Rixos Premium Seagate - Ultra All Inclusive guest verified reviews
Total 79 reviews

In the photo Seagate. Every time we came there it was like this. No space, we looked for half an hour... I don't understand how one can go there for such money, and it costs more than this... Maybe the service is better here, but it's better to get a fork somewhere than to be in dirt. This is not to mention that I haven't even photographed the chipped or dirty plaster on the buildings, the dirty sunbeds by one of the pools. Rudamis also has tides and the flag can be red. But if you have an app, you can track it and it usually happens at the same time. But not quite like in Seagate. And also in Rudamis there are many stone slabs on the beach, when the tide is out there is so much marine life to see with children... starfish, mollusks, etc.

I rested at Swiss. I had lunch at Siegete. The Swiss restaurant. At Siegete, it was like a banquet for a very expensive wedding. The selection of main courses is just amazing. I tried octopus there for the first time in sweet and sour sauce. It's simply delicious. The lightly salted red fish is available in large quantities. In Swiss, in the morning, there's only a piece on a baguette. There is a healthy eating corner where even there are two types of sprouted grains. And the desserts are 👍. Macarons, tiramisu in jars. And the restaurant is just festive. Tablecloths, cutlery wrapped in cloth napkins. Wet wipes in individual packaging.

Good evening!🌆 We've arrived, we took a long time to choose a hotel, we've been to many 5* hotels in Sharm El Sheikh, and upon arriving at Siagate, compared to their pricing policy – not at all, not in the slightest! I don’t know why they sing such praises! No, it's not bad, a good 5*!!! There are a lot of people. We like everything, but there are other good 5*! It's just that everywhere it is written that it's the best in Sharm! We always choose based on reviews and overviews!

Hello) We were there in January. The child is 2.3 years old. We stayed in building 22) right next to the main restaurant, which operates 24/7. You can go eat at any time) it's not noisy)) Well, it’s Rixos, the level of cuisine and dining at Rixos is excellent. There is a separate table for kids, but my child ate everything from the main table. The children's Rixi there is big, and there is a separate play area for toddlers.

The hotel is great, everything is good except for the wind. For a week, there were a couple of days without wind, so you could swim, but the water is cool. The service is at a very high level👍👍👍👍 I would come here only for the service, not for swimming in the sea. Unfortunately, even in premium there can be downsides. ... Today it is windy))) The water in the pool is warm, swimming is comfortable👍👍 The weather is excellent, with no wind, and the sea is warm🤠☀️

It's very pleasant to listen to music!

Top 198 tips for your stay at Rixos Premium Seagate - Ultra All Inclusive
Please tell me how the dinners are in Sigeyt?

Dinner, Seagate today

This meat is mind-blowing. On the bone, like the dish of the day, you serve yourself as much as you want.

Parmesan almost every evening in Sigeyte.

Shrimp with garlic is fried in the pasta area. I refused the spaghetti 😎
Has anyone been in Sigeith in the morning at the sea? Is it very windy? We were there last night, there was no wind at all. We’re thinking of going in the morning. How is the entrance, how is the reef?
There is no access from the shore. The pier is definitely 2 kilometers to the reef))) but a golf cart drives along the pier. We were at Seagate all day yesterday. There was no wind at all)
Access via the metal ladder from the bridge. The reef is probably one of the most beautiful in Sharm El Sheikh. You can rent fins and life jackets from them. The pier is 1200 meters long. A golf cart is available.
Is there nowhere for the children to splash by the shore?
I can't say. There are big tides. Locals go almost to the reef, knee-deep, collecting crabs. Plus, the wind blows you off your feet. So it's not interesting. You'll have to hide the kids on the beach from the wind. If you arrive early, there's a chance to take the gazebo with curtains. If you need the reef, then you should go there!
Good evening, is there any information on what is actually free at Seagate? They have a grill on the beach in the evening, is that free? And the lounge area. Is there any information on this?

Lounge if at the reception, then definitely free. We were sitting there today) I won't say anything about the beach, we haven't been there)
Grill restaurant in Rixos - à la carte. They won't book you. You can use everything except à la carte restaurants, and of course the accommodation. Lounge please!!!
If we go to Radamis or Seagate, should we bring towels with us? Or can they provide them based on our cards?
No cards are needed there. They give it without any problems.
How is the food situation at Seagate?
The eggplant there was stuffed, and I found a stone from an apricot there 🙂 I remembered.
I enjoyed the lunch at Seagate. Octopus tentacles in sauce, fried fish roe, salmon carpaccio with capers. And tiramisu in jars and macarons. That's just what I ate. There is certainly more choice there than at Swiss.
We ate sushi there as well, sushi is obviously not about Egypt 🙂 Mussels are tasteless, I can't even try quails, the birds are lying around 🙂 mussels are flavorless, langoustines are fine, but hard to clean. Well, maybe it just didn't suit us.

If you love pasta, they make it deliciously with shrimp and serve it :) The mussels were tasty when we were there, and we often asked for the red fish where they make sushi🤣 it's not frozen and not smoked, unlike in Switzerland) very tasty.
Are there any evening entertainments at the hotel?

