mama Noi's, if we were going there, it was already closed... On the left, there is a big restaurant all in lights - it's not good, terrible and slow service, and a small cafe right behind it - also not worth it, you won't even get a waiter to bring you a menu... There is a cafe with Russian cuisine behind Windham (you need to see the sign on the left side of the road and turn) it's quite good, but it was very hot for us there. In short, towards the end of our vacation, we decided that it's best and cheapest to eat at the street vendors. If you really want seafood, go to Rawai, to the market, everything is very fresh and delicious. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant three times, well... I didn't like it... They only have pizza (same as outside the hotel) and the burgers were tasty. There's not even Tom Yum soup, only Tom Kha with morning broth for the noodle soup.
And we ate at Mama Noy's, even though people warned us. We wanted to see for ourselves. The food was delicious, but sitting down to eat hot soup in the heat without air conditioning at a table that seemed ready to collapse any minute was not the most pleasant experience. The floor was dirt, and there were mosquitoes, which added to the discomfort. The second time, we simply bought food to take away and ate it at the hotel. The price for a seafood Tom Yum soup was 130 in December, while at local food stalls it was 100. Each place prepares it differently. I should also mention that the portions are very large. We ordered two dishes for the two of us and couldn't finish them.
And we ordered dinner to our room from the restaurant twice. You go for a walk, enter the restaurant, place your order, write down your room number, and half an hour later, the waiter is at your door with the dishes. We really liked the seafood and the fish in batter. The rest of the nights, we had late dinners in our room with food from the local eateries. Mom had a delicious tom yum (150B) at Choy's place, I believe that's the name of the owner.
You should get dinners if you want some leisure, even without leaving the hotel 🌚 But you will be going on excursions or just walking around. And around 6-7 o'clock, you will be rushing back to the hotel to have dinner.
Hello! Can you please tell me if the hotel requires a deposit? I saw information that they do not, but maybe something has changed this year.
No, they don't take it)) They moved in yesterday, so the information is 300% accurate.
How far is it to drive from the hotel to Karona?
The map says: 36 km, 43 minutes.
There is no milk and bread available in the local store, only at 7/11.
I bought milk for coffee, though it was a liter bottle, but it was enough for the entire vacation. The bread was in the store, more specifically buns and toast, and they were quickly sold out.
Bread and milk, sour cream, kefir are available.
It was in a large bottle, we had too much of such volume.
Can you confirm if it's true that more than 80% of the holidaymakers in the department are from Russia?!
Indeed, besides Kazakhs, and a few representatives of other nationalities, I have seen Italians, Germans, but this is more of an exception and in very limited numbers))) Here, everything is already great with food and attitude)))
Yes. But all of them are reasonable.
We had a vacation in November, it was 100% Russian settlement, it was cool, like in Gelendzhik, everyone is from their own, but abroad. You can approach anyone and ask, they will answer you). We went to the Festival shopping center, there were also many Russians, convenient for people like me who don't know a foreign language 😂.
Please advise which building is the most conveniently located - without noise from the road or the stand?

