The hotel looks very beautiful and modern! No wonder, since this is Hyatt. The lobby, restaurant, and common areas are decorated wonderfully, so I immediately added this option to my selection as soon as I saw it.

The hotel is not just a couple of steps from the hospital: unfortunately, there are practically no five-star hotels in the immediate vicinity, so I have chosen only three. But at least it's in the same district. The distance is about 2 kilometers, walking takes 28 minutes, which is too long, so I do not consider that option. However, you can take the bus in 18 minutes – the numbers 12 and 45 go directly. Or you can call a taxi, which is the easiest option. Then the trip will take 10 minutes, and I am sure the reception will assist us with calling a taxi.

The district itself is very nice, with many attractions, shops, and galleries nearby, so I would definitely take a walk here during my free time. The metro station is very close.

But what this hotel doesn't lack is amenities. In the rooms, there are soft fluffy bathrobes and comfortable slippers, and each room has a Nespresso coffee machine. I was pleased to find that you can order food to the room 24/7. There are several exquisite restaurants here, but I am most interested in the one that serves breakfast, which is included in the price in some rooms. At the reception, you can request a specific type of pillow, which is very important for my parents. I think that for the three of us, we would opt for a family or executive suite.

And on the roof, there is a gym! I might pop in for a quick warm-up. It's a pity that there is no pool here!

The hotel seemed to me to be the most suitable for a comfortable stay, to get a good night's sleep, have a delicious breakfast, and relax after a visit to the doctor. But I was disappointed by the absence of a pool, and the distance to the hospital is not as small as I would like. Let's see what other options are available.

And here is another beautiful, stylish hotel in front of me. The rooms with beautiful mirrors and pink tones immediately captured my heart. Aesthetics are important to me, and it is definitely present here. They also say that the mattresses are comfortable and that it is very clean.

Barcelo Emperatriz is located near the first hotel and 2.5 km from the hospital. It can be reached by walking in 35 minutes, or by bus in 17 minutes. The fastest and most comfortable way is to take a taxi, which can get us there in 9-10 minutes. Apparently, traffic jams on this route are rare.

The rooms feature king-size beds and also offer a pillow menu. I think my parents will be surprised by this option, but they will definitely appreciate it. The room has a flat-screen TV (I'm sure Dad will watch it in the evening), an iPad, and the option to take a Wi-Fi router with you to move around the city without having to buy a local SIM card. Convenient!

Reviews say that the breakfast is delicious, and in some rooms, it is included in the price. For the three of us, I would book a family room or a more budget-friendly premium "Emperador".

The hotel has a currency parking, but we're arriving without a car, so it's not important for us.

Visually, this is one of the best and most beautiful hotels I have seen in Madrid. It is somewhat far from the center, but we don't particularly plan to go there. The distance to the hospital is acceptable, although you should allow at least 15 minutes for the journey.

URSO is located in a very beautiful historical building, a restored palace. And finally, I found a hotel with a pool and a spa center! There is a water area, hammam, gym, and massage.

From URSO to the hospital is a 40-minute walk, or 2.7 kilometers. Of course, we will drive; it should take us 11 minutes – it's straight and only one turn. You can also take the bus, routes №37 and №3 go to the hospital, but I think I'll save that option for myself if I leave my parents at the hospital and go to the hotel alone, and then I'll call a taxi for them. Unfortunately, there’s hardly anything closer, as the hospital is not located in the central area.

In addition to the spa center I mentioned above (its use is free for hotel guests!), among the amenities I highlighted the restaurant and the beer bar. They serve classic Madrid dishes, and I am very interested in trying them, and the wine cellar has more than 650 varieties of wine!

I can't say that the rooms are very spacious. Specifically for three people, I did not find any, so it will be more comfortable for us if we stay in two double rooms, then there will be enough free space for everyone. However, the view from the window of the city really pleased me!

The hotel left a good impression on me: a beautiful building, tastefully decorated. The area around is very quiet, so I’m sure we will sleep well at night. By the way, the breakfast is delicious and varied! There are also facilities for people with disabilities.