Seagate

)
What food did you like the most at the hotel?
All. 👍
shrimp for dinner is delicious, the tiramisu dessert is very nice in a glass cup)
Vanilla ice cream, cheesecake, ball dishes like baked lamb, grilled dorado, and meat from the Brazilian restaurant. They are very accommodating regarding food; we were at the Brazilian restaurant - they serve fried pineapple at the end, and I said it would be very tasty with ice cream - they brought us ice cream from the main restaurant. I really liked the cheesecake - when it was not available, I asked for it - and they brought it to me for lunch on a separate plate.
Can I arrange for a room change here on site?
When we arrived at the reception, my husband asked if we could upgrade our room (there are 5 of us in the family). One person said to pay an extra $1000 and left. Another staff member came, my husband approached him, and without any discussion, he gave us a huge three-room apartment for free 😂 we were shocked, of course!
Today we were given a family room for 500 dollars for 5 nights, and no persuasion helped. Neither repeat visits, nor a birthday, nor March 8, nor bargaining...
What is the hotel rate?
The reef is a vertical wall. Right away, the depth. The question is that waves and wind may not allow swimming with a red flag.
The reef of live fish is a lot. Just need to sail away from the pier. And the sun must be at its zenith.
Hi guys, does anyone know if there is a kite station on the hotel grounds? If not, where is the nearest one?
It is near the hotel. But it’s not far; in short, there are many people who ride with Rixos.
Please let me know if a red flag is often raised at sea? If it is raised, can the nearest lagoon be used? Thank you.
The lagoon can be used. The flag is red usually until noon. It is very rare when they open the sea in the morning.
Could you please let me know if it's the same at the end of May?
We were there in mid-June, sometimes there was a yellow flag. But this bay is almost always windy. And usually, almost every day until about 12, there is a red flag.
Could you please tell me if the water in the water park is warm here?
Yes
Good afternoon! Could you please tell me how the beach is at the hotel? Is it suitable for children? For adults, as I understand, is the entrance only from the pontoon? Otherwise, is it shallow? And how are the sun loungers on the beach? Are they plentiful? Is it cramped? Thank you in advance for your answers!
There are a lot of sunbeds now because of the strong wind, and there are practically no people on the beach. The entry into the sea is not suitable for children, only to play in the sand on the shore, but you can go down from the platform into the kiddie pool, so to speak, it's up to adults' knees there, and the children swim.
Understood, thank you! Is it not from the pontoon - a reef? Or just shallow?
Before noon, the tide is out, it can take a long time to go ankle-deep, but in specific footwear, after noon the water comes in and reaches knee-deep, but again in special footwear.
Clear! Thank you very much! And one more thing. Swiss has a nice beach, but it's far and small, right?
Good gentle access nearby
The beach at Swiss is small, of course. But it has levels. On the 3rd level in January, there was no one at all, and there are many sun loungers there. There have never been any problems; there is enough space for everyone. It is shallow, of course, and there are stones further from the water entrance, but many from the neighboring beach swim there, as there is sand on the bottom. Moreover, there is no wind and no waves at all.
I don't know why everyone praises Swiss beach. It's nothing special... The entry at the neighboring Goofy hotel is decent; you can walk in through the sea there, and there are no stones. There's almost no wind here, apparently that's the only reason they call it good.
Good morning and have a great day everyone! Please let me know when there is wind and a red flag, in the middle of the pontoon, where it is shallow and sandy, is swimming allowed at the hotel beach?
Yes
Thank you, it's easier now; I just really love the sea and I'm worried that I won't get to enjoy it.
If the weather is really bad, we can go to a windless bay to swim.
And where is this?
Paid beach of minced meat. Right there where the cafe, the entrance is three dollars. Maybe there are other beaches?
You can also go to Switzerland. It is very warm and calm there. And free.
Swiss is a hotel, I understood correctly? And how can I enter there?
Yes, as usual, when leaving the hotel, tell the security that you are going to Swiss. They will record your room number and the number of people, and pass it to the Swiss security. There, you just need to say which hotel you are from. Be sure to wear the bracelets. In Swiss, food courts, bars, and restaurants are accessible. The sea is shallow, but perfect for children. The main thing is that there are no winds or waves. Next to the beach is the Gafi hotel. You can swim there. The bottom is sandy and has a good gradual depth.

Beach in Swiss
Thank you, beautiful :) Will they provide beach towels there? And one more question, are there any rocks in the sea near the shore? Can you swim? And is there a reef there?
Towels are provided instead of room key cards. You can get as many towels as you want. You can swim, it's warm.
Could you please tell me if it's far to walk from the hotel to the beach? Can we go on foot? Across the road?
7 minutes on foot from the road. 10 minutes from the reception.
7 minutes straight on foot. 1 minute by golf cart.
So, the cars also drive? Thank you for the answer)
Yes.
Yes, just if you're coming from the reception, ask for room or beach.😄
What can be used there?
Beach, bars, dining. Wristbands are required.
Probably A La Carte is not allowed?
No
It's very shallow there, you won't be able to swim much. The depth varies from knee to waist.
Hello, please tell me until what time the water park in the hotel is open)
Until 5 PM
Is there a water park at the hotel? Are there kids there?

The water park is always crowded, the pools are warm, great.
Are the waves in the pool artificial?
Of course, the artificial wave. And the water there is really hot. In the other pools, it's slightly warm.
Good afternoon) Could you please tell me what time the water park opens?
It seems like it starts at 10 o'clock, the wave starts at 11:00)
Please advise which building to choose to be further away from the night and evening discos?
Good afternoon. Take the 2nd line, where the water park is, it's calm there. On the 1st line, evening shows are held.
Could you please tell me if the water park in the hotel is fully heated? Are all the slides heated? Or only certain pools?
All pools are heated, and in the water park, the water in all the slides is warm too.
Hello! 🌸 In the water park, the water is warm everywhere, like in a bathtub at home! But the wind is strong! 🤷♀️
Is the sea far from the hotel?
Pontoon at a depth of 750 meters
The sea is close, but you need to walk along the pier or take a boat to get to the depth.

Here is the pier.
Please tell me where the heated pools are located?
Near the main restaurant. Building 14
Can you tell me how it is at the hotel in the water park? Is the wind strong? Is it worth going?
There the wind does not affect, but the rides operate until 1:00 PM, after 1:00 not all rides are open, then they reopen after 3:00 if I'm not mistaken.
Please write which restaurants are worth visiting here and which ones are better to avoid.
We were at the grill and Brazilian restaurant. The atmosphere at the grill was nice (lawn, music, smoke from the grills), but the meat at the Brazilian was top-notch.
Hello 👋 tell me about the pontoon and reef at the hotel, please.
The pier is long and wooden, and the depth is immediate. The reef is beautiful, there are often waves and currents.
Thank you🙏. Is it a long walk? Is there a canopy or umbrellas at the end of the pier? Only the pier is stopping me from choosing the hotel🙈

Such
The pier is 750 meters long one way, and you can reach the end of the pier by electric car. For three days now, there has been a red flag and there's no point in going there, it's closed, except that in the middle of the pier there is a descent and you can swim where it's shallow.
There is a canopy.
Is the indoor pool only in the spa? Children are not allowed there, right?
Today I went to the spa with the kids; with a child, you can only go to the pool. We were the only ones there.
Good afternoon, could you please tell me, are all the pools in the water park heated? And maybe someone knows when they stop heating the pools?
Yes, the water is warm. Very comfortable, if there is no wind 🙂