For us, 8 seemed so-so. It has a downside of being located near the arrival area for all buses 🤪. But on the bright side, it has good Wi-fi. We stayed in 6 and really liked it, but if you have a SIM card. We didn't take one, so we suffered 😜 There are no construction works there!!! The photo shows the view from building 6.
I also think that the quietest ones are 5 and 6 (possibly 4 as well, but there is a restaurant on the edge there), and 9 seems to be the most recently renovated.
Where is this construction site that everyone is asking about? I haven't come across it at all... We were staying in building 2, which was not suitable for families in my opinion. It was always noisy, and the same situation applies to buildings 1 and 3 (all these buildings have rooms facing the pool). At 6 am, they start setting up sunbeds, umbrellas, etc. They slide them across the tiles without any regard, and the children scream in the pool all day. In the evening and at night, the adults start partying (on the sunbeds, at the restaurant tables, and on the terraces of the ground floors). Some of them even don't hesitate to turn on the speakers... It is only possible to sleep well in these buildings with the balcony closed and the air conditioner on... We were on vacation without children, so it was fine for us)))
We lived in the 5th, it was great.
We lived in Building 9, which was under construction for condo six months ago. Our balcony faced that building, but it was very quiet and had a beautiful sunrise in the morning. However, I would prefer a view of the pool, as it is more enjoyable. The rooms in our building have been renovated for sure! Keep in mind, our building is the farthest one. Have a great vacation!
Is there a market near the hotel?
Market 😂🙈. Few food stalls and beach equipment vendors, one with souvenirs. Couple of stalls with fruits and pancakes. That's it. One and a half stores, two pharmacies, cafes, massage parlors. The whole street.
As the beach is not crowded, the infrastructure is also minimal. There is only one street along the beach.
And the beach is great! 👍
He is magnificent!!! And there are little crabs😍 running around, and pebbles, and stones for photos))) And "singing" sand underneath your feet??? And, most importantly, not many people💣.
And one more question. Does the local store have wines - dry red or white? If yes, which ones and approximately how much do they cost? 🍾
The cost is 700-1000 baht.
Wow) Is it local or imported?
Imported. Haven't seen local.
Can you tell me about the 9th building - how are the room numbers there? Are they conveniently located? Or is it tolerable?
If the room numbers are odd, then they are standard; if they are even, then there is a view of a construction site and another hotel. We had room 9402, where there was dust from the construction and the pipe from the neighboring hotel was making noise all night. We moved rooms.
A couple of questions to the hotel guests: What about the Wi-Fi and television? It turns out that it is really important to my husband)))
We lived in room 6205. My husband had decent Wi-Fi, but I only had a good connection in certain areas (not a step away), and it constantly dropped. I think it's useless. The Wi-Fi in the restaurant and at the reception was great though. Don't worry, but you won't find many channels either, we had only one and there were about 8. So, grab a sim card, a bike, and go explore Phuket on your own – you'll have maps at your fingertips and can travel around the entire island yourself.
There is no Wi-Fi in the second building, I didn't use it at all, it just caused interference when connecting... On the TV... We had 15 channels, all of them Thai, and one Russian channel for news and information.
We stayed in building 5. The excitement was beyond limits! The Wi-Fi was literally flying, providing excellent service throughout our vacation. However, it wasn't enough for me, especially since I spent most of my time at the beach or outside the hotel. So, I bought a local SIM card, which also had a wonderful internet connection 👍
Could you please advise if the sim cards come with some data allowance already? Can I insert it into my phone and use it until it runs out? Or do I need to insert it, choose a tariff plan, and top up the balance at 7/11 or a shop? I understand that it might be a silly question 😂😂😂
Good question, what do you need? 😄 I bought a True Move SIM card at the store. They inserted it for me there. They checked if the internet was working on the spot. As soon as they inserted it, everything started working right away! The SIM card came with an 80GB data package. There were no calls or text messages included. To track my internet usage, I downloaded the True iService app. I didn't need to log in, it automatically connected to my number and tracked the data usage. They only sell SIM cards from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. You need a passport. So you have to make it within that timeframe. I'm not sure why they don't sell before or after that.
For how many days is this SIM and for how much baht?
60 дней - 60 days
Good afternoon! Can you please tell me the cost of this SIM card? I don't want to buy it at the airport as it will be significantly more expensive, right? How about at the local store, Nighton Market? Or did you visit the nearest 7/11?
Bought them for 380 baht. I don't know how much they cost at the airport. I think around 500 baht. We bought them at a little store right outside the hotel, to the left. Naithon Mart.
Thank you ☺ Can you pay with a Union Pay card from Rosselkhozbank in the shop? Have you tried it?
They seem to have a terminal, they pay with cards. I'm not sure about any specific one because we only had cash on hand😅
In Building 8 / the restaurant, the reception was great, we watched a movie, and I worked on my computer. The signal was good until the middle of the pool with the elephants and the beginning of the pool with sand.
Hello, could you please tell me if any cafes will be open at our hotel when we arrive at 9:00 PM?
If you only arrive at 9 pm, you will be at the hotel by 11 pm. It will be quiet and peaceful 😁. Bring snacks with you if you don't plan on taking a taxi to another area for a night out. The hotel provides instant coffee, tea, powdered creamer, and water.
Can you tell me where the nearest place to eat is, if we take a taxi?
The nearest option would be 7/11, sandwiches, burgers, and other snacks from the store. Everything will already be closed (kitchens for sure), maybe there will be a couple of people lingering in bars. But it's unlikely that you'll be able to eat at a cafe if you arrive after 10 PM.