The water is warm! The water park is one of the best I've seen.
Good afternoon! Can you tell me if the new restaurant -Greek- is paid?
Yes, it's paid, $20 per person, but there is live music, delicious food, and at the end, there will be plate breaking, very interesting))))
Can you tell me how to get from this hotel to Rixos 18+? Where do the cars depart from?
From the beach. Or 10 minutes on foot. At the Mangal restaurant, there is a stop. They go there.
At the bottom of the beach, where they practice yoga, etc.
Good afternoon. Tell me, is it windy all the time at the hotel? In early April, will there probably be a red flag all the time too?
As the guest relations said, there are always winds, such a bay. For some, it is warm even in winter; personally, I prefer warmer bays, and if I go to this Rixos, it’s for the service. We wanted to take a tour here in April-May, but the prices considering the weather conditions did not suit us.
How can we sign up for Al a carte here? We can't understand 😂
QR code on the TV. You choose the restaurant, date, and time of visit.
There is another terminal at the reception, and a girl is sitting.
There are only restaurants, it seems.
You need to enter this link at 8 AM and book. Tomorrow it will open for the 26th. But you have to be quick 😂 they are quickly grabbing the grill, salt.
We are going in March and would like to upgrade to a Junior Suite on site. Has anyone had experience? Please share 🌺
It's simple. It can be arranged at check-in for money or for free, it all depends on the occupancy of tourists.
Good evening, please tell me to what temperature are the pools in the water park approximately heated?
Perhaps the temperature is mentioned somewhere, but I haven't seen it. However, my son says that the pools in the water park are very warm, but the wind is felt.
Have they resolved the problem in the lobby? They say that local alcohol is being passed off as imported?

Alcohol in the bar, in the lobby the same, but maybe fewer options.
Hello, could you please tell me until what time the electric cars operate? We have a room at Aqua, and if we hang out at the show, will we be able to get to Aqua afterwards?
Good afternoon! Electric cars constantly drive around the hotel territory and also transport to the territory of Rixos Sharm.
Don't worry, it's open 24 hours. And taking a 15-minute walk is a pleasure at a leisurely pace.
I agree 💯, the beautifully decorated area is so stunning that it would be a sin not to take a walk.
Hello. We booked rooms with a view of Aqua, is it not far from the main restaurant? We have 4 small children. Thanks.
There is one restaurant on the aquapark grounds, and there is a large one by the sea. The restaurant on the aquapark grounds is modest but cozy. You need to drive to the main restaurant on the first line, it's not as far as it seems at first.
We want it to be close to the main restaurant, how many meters are there to the deluxe aqua view rooms?
It will be close only to the restaurant at Aqua. You will be driven by car, and then it's a 3-minute walk.

Here, I marked it for you. Aqua, that's where the water park is. 2nd line. To live near the main restaurant, you need the 1st line.
It seems that you will enjoy the aqua even more with the little ones. A very lovely restaurant, in the main everything is the same, but many more people. The pools for small children are also perfect in the aqua.
Hello! Please tell me how it is on the territory with Wi-Fi?
Great. Caught everywhere.
Thank you!
Good evening everyone. Can someone in the hotel send a video of the kids' club? 🙏

There are 2 pools outside, soft bean bag chairs, and a playground just for little ones.
Good evening) Can you tell me, is it possible to rent fins here at the pier or should we bring our own?
At the end of the pier, where the depth is, there are fins available in various sizes. You can take them for free, plus I highly recommend a vest from the bottom of my heart. I swim well, but it seemed scary from above.
Thank you )
Is the water heated in the slides or not?
The water was not cold. Rather, it is being heated, but not like in the pool with the bar😁
Good morning, I would like to ask: are the pools in the water park heated?
Yes, but it's still very cold. We came to the water park from Radamis on purpose. The kids couldn't even run around for 10 minutes.
Are there toothbrushes in the rooms? Dental floss?
There are toothbrushes, they were issued once, there is no thread.
Good afternoon, has anyone used the hotel's nanny services?
It seems they don't have such a service. Only Rixy Club. But this needs to be clarified with the hotel.
Good afternoon, can you please tell me, on the second shoreline where the aqua is, is it too noisy from the kids? Our room category is aqua, we didn't know it was far from the sea and also where there are a lot of kids...
In the water park, the party is from 10 AM to 2 PM, you are unlikely to be sleeping during this time.
We are currently staying in Aqua, the windows overlook the water park. I haven't noticed any noise at all (we came here without kids). It's close to the sea, just a golf cart ride away, so don't worry.
I was told that the transfer does not run every 15 minutes and is often overloaded + there are transfers involved. Is there some kind of golf cart besides the transfer?
Yes, go peacefully, I'm with the kids, I can't say anything about the noise, mine are noisy themselves.
No less than once every 15 minutes, plus you can cross the road above to Line 1 in three minutes. Yes, there can be a lot of people; I remember one time when we walked because of the crowd, but it really is just crossing the road.
We are also here now, there are five of us, but the only thing is that we have never caught the car that goes on the pontoon. And about the transfer, it's true, first you go on one car, then walk a little, and get on another.
How long does it take you to walk to the sea?
We walked from our hotel once, although it was very long. If you mean the pontoon, we definitely walk on it for about 10 minutes, maybe even longer if we go to the place where the reef is.
Which hotels can guests of Rixos Premium Seagate visit for free? And how can one book it? Taxis are good, of course, but you can't travel every day... if the weather is bad... with such wind, you can't even sunbathe 😢
In all Rixos, you can; we always traveled for 3-4 dollars one way through Indriver.
We need the sea, everything else is available on the premises.
We liked the sea in the golf, the pier is short, there are plenty of fish, there is no wind, there is a lagoon for children from the shore, but you need coral slippers for your feet. In the Seagate and adult concept, it’s always 2-in-1, you can use everything, the only thing is that in the adult area, they won't let you in with children. It seems like there is always a green flag.
Guys, who is at the hotel, can you tell me if the swim-up pool by the rooms 18 and 20 is heated or not?? Is it worth paying extra for these rooms?
There are pools on both sides of these buildings. I only swam in one, it definitely doesn't have heating, but the water is warm.
Both are warming up. The lagoon is cold - there is no one there. The pools are 28 degrees now.
Good morning! Could you tell me if you are checked in immediately if you arrive early at the hotel, or do you have to wait? We were at this hotel in February. But we arrived closer to noon. After we had lunch, we came back and were checked in right away. But now we are going in December, and I’m curious if they check you in in the morning or not. In Magawish in Hurghada, we were checked in early in July.
Check-in is from 2 PM, but it may be possible to check in earlier if there are available rooms. For an additional fee, it can be done officially or unofficially. It depends on when you arrive; there may not be any rooms available right now, even for money.
They won't check you in, even for money :) Even at 2 o'clock, the room is not ready ☺️ Yesterday we weren't checked in, we were at the hotel at 7 AM already, and they didn't check us in until 2.
Currently, there are no available rooms, but a person will arrive in December. They will be checked in if there is an opportunity, depending on many factors. However, it is also not correct to categorically state that they will not be checked in.
I arrived at 7 o'clock. At 7:30 I was at Edalt. I didn't have time to finish the champagne, they said let's go. They didn't take any money. Maybe it was really free. But here the lobbies are such - you want, sit, you want, drink, eat, swim. So you won't even notice the wait.
Is there any free transfer from the golf at the Sigaita, or is it only a taxi?
There, the taxi costs $4-5, the same goes for Seagate, they don't arrive for free either.
People from Golf were saying that they have some free shuttle to Seagate.
Familiarize yourself with the concept of the network (three in one) Free bus from Edalt to Sigate from 8 AM to 8 PM every 15 minutes along the coast. From Radamis several times a day to the water park. I don't know about the others.
I would be happy to review it if you could tell me where to look for it.
Upon check-in, an envelope is issued as usual by the hotel. However, it is not mentioned that it is possible to travel between hotels by taxi there, of course.
I haven't checked in yet, I only made a reservation.

I just looked at the Rixos website. It is in Russian. You can also send a request there or to tophotels. There is no mention of access to other hotels in the network regarding golf.
Well, it's not three in one, but five in one; with 18+ it's not a bus, but a golf cart that circulates.
Conditions may change. Above is from the hotel's official website. That is, it's fine from adults with a sigait and in the aqua. There is no information about the others. And who knows what the travel agent says there.
I have also heard about it but didn't use it, there are scheduled times and a few trips a day. Standing in line and rushing to the schedule is not for me. With a taxi, I arrive when I want and leave when I want. I don't think the money is that significant.
At 10 o'clock from the golf course, at 5 o'clock back.

Their page on TopHotels lists transfers to hotels.
Yes, it's available, but there are more people interested than seats in the van; each person decides for themselves. I suggested an alternative option; to me, time is more valuable.
Please tell me, what is the minimum height required to access the adult slides in the water park?
120cm
Hello everyone, we are arriving tomorrow morning. We wanted to go to the restaurant on the premises, but the rules say that men won’t be allowed in shorts or flip-flops. Do we really need to bring pants? (I will have trouser-type shorts, and closed white sneakers without any logos). Please let me know, men, what you were allowed to wear😁
Denim shorts and polo shirts. Everyone is let in, everything is fine. It also fits the atmosphere. You can just wear shorts and a t-shirt. But you will stand out when sitting. Everyone is beautiful and you look like bums. If you don't care, then go as you wish.
Everyone comes in what they want anyway. And I also carry cards in Alia. If shorts, then classic, but not beach ones.
Please tell me which hotels of the Rixos chain can be accessed without extra payments and any problems from Segita?
Golf, Radamis 18+, seems to be Swiss, but I'm not sure.
Any hotel of the Rixos chain
Good evening, could you please tell me if anyone has gone from this hotel to Golf, do they provide towels there? Or do you need to bring your own?
Give
Question about à la carte restaurants, I read that places are almost fully booked for all restaurants, is there any way to negotiate with someone at the reception to make a reservation at a particular restaurant?
You can register yourself via the QR code.
Hello. Please tell me, on the 27th we are going with my wife to Rixos Premium Seagate. What is this superior room aqua, does anyone know what it is?
Look at the map. This is the second line in the water park.
Okay. Such a question, if upon arrival before check-in I can ask them to assign us rooms in the main building? Since we are going for the first time with a tour operator and to Egypt, I do not know all the details.
As a rule, for $
They can't even relocate for $ now, there are no available places. Although by the 27th there may be some available.
Please explain to someone who doesn't know what is the difference between the first line and the second? And is there any point in checking into the main building? We are flying together with my wife.
The main territory is better. It is much closer to the sea. There is no main building as such, there are many buildings.
The best option is from the reception in even blocks with junior suite rooms instead of superior.
Good afternoon. Could you please tell me if the water in the water park is heated?
Good afternoon. Yes.
Thank you. This is great.
The water park is heated.
I don't know, it wasn't heated in October, now they say that the pool with the children's slides and several adult pools will be heated in the water park. But I wasn't there at that time, I don't know for sure.
Not everywhere
Is there a master class for children at the hotel? Do we need to sign up in advance or can we do it on the spot?
The kids' club is not interesting. My 7-year-old finds nothing appealing. The children are not being engaged.
Go to Radamis with your child, they will be happy.
Why do you recommend it? It seems to be windy there now, and there's no water park. I'm also going with a child soon. What is your advice based on?
Honestly, I don't understand either, ideally at the Seagate, with heated water slides and the first line. And basically, it's a higher level.
I recommend it, as the girl I understood is in Siagete! The 7-year-old child does not like the children's room! From Siagete, you can easily get to Radomis! There, there are activities for children similar to Kidzania! Professions, clubs, fire truck slides! We were there in May! In May, we stayed in Radomis. On the 21st, we are flying to Siagete and will be staying there, but we will definitely take our son to Radomis.
Good evening. Is there a coffee machine in the standard Aqua room? Please let me know if someone knows :)
No
Good afternoon! Could you please tell me if the pools in the hotel are heated right now?
Yes. Besides the biggest one.
Good afternoon! Can you swim from the shore with children or only from the pontoon?
Swimming from the shore is never allowed. You can walk to the lagoon, where during low tides it's knee-deep, from the shore in coral flip-flops.
Thank you
What are the prices for a photo shoot, do you know?
Did not take) but it seems $15 photo 1. Printed and on a flash drive. Either $15 or $8🤣
Good afternoon! Please let me know who is currently in the hotel, is the red flag really up all day every day? We are planning to come in mid-November, I'm reading reviews and getting upset, I wanted to swim there with a mask.
Hello! We are vacationing at Radamis, we have been to Seagate a couple of times - the weather is great, most of the time the yellow flag 👌 in my feelings the sea is comfortable, we snorkel with pleasure! Today in the afternoon there were waves in Seagate, but it was still possible to swim. After lunch, it was wonderful! In the morning we went to Golf, there the sea is as calm as possible, almost always a green flag - you can take a taxi there to swim. But I personally prefer the beach (atmosphere) in Radamis and Seagate - this is subjective, of course.