Good day! Where is the nearest 7/11? Can I walk there?
I wouldn't make it up the hill for about 3.5 km (especially during the day under the sun).
Thank you! Is there only taxi transportation or can we also rent a vehicle?
I don't know for sure, but we didn't use anything else, and I haven't seen anything else either... Why do you specifically need 7/11? The one nearby is small, although it has a bigger assortment than Nighton Market, there aren't any significant differences... More sandwiches and ready-made food, more drinks (they have collagen and vitamins in small bottles), more choices in cosmetics and various Thai medicines... We went there twice, and that was only because I really like their raspberry beer drink 🙈 Other than that, we didn't really need it.
At the airport, you can either buy something or take a taxi and ask the driver to stop by 7/11 on the way.
Are there no horrifying poisonous jellyfish that glow at night, which were reported in the media? 😱😂
No, believe me, if they were here, I would already be in a coma 😅. Everything in the water bites me, even a little fish can bite me 🙈. Over the course of 12 days, there were plankton three times (which was enough for me to be completely bitten), nothing else, except for mosquitoes (which can be dealt with using repellent and local spray). Well, it's also better not to sit on the sand in the evening, there are fleas (they are annoying, if one crawls under your shorts, it will bite for a long time).
Hello! Who has taken a taxi to Patong, what is the cost?
500-600 baht
Hello. Is there not much noise from the construction site nearby and the hotel?
Never heard from their body.
What kind of building do you have?
5. Here, you will rather start hating chatty birds than any noise from construction, if there is any at all.
The building was completed in October. Most likely, internal finishing works are already being completed.
Where is the iron in the hotel? Should I bring a small travel iron or not?
There was a board and an iron in the corridor, but I only saw it once, probably because guests take it to their rooms.
I specifically did not look for it, I came with a small one, and I definitely didn't see it in the laundry.
Can you use the floor scales to weigh the luggage?
There are stationary scales at the reception to weigh one piece of luggage for 10 baht.
Could you please tell me, earlier there was a shop on the left when you exit the hotel. Is it no longer there? Is there anywhere nearby where I can buy bottled water? The hotel used to have 2 shops. Is there at least one remaining?
There is a shop where you can buy water.
Oh, thank you for the information! Is the pharmacy still there? It was nearby.
In my opinion, there is only one shop left at the hotel, located under the reception desk. However, when you leave the hotel, you need to turn slightly to the left and there you will find NaithonMart. Yesterday we were walking and saw a few pharmacies. When you leave the hotel, turn right and walk until you reach the pharmacy. If you turn left immediately from the hotel, there also seems to be a pharmacy, but I can't say for sure.
All right. Two pharmacies, the one on the right is cheaper.
Maybe🤔, but we in the one on the right bought a cobra venom ointment, and it turned out to be twice as cheap in the little shop at the exit. That's why it is like this.
There are two pharmacies, one to the right and one to the left, if you go from the hotel.
Is it customary to tip in restaurants for dinner, to the maids? I read that it is not a common practice in Thailand.
We left, and no one refused.
We did not refuse the tips, we also bought our candies (bars, "lastochka") for 20-50 baht and a little candy. The maids like our candies )))
We are going to this hotel with children. Can you please tell us what to lie on at the beach if there are no sun loungers? Do they sell mats on site? And what is the price? Or is it better to bring a beach mat from home?
You can buy it here and leave it, or you can buy it where you live and bring it with you. Most likely, you will buy something better at home. I brought mine - now I'm thinking of taking it back... You can even lie on the beach towels that are provided at the hotel.
No loungers, really dislike it, deck chairs are being sold.
Naithon Beach is located in a nature reserve. Sun loungers are prohibited at the state level.
150 baht costs.
Please advise on which room numbers are the best in the hotel?
It depends on what your preferred room is. Buildings 1-4 are located near the pool with elephants (closest to the beach). It is probably convenient for families with children. However, it was noisy and uncomfortable for us on the 1st floor (for families with children, it is probably a plus - you can take your child out of the window and they are already in the pool, you can not only watch, but also jump in if necessary). We moved to the 5th floor of building 6, near building 9. It's beautiful! Quiet, beautiful, no sun on the balcony. Downstairs, there is a beautiful pool of complex shape with a children's section and white sand. We like it more this way. The rooms inside are absolutely identical.
We lived in Building 8, and there was absolutely nobody there. Neither in the corridors nor at the windows. 😂 But it was October.
5, 6, 8, 9 buildings are the best in terms of being far away from any noise, more secluded and calm, perfect for families. 1, 2, 3, 4 are located in the center of the noise, but it is convenient that the pool, although they are within walking distance everywhere and the hotel's exit to the sea is nearby.
9 building, if windows do not face the construction site. It does not bother us, but with children it may be important to someone.
Can you please tell me if you can order food at the restaurant in the hotel, apart from the included breakfast? According to the reviews, they both cook delicious meals and the prices are not higher than those outside.
We had baked tomka and mussels, everything was fine)
They cook well, but there are places on the road with more diverse cuisine.
At a slightly higher price than in the neighborhood, but you sit in a clean restaurant with air conditioning 😊
We had dinner at the hotel - soups, salads, pizza, everything was delicious and of high quality, and the portions were large.
Hello, we are on full board, so we eat at the hotel and we like it!
Can you tell me if there is a bidet in the bathroom?

Yes, and not only in the hotel))
What is the best course of action? Should we bring a beach mat or buy one on site? Is there a choice available or mostly cheap ones? If I understand correctly, the beach near the hotel is not equipped, but the hotel provides beach towels.
They sell beach mats, beach towels are provided. The sand is great, we laid out a beach mat and it feels good to us. There are no umbrellas. There is a fairly wide strip of trees where you can hide from the sun. It's better to use a beach mat there if you want to hang out. Overall, it feels like a wild beach. There is a simple hose with water for rinsing off at the exit to the road.
Please advise, where is the best place to go for a massage?
Hello. We operate outside the hotel, prices are the same everywhere (only more expensive at the hotel). There are many masseuses here. I have had massages from different ones each time, the principle is the same, but each one has a slightly different technique.
Can you please tell me if there are any bars on the hotel premises where I can have a good cup of coffee during the day?
It depends on what you understand as good coffee. There is one restaurant where breakfast is served, and they also offer food and drinks for an additional fee until evening. There is a cafe nearby with strange working hours (we decided that it is exclusively for those who are late for breakfast 😊), it doesn't open early in the morning and closes quite early. Besides coffee and pastries, it seems like they don't have anything else. Both the restaurant and the cafe have vending machines with 3-4 buttons for espresso, americano, cappuccino, and latte. At least, we didn't see any other options on the premises.
Is there an iron in the room or in a special room? And what kind of hairdryer is there?
There is no iron in the room. Is it possible to get one somewhere without asking? We brought a small steamer from home, but haven't needed it yet. Everything straightens out on its own with this humidity. The hairdryer is good.
There is no iron in the room, and the hairdryer is primitive.
Is there a lot of people on the hotel beach?