Tell me which one you really liked more? Not because you are resting in Radamis, but which one you actually liked more?! Given that Seget has another water line as well. That's also a bonus :)
Hello! I cannot give a definite answer because this is a matter of personal preference) For me, Radomis is more pleasant in style, it is new and modern. Seagate is cozier, very green. And it is still a higher level than Radomis, in my opinion. This is felt in the details. In Seagate, I would prefer the first line. In Seagate, due to the shallow water, the lagoon has a beautiful color, but the pontoon is very long, which might be a downside for some. In Radomis, the pontoon is about 200 meters, and there is an entrance from the shore. The current at depth feels stronger. I cannot objectively compare the dining, as we only had lunch once on the second line of Seagate. In Radomis, I felt there was a bigger selection. All guests of the Rixos network can use the water park. It takes about 5 minutes by taxi from Radomis.
How long is the taxi ride to the golf course? Do they take children if they are not in a car seat? Is it not strict?
Through the InDrive app, it costs about $2-3, and they arrive quickly. The ride takes about 5-10 minutes. They take you without a car seat; my daughter is 2 years old.
Thank you very much for the response)
No
Tell us about the spa on the hotel grounds.🙏
2 spa: one exclusively for women, the other only for adults. Both are nice 👌
Is it never possible to swim from the shore in this hotel?
You can navigate by the tide chart. But still, it will be shallow there, you can lie down. Just a little more depth will be from the middle of the pier. They have cleaned it up well now. At low tide, the bottom is exposed and quite far. And in Radamis, there is a great beach and entrance to the sea. It is rocky though, with coral shoes it's perfect.
Hello, could you please tell me. The flight is at 10:00 PM, what time is the airport pick-up? The room needs to be checked out at 12, can I continue using the hotel services or are there any restrictions?
Yes, you can use it. You check out at 12, but we easily and free of charge extended it until 15:00, the flight was at 22:30, picked up at 20:00 for individual transfer. Before departure, you go to the spa to take a shower and change.
Thank you very much for the information.
Is there an ice water park here? And are there pools too? Are they not heated yet?
In Sigeyte, the pools are cool right now, especially the large one. The water in the water park is icy for us. We have been going from Sigeyte to Radamis for the 2nd day, here the pools are heated, it's just great🥰 They said that the water park will not be heated at all, only the slides for little ones. Some pools will start being heated in November, but not all(
Good afternoon! Here is the response from the hotel representatives: "The pool heating season will start +/- in early November depending on weather conditions, usually 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor in the Ladies spa, and in the kids' club are heated. In the Water Park, the children's area and several of the pools with slides are usually heated."
Is the amusement park (ferris wheel) in Seagate paid?
The amusement park seems to be paid.
Paid, it seems, either 6 or 8 euros for two children with an accompanying adult.
Guys, can you tell me if the pools in the water park are heated?
Good evening! No. At least for now, they are not heated. Maybe later🤷♀️
I'm particularly interested in the kids' club; do they speak Russian there?
Yes, everyone is talking.
Can someone send the animation program for the day at the hotel?

At the beginning of last week, I was taking pictures, probably not very relevant anymore.
Is it true that the service here is not very good? There are many bad reviews lately.
Service at its best!
Good afternoon, tell me what the weather is like in November at this hotel? I'm concerned about the winds. I'm traveling with small children, and I'm already upset that I chose this hotel. Is it going to be cold?
We were there last November from the 10th to the 21st, I didn't even take out my sweater once, although I brought it, neither for myself nor for the kids, until the very last day, in the morning and evening I was in a dress, let alone during the day - it was really hot. The only thing is that at the Pier you definitely needed a towel, it was windy and it was chilly for me to get out.
Thank you 🙏🏼
Is there any decent alcohol here? In terms of wine and prosecco, and maybe beer?

There is plenty 😁 Both prosecco and liqueurs and everything else - everything is available. I don't drink strong alcohol, they say that the lobby bar definitely has natural strong alcohol.
Well, here's one view, right? 🤣
Yes, I only saw Heineken. It's placed in the minibar and everywhere in the bars. The wine is local.

Here's such alcohol
Local beer Stella - a decent light beer, Desperados - beer in the Mexican style. Draft beer is also fine. Local champagne - drinkable. There are liqueurs - I tried Baileys and Limoncello - similar to the original. They make tasty cocktails at the lobby bar and the bar next to the snack bar.
And does anyone know how to recognize the second line of the Seagate in the tour voucher?
The prefix aqua in the name of the room is indeed the 2nd line.
I just have a superior room, without the aqua. I can't find the hotel map)))
So 1

Room categories. The 2nd line is marked with aqua, the others are first.

Here is what is on the left side - this is just the second line.
If the line is aqua, then the 2nd.
Good afternoon. Could you please tell me which building is best to avoid staying in? I've heard that it's very noisy in buildings 19, 20, and 22. We are traveling with children. The rooms are superior. We would like it to be quieter in the room. Is there an option to rent a mask and snorkel?
These buildings are closer to the beach, and that's where all the evening activities are, so yes... Check the hotel map. It will be clearer. We stayed in the 3rd one with its own pool, we liked it... quiet.
Could you tell me what cosmetics are in the rooms here???

Such
What kind of cosmetics are in the rooms? L'Occitane is stated.
Yes, such cosmetics in the rooms, in my opinion, are nothing special. If you are used to good hair and body products, this is not it 🙂 the hair conditioner and body lotion are very watery. It's not L'Occitane, and it doesn't even smell like it.
Maybe they at least put them in the deluxe rooms) all life for these little jars🤣🤣🤣🤣
No, in the deluxe it is also in dispensers. In the Premium, it used to be in bottles, now I don't know. It seems that many hotels have started to move away from that.
Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, cream, hair gel.
Please let me know if there is transportation from Siagate to Golf and Radamis provided by the hotel, or do we need to go on our own? (Rixos 18+ is not of interest)
It's definitely from Radamis)
Please tell me, can we use the hotel (meals, drinks) during early check-in and late check-out?
Can
Everything is possible, and before departure, you can go to the Anjana spa to take a shower and change before the journey.
Good afternoon! I have never been to Egypt, I want something new. The choice is naturally between Rixos and Serry. Can you tell me if there is a place for the child to swim in the sea, where it’s not deep? Are the aqua rooms very far from the beach? And is it worth going to this hotel with a 9-year-old child at all?
For children and those who cannot swim, there is a designated area in the sea with sand at the bottom. You can easily change your accommodation to the 1st beachfront (either as an upgrade or for an additional symbolic fee of $50 for the entire stay). The waterpark is also nice, with its own waterpark right nearby. Plus, taking the shuttle to the 1st beachfront only takes about 2 minutes without any problems. There, you can use everything absolutely (bars, pools, restaurants). The child will enjoy the waterpark and also the pools at the 1st beachfront; the first pool from the reception has varying depths and is interesting in design.
Are there any undiluted juices here?
No, super squeezed with pulp.
There are fresh ones that are fiery, and there are also packaged ones.
The entrance to the sea at the hotel does not bother you?! I encounter reviews that it's like in Anapa.
No, it's great to swim in the frog pond with the little one, it's warm and clean, and in the evening, when the tide comes in, the water is about waist deep! And where it's deep - there's a crowd, but it's fun to look at the fish😁 There are many different fish here, even a big Napoleon fish swims around) beautiful!
There is no sea here, an endless pier to swim. If it's for the sea, then only choose Golf.
Maybe someone knows where to exchange currency here?
We exchanged at the lobby ATM, the rate is excellent, we compared online.
Can you exchange rubles for dollars or pounds here?
Dollars, the exchange rate is normal.
Thank you!
Good afternoon. Could you please tell me if there are any fish on the reef here? We stayed 4 years ago in the Sharks Bay area - the reef was unreal. Last year we were at Aqua Blue - no reef, we went to the abandoned one, about 10 minutes away. What about here?
Good afternoon. There is a reef, but: 1. Very long pantone, 2. Sometimes the water is crowded like in Anapa.
There are very few colorful fish at Sea Gate compared to what I have seen in other places.
After we bought the tickets, I read some not very good reviews and realized that yes, the reef is not the best there. We were in Pyramisa three years ago, the hotel itself was not very good, but the reef was just a fairy tale. I have not seen anything like it anywhere.
Hello! Please let me know, do all rooms have a door that leads to the adjacent room?😅
In the 3rd building on the 1st coastal, judging by the location of the street doors of the rooms, it seems so. We had)
Hello, could you please tell me if there is an iron in the rooms?
There is

Could you tell me if these gazebos are paid here?)
We took 200$ to the sea.
Hello, in the mornings on the hotel's beach, is the flag red or yellow?
In the morning, there is always a red flag on the beach, but there is a green flag in the middle of the bay.
Thank you. Basically the same as in Radamis.
Will it be possible to walk around and see the surroundings at Rixos 18+ with a bracelet from Seagate? For the future...
As much as you want
We come to you as if it were our own home, and you come to us too.
Understood. Thank you.
Who knows if the pool for premium rooms is heated in winter????
Yes
Can we shoot videos of parties in the hotel? Isn't it boring? Is everything up to standard?

Dance groups entertain, the DJ.... the performances were great too.

A large area in front of the stage with a bar) some are dancing, some are smoking hookah....)) On Thursdays, they light up at the entertainment pool with flamingos and a huge slide for kids. In general, there is always something going on.
I watched video reviews about the hotel 🙏 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 but I'm a bit worried - my eldest child is 8 years old and is afraid of fish 😂 and there is snorkeling and immediately swimming and immediately fish? 😵💫🙈
swim in the middle of the pontoon... there are few fish there
No... fish from the pantone, there are also some in the shallow water near it, but it's inaccessible. And in the middle, where it's designated, it's not so easy to find the fish. So don't worry and enjoy.

Here is such beauty, where the deep blue is a special place for swimming from the pontoon with a mask and fish. And where the corals are shallower, but you won't be able to get there. Only the middle is also marked with buoys and is intended for children or those who don't swim. Generally, both children and adults swim with masks. There are children who boldly and fearlessly go in and watch the fish. With a parent, of course.

This is the middle where it is waist high)
How's the wind? What time was it filmed?
The wind is always there) But on the territory, it’s even enjoyable and I wouldn't say it’s strong. At sea, it blows quite vigorously. That's why there's a red flag until noon. After that, it calms down.
Good afternoon, are there heated pools here?
In winter, everything
Hello everyone! If anyone is currently in the hotel, can you tell me what the situation is with the construction? Is there anything being built nearby?
We stayed in it from 23.09 - 2.10, there were no constructions.
If a red flag is raised, is it allowed to enter the sea from the hotel's beach? Not from the pier, but from the beach?
Yes, you can swim in the lagoon.
Hello. Could you please tell me if there is an adult show every evening? And what is the weather like in mid-November and how often is there a red flag?
The red flag will be very often in November.
Yes, every evening there is a show. During the day, various activities are held specifically at the pool with music.
Guys, hello everyone. Please tell me, is there really a difference where to book a room? I understand that the Aqua rooms are in a building on the territory of the water park and further from the sea? And the regular buildings are on the 1st line by the sea? The price difference is almost 40 thousand.