Not many people, don't worry, it's always like this)

Like this on the beach.
Are there any changing cabins or toilets at the beach?
No.
I know that along the road by the hotel there are several stalls selling beach goods, but it's not clear what they sell. Please, could you let me know what can be bought there, the prices and sizes?
They sell beachwear only. There is only one small stall with bags (for those who are interested), some robes, and that's it.
Do they sell beach flip-flops?
Yes!
The cost is 150 Baht.
Hello, are there any shopping centers and pharmacies near the hotel?
There are pharmacies, 2 in total. One store is located on the street, and 1 is in the hotel. That's it)
Can you please tell me what time breakfast is served at the hotel?
From 06:30 to 10:00.
Can you tell me what kind of gym is available in the hotel?

Here is a gym in the hotel.
Can you please tell me if the hotel has free Wi-Fi?
There is, but it works very poorly, only works at the reception.
Everything was working fine in our room.
It's strange, our room was right next to the reception, and even then it didn't work in the room...
Agreed. We live in Building 6. It exists, but it's unstable. I'm sending from the number right now.
At the reception, it is definitely good. But if you don't need to use it outside the territory, then you don't need to take a SIM card either.
Are SIM cards sold nearby in the store?
Sold, but often out of stock. They run out very quickly.
Is there a gym in the hotel, who knows? Is there a full-fledged gym? Do you have to pay separately for the gym?
There is a gym, no need to pay, I can't tell you what kind of sports equipment is there.
Somewhere I read in the reviews that the hall is quite decent, the content is good, I couldn't find anything else... It is also important for our son.
Who is at the hotel, what are the prices for massages at the hotel? What are the reviews? Is it worth going outside for a massage, or can a good massage be done in the spa department?
Hello, just returned from the hotel, didn't get a massage there: 1 - more expensive than in massage salons, the cheapest one was 500 baht, with coconut oil - 600, and it gets higher from there; 2 - they do it in a busy place, you walk by and admire the bodies; 3 - there is a sewage drain nearby, sometimes it smells a bit, but I noticed that all the masseuses are wearing uniforms, they wash their hands, and they use white towels for facials.
We had a massage every other day at the hotel, oil 500, Thai massage at the same cost. My husband really enjoyed it.
How many keys are provided for the room? If two are needed, is the second one a deposit key?
Two keys. We had a Connect (adjacent) number, and they immediately gave us four 😂.
Can you please tell me where smoking is allowed in the hotel? Are there designated areas or can it be done on the balcony in the room?
I understand that smoking is allowed anywhere.
No. Tobacco is treated with loyalty, but acquaintances were fined 2,000 baht for "e-cigs". Smoking areas are designated everywhere, especially in public places and near bungalows.
Oh, sorry, I didn't think about vapes, I don't smoke🙈 But thank you very much for the information, my husband smokes them🤭
You're welcome. I'm a smoker myself, but tobacco 😁😁😁 However, be careful, especially on the beaches.
Can I borrow an iron at the reception, please?
Some rooms in the corridor had small irons with boards. They were definitely not personal, but hotel-owned.
Can you please tell me if there is a hairdryer in the room?
There is a hairdryer in the room.
Can you please tell me what type of sockets are in the hotel? Should I bring an adapter?
Each hotel room has two of our sockets, to the left of the large mirror. There is no need for an adapter.
We took and found them useful. All the sockets were of a different type.
What type of sockets are there in the hotel? Which adapter should I take?
I don't know if I'll be able to explain 🙈: three flat holes, Asian type. My husband has a universal adapter for trips. The socket on my daughter's bed was loose, so the phone charger fit in there.
All the sockets fit, despite having three holes. Adapters were not needed.
Can we leave our belongings in the storage room and continue to spend time in the hotel if we have to check out by 12:00 but our flight is at 23:00, unless we are granted a late check-out?
Of course.
Can I take a shower in the hotel or is there such an opportunity nearby? )))
There are many souls on the territory.
They are open, so it's not possible to fully wash there 😝, although with some skill and outside help it might be possible. You can go to the shower near the sandy pool. It is more secluded from prying eyes.
Can you please tell me if it is possible to extend the stay at the hotel and have a late check-out when departing at 22.55?
Just arrived from this hotel. The departure time was 22.55, but we extended it until 19.00 for 1000 baht. However, we had to do it the night before the departure as we didn't have any information earlier.
I wanted to do it in advance, since February is a busy month. But apparently I can only do it upon arrival. I hope everything works out. Otherwise, it would be a waste of time wandering around.
If anything, everyone leaves their belongings inside at the reception and continues to relax calmly. You can change clothes in the restroom there and put away unnecessary items in your suitcase.
Stay where you are. They recently did it for 1000 baht until 19:00.
Could you please tell me if early check-in is possible?
If there are available rooms, they will check you in. We were checked in at 13:00, but there was also a group of 24 people from Annex only in this hotel. You can leave your suitcases at their reception, change clothes, and go swimming/eating/sunbathing.
Is the hotel full now?
It's unclear whether it's full or not. During the day, it seems like there's no one. And during breakfast, you can spend a long time searching for a place. But until November 1st, there was a discount on accommodation, now the high season has started.
We arrived with Aeroflot at 2 o'clock in the night and were immediately told that there were no available rooms and check-in would begin at 15:00. However, they offered apparently reserved rooms for 2000 baht, and some of the arriving tourists agreed to temporarily stay there. As a result, we were checked-in at 13:00.
Wow, we arrived today at 13 o'clock and they immediately accommodated us without money.
Where is it allowed to smoke in the hotel?
My husband smokes everywhere.
Around the pool, everyone smokes, as well as in front of the shop. There is also an ashtray on the balcony of the room.
Tell me, what is on the menu at the hotel restaurant?