We also bought aqua rooms, but on-site at the reception we agreed for $50 on rooms on the 1st beachfront for two families. We stayed in building 3.
Please tell me what the weather is like here at the beginning of November? The sea? And which line to choose with children?
1 with children
Please let me know which building is better to stay in? The 2nd line near the water park. So that it is quiet and has a nice view. Are there any constructions nearby?
on the second line, it's always quiet. the view is the same everywhere - don't worry about it.
There is no difference. The second line is just quieter and has a water park, while the first line has all the parties and seems to have more people. There are pools in both places, there are constantly cars driving around, and there is a restaurant on both the first and second lines.
Please show what cosmetics are available in the room🙏

Here is the photo.
Good day everyone)) Does anyone know if there is a dress code in restaurants? (It's clear that flip-flops and a swimsuit are not an option)
Not available
Is there an indoor pool in this hotel, and is it heated?
it seems not.
Is it really cold in winter? If you go in January, the sea is probably cold?! Are there heated outdoor pools?
We were there in January 2024 from the 11th to the 26th, we were lucky with the weather, we swam in the sea which was 23 degrees, not all the pools were heated, but many were, we swam every day from 10 to 15:00, in the evening I only wore a jacket once, on the other days, I was in a tracksuit, by the pool the wind was hardly felt, but on the beach it was occasionally quite strong, there was often a red flag, but in 2 weeks we still swam enough, the prices in January were great.

clarified. Was there in summer - the heated one was not needed😁
Hello. Please let me know what strong alcohol (whiskey) is included in the all-inclusive here? Maybe there's a photo of the bar. And after reading the reviews, I realized that there is a problem with alcohol in Egypt, as if they dilute it or something. 🤷♀️

But that's only in the lobby.
Who will be at the hotel, take a picture of the brand of rice used. We really liked the rice, we ate it every day. The kids at home only eat rice in pilaf, but at the hotel we had it as a side dish every day.
This is basmati rice, we only take this now 🙂
Thank you
Good afternoon, can you tell me if a sweater is needed here in August?) Not outside, but in the hotel rooms. Do the air conditioners blow strongly in the restaurants, etc.?
Strong, but the cafeteria is not small. The restaurants are comfortable, and the staff is polite. If you are sensitive, it wouldn't hurt.
There were a couple of days when I got cold in the restaurant in the evening. I'm a chilly person.
not needed. when you enter from the street in August (when it’s over 40 degrees) - the dining room is paradise!!!
Good afternoon, please send the hotel map.

Here it is
How is the beach in Sigeyte? They say there are often low tides and a red flag.
Yes, the tides, by the machine to the end of the pier, the machines are packed. Sometimes you have to wait a bit more. If not everyone fit in. Did not like the sea, liked the beach more in golf!
Did not like it there in terms of the sea, a long pontoon, red flag for half the day, and very strong current, it washes you away instantly.
In Sigeyt - we liked the beach itself with soft mattresses on the sunbeds and a screen, no one is watching you, you lie down and enjoy, there are two bars nearby (one with freshly squeezed juices (good mango) and as my son said - the best Wi-Fi on the beach). However, the sea is completely absent, you have to drive or walk to the frog pond, and to the reef - even more so, and the reef is mediocre, we have a better one at our hotel! In Sigeyt, you should relax by all the pools, you can go to the hammam (there's no appointment like ours), have lunch in all the restaurants (to compare), and of course, the water park - the free fall slide is a must (the emotions are off the charts!)
Good evening, could you please tell me: Is water (drinking) in bottles available throughout the hotel? Is ice cream available all day? Are non-alcoholic drinks in cans replenished in the mini bar (every day)? Safe? Internet? Children's table? Nuts or chips? Is there a wooden pontoon? Is there wildlife (lagoon)?
Good evening! Yes to everything! Only the last point is so-so, but if you're not picky, it will do.
Hello. We had a vacation at Rixos Seagate in March of this year. We have been to many hotels in Egypt, but after Rixos we don't want to go to others anymore. For the first time, we changed our mind about not visiting the same hotel twice, and we have already booked this hotel for March 2025. We liked everything about the hotel: food, entertainment, etc. BUT. The strong alcohol, in particular, I am a whiskey lover, was terrible. No matter what whiskey you order, Jack Daniel's, Black Label, others, it all tastes the same. Yes, the wine, champagne, and beer are real, but the whiskey... I tried giving tips to the bartenders; they poured from different bottles, but it was the same. And my question to the men. Has anyone managed to solve this problem? Maybe the situation is better in the neighboring Rixos 18+?
They also dilute drinks there, especially when it comes to expensive ones. I saw with my own eyes that the bartender took an empty bottle of Jack Daniels and brought it back full a few minutes later. I saw people who were outraged by this, and they were told that they had certificates for everything.
We only took drinks in the lobby and only in the evening, the situation was normal after talking to the management, before that there was also liquor, you can’t confuse it. We also went to the show 3 times and it was fine, we were even surprised, as in November 2023 there was no originality in the evening shows and no discussions helped, apparently they go in waves. This is not crucial for us, of course, but it is very unpleasant.
Could you please tell me if the Aqua and Standard rooms look the same inside? Maybe someone has photos of the Aqua rooms?
Aqua is the second line where the water park is located.
I know this. It's interesting how they look inside.

We vacationed last year in July. Aqua. The building was next to the reception. The room was nice. Everything was in order, clean, and the cleaning was fine. 👌
Did you have a family room? Or is it a superior room with 2 beds?
Superior. By the way, the Aquatic area didn't bother me at all. It's not as luxurious as the main area and doesn't have the same grandeur, of course. But the pool is large, there were enough sun loungers for everyone, and it was easy to find a spot. There is a pool bar (in the pool), and there is one "on land" 😄. The lobby bar is very nice. There is a restaurant on the territory (it is much simpler compared to the restaurants in the main area), but when we were too lazy, we went there... The golf cart runs frequently. We never waited for more than five minutes.
Is there a disco in the hotel every day?

Disco every day, after the show approximately until 11:30 PM.