Here is the menu. The prices are the same as in the restaurants near the hotel, and even a little cheaper.
Are there any insects and other animals in the hotel?
Komarov didn't see any mosquitoes, but there are flies present)) They only saw a ginger cat among the animals)))
At night, there was buzzing from a bee in the 8th building on the 3rd floor..it managed to bite my son a little) My son also managed to step on a bee in the bathroom, which stung him.
There are lizards on the ceiling in the corridors.
Hello. Can you please tell me if it's possible to purchase alcohol at the hotel and nearby, and what are the prices?
The hotel has a market, beer, and local spirits. Next to the hotel, there is a night market with a lot of dry wine, mainly from Australia, priced from 500 baht for 0.75 liters. Among the spirits, the attention was drawn only to Balantines whisky, priced at 1200 baht. There is also a lot of local rum and beer.
Yes, there are plenty of options to choose from. The hotel has spaces for bars near the pools, although for some reason they don't sell drinks there. However, if desired, one can self-organize and bring their own beverages.
Can you please tell me which hotel buildings have rooms on the ground floor with direct access to the pool, with minimal number of steps? Are these types of rooms only available in buildings 1, 2, and 3, or are they also available in quieter buildings?
I lived in the eighth building, there are decent ramps there. There are actually no steps. Well, and an elevator accordingly.
We have a son in a wheelchair and live in building 8 on the ground floor. There are no stairs, only a ramp. Overall, the entire hotel is wheelchair-accessible.
In all the buildings there are elevators, but in buildings 4, 5, 6, 7 the ground floor is non-residential. However, this is not a very convenient option for a room - people constantly walk there.
I didn't go or notice, but the room was probably a bit closer to the edge of the pool, and there were trees. We enjoyed going out. And the curtains were only opaque after sunset, when there was light in the room. The rest of the time, they were semi-transparent and didn't let anyone else's gaze in. It didn't bother me at all.
Tell me, which corpus?

As far as I remember, there is a stone pathway on the lawn from the house to the pool.
Usually all rooms on the 1st floor with pool access are designated as Deluxe Pool Access. The addition "access"
Could you please tell me if Wi-Fi is paid in the hotel?
Free of charge
Free, but hardly catches anywhere 😂.
We have good reception in our room. 😇
Is there a children's room with toys at the hotel?
No.
There are several children's tents, a stacking toy, a couple of toys for fine motor skills development, molds and buckets for sand. The children's bikes are free. Most kids splash in the water and play in the sand. In my opinion, that's enough.
Can you please tell me if there is a kettle, cups, tea, and coffee in the room?

Yes, everything is there.
Can you please tell me if there are beach towels available at the hotel or do I need to bring my own?
Colleagues were at this hotel in February and they said that there are beach towels by the pool that you can also take to the beach. I am planning to go there myself at the end of October or beginning of November.
Here the waves are still too strong for swimming, so I couldn't go in yet. Instead, we're mostly jumping on the waves, which is also fun)) They provide towels near the two pools. You take one, write down the number in a notebook, and then return it when you're finished. It's mostly just for show.
Can you please tell me if they clean the seaweed and trash washed up by the waves on the beach of the hotel? Are the waves big at this beach at all?
I haven't seen any seaweed for 6 days. I haven't noticed any trash either, I think I would definitely have noticed it. The waves are big in my opinion, yesterday there was a red-yellow flag.. the rest of the time it's red.
Is there a laundry room in the hotel?
Yes, there is. We saw the washing machine.

Here is a laundry room.
Is there any detergent available? 50 baht per wash, right? And what is that machine on the wall? What are they selling?

The powder is apparently being sold.
Can you tell me if Building 8 is where the restaurant is located? Is it not too noisy there? And I understand that there are no rooms on the first floor? Also, do all the rooms have two stationary beds? The travel agent said that in a triple room for three adults, there is one double bed and one extra folding bed, but from the videos I watched, it seems like there are two regular beds.

You have three adults, so there may be a "folding bed", don't worry, their folding beds are almost full-size! 😉 We lived in the third one, but there should be rooms on the first floor in the eighth one, the restaurant is not there). Regarding the beds: in one room we had a double bed + a crib for a baby, in the second one - two twin beds. Both rooms had small sofas that looked like couches).
Is there a gym in the hotel?
There is.
Thank you. Is it just for appearance or is it normal?
I didn't go myself, my husband says it was normal.

There are actually no weights 😉
Are there sun loungers on the hotel beach?
They have not been to Phuket for several years, only something closed if. We laid out a towel and lay on the pool loungers. The beach in June was beautiful, perfect for walking, running into the water, and capturing stunning sunsets 😉
Can you please explain how the Wi-Fi works in the hotel?
In general, the main building and restaurant are great. We watched a movie, but from the middle of the pool towards the beach it's not catching anymore.
Is there a library at the hotel that has books in Russian? Do they have children's books? Can we leave the books we brought with us there, will they take them?
There were different adults, one of them also left. Just a room with sofas and bookshelves. By the beginning of June, there were about 30 of them.
Hello. Do I need a deposit upon arrival at the hotel?
In June, we didn't take anything.
Can you please tell me if there are highchairs in the hotel restaurant?

Good afternoon, yes there is.
Ordinary IKEA and wooden. Like in all the small restaurants in the area as well.
Can you please tell me if the wifi in the hotel is good?
Hello, it doesn't catch everywhere, but there is. I am periodically disconnected at the sand-filtered pool.
We lived in building 8, where the reception was located. The Wi-Fi signal was always weak in our room, but within the building it was fine. However, it disappeared near the middle of the pool.
Thank you, understood. Will I be able to watch movies?
Most likely not. It's enough for messengers and sending photos, but there's a problem with uploading pictures.
Can you please tell me if slippers, robes, and soap are provided in the rooms? Does the hotel conduct mosquito prevention?
There are no slippers and robes. I brought disposable cotton slippers with me. There is soap and shampoo - and by the way, of good quality. There were a few mosquitoes outside in the evening, but the rooms have sliding mosquito nets on the windows (floor-to-ceiling windows), so they didn't bite us.
Hello, do you have toothbrushes with toothpaste?
Good afternoon! No, there are no toothbrushes - we returned from the hotel yesterday.
Yes) there were - shower gel, body balm, shampoo, soap, cap, discs, hairdryer, kettle, cups, spoons, saucers, tea, coffee, sugar, cream, glasses, umbrella, a cool balcony drying rack - like a ballet barre with two bars.
Is the exchange rate at the hotel better than at the airport? What is the quality of the Wi-Fi?
I don't remember the exact exchange rate at the hotel, but it is definitely lower than at the Festival shopping center and higher than at the airport. We exchanged $100 at the airport and bought a local SIM card. I used it to share internet with my daughter's phone. We exchanged money a few times at the hotel exchange office, but for other purchases, we went to the shopping center. The hotel Wi-Fi was decent, but during peak hours when everyone returned from the beach in the evening, the speed would drop. So, we switched to using internet from our phones. We got an unlimited tariff for 15 days for 699 baht right at the airport, at the counters after collecting our luggage. They will assist you with everything there.