Disco and show.
Is it worth going here at the end of October or the beginning of November? Or will there be a red flag at sea? Swimming by the reef is important to us.
We traveled last year from November 10 to 20, swam for 3 days, but we could have done more, I just don't like it when it's stormy. Half of the days there was definitely a red flag, the water was warm, the weather was wonderful, I didn't throw anything on in the evening even once, I was in a dress, very warm. There wasn't much wind either.
Who is here now - please write the weather for the land/sea? Is there wind and are there any restrictions at sea? Is the reef alive and are there many fish?
Weather: 23* sea 12*. Calm. The reef has died, fish have been caught…
And the sea is filled with orcas.
Good afternoon, I read in other Rixos hotels that beach bags are provided somewhere. Does anyone know if this is the case in Sigate?))))
Beach bags are not issued in Sigeyt.
Thank you
Good day! Could you please tell me if there are any restrictions on visiting the À La Carte restaurants? For example, can I only visit 3 restaurants during a 10-day stay?
You can visit one specific restaurant once a week. Since there are many of them, you can go to a new one every day off, if you manage to sign up in time :)
Good evening, could you please tell me how to make a reservation at the restaurant using the QR code? I would like to visit the grill and seafood restaurants. I am trying to book, but these restaurants are not showing up for me.
After 24:00, give it a try. We've done that. They post available spots, but not in all restaurants.
From 8 AM to 9 PM
Hello, could you please tell me if there are places to go for a walk near the hotel?
There are shops next to the hotel. There are not many, but for example, it's better to go out and buy a mask there, it's more expensive in the hotel.
Good day, can you tell me if the mini bar is chargeable?
Good day. Free. Refilled daily.
Free
Good afternoon) If check-in at the hotel is at 3 o'clock, can we swim in the pool? We will already be there at 12 o'clock.
Of course you can. I have never seen anywhere where you couldn't.
Of course, you will probably be given bracelets right away, before check-in. You will be able to enjoy all the benefits associated with the bracelet.
Is there an iron and ironing board in the rooms? Is it free of charge? Thank you.
Yes)
Hello, is it comfortable to swim in the sea? I am not a fan of marine life and depths, the agent said there is a lagoon, does anyone have photos or videos of all this?
Yes, there is a sandy lagoon. It's a bit shallow in the first half of the day. It is cleared, there is practically no wildlife.
Good afternoon. Can you tell me from what time does the water park at the hotel open?
From 10 o'clock
I wanted to ask: will all these concerts, parties all night long at the hotel be or only until 12 o'clock?
Until 00:00. If you want to keep partying, there is a club.
Is there animation at the hotel?

There is both a daytime and an evening option.
Hello. Please tell me, do the rooms have an iron?
We have
Iron with ironing board is available in the rooms!
Hello, for those who have stayed at this hotel, could you please advise if it's worth changing a room from the second row of the water park to the first row? Also, regarding late check-out, how much does it cost to extend the room?
We were there 2 years ago, stayed on the 1st line, 2nd is a bit far. This year we are planning to go again, we also booked the 1st line. Although they transport from 1 to 2... but we liked the 1st line better.
They changed the room from the second floor to the first floor. Naturally, they were given a refund at the reception.
If I'm not mistaken, it's $50 per hour to extend the room. It depends on the building. All entertainment is on the first line, as well as closer to the beach.
If possible, it's better to switch, the differences are significant. It feels like two completely different hotels with different approaches to service and food, and the whole place seems "worn out." We are completely disappointed with the aqua zone. Today we were only offered 2 rooms in the 5th building on the outskirts overlooking the road, like everything else is full. After 3 days, we don't want to live in the aqua zone anymore. But they seem to be having some kind of holiday, there are a lot of local Arabs.
Recommend a restaurant for lunch on the hotel grounds with the widest selection of dishes? :) Is the two-story restaurant Turquoise a good choice for lunch?
On the first line, yes. On the second line, people - easier.
Where can guests from other hotels pick up towels for the day? :)

On the beach and by the pools 😁
I have chosen the deluxe aqua room at the hotel. Is there any difference between this room and others besides the size?
You are aware that Aqua is the second line, right?
No, I didn't know. What is it? The second line from the sea?
Yes. At Seagate, there are 2 lines, the second one is Aqua. A shuttle goes to the sea.
Is the poolside restaurant far away too?
And all the action is also on the first floor
What are those rooms called? In the first row, those.

Here's what on the left piece - this is exactly the second line. Without the prefix "aqua". On the second line is the water park. As an option, you can try to change it to the first line upon arrival at the reception, with an additional charge. Some put $25-100 in their passport and ask to change if there are available rooms - they accommodate. If this is critical for you, of course) Some deliberately choose the second line, it's generally quieter there and the water park is nearby.
Does the shuttle always run?
Moving between terminals by shuttle, yes.
Good afternoon! Do I understand correctly that if you stay at Aqua, you can use services/restaurants anywhere on the first line? Is it possible to walk to the first line or only by shuttle?
Yes, everyone can use it. It's unlikely to go on foot - there's also a shuttle driving under the road. I haven't seen anyone walking.
On foot and shuttles. Walking alone is uncomfortable. In fact, you walk along the road. Shuttles run every 5 minutes.
Good day) Please tell me about the beach at the hotel, is there also a pontoon?
The beach itself is sandy, but the entry into the sea has sharp corals and is very shallow (only suitable for very small children to paddle). There is a long pontoon/pier for entry: in the middle there is a entrance to a lagoon with a sandy bottom (also quite shallow - during low tide it's only up to the waist, and during high tide it's up to the chest), and an entry into deeper waters where the reef with fish is at the very end. Both entry points have showers and open benches/lockers. There are small vehicles driving along the pier for those who prefer not to walk.
Hello!) Please tell me, do I need special footwear for swimming in the sea at the hotel to avoid injuring my feet?
Mainly suitable for children, if you enter from the shore it is always very shallow, maximum knee-deep, but if you enter from the pontoon, the first step is with a ladder, the sea is somewhere waist-deep, or even shallower, but further at the end of the pontoon you can swim.
Hello!) Thank you very much) Is the first entrance from the Pantone side, is there sand there?
Yes. I would still take special footwear, at least for the child - just in case, to avoid accidentally stepping on some creature.
Good afternoon. Has anyone taken an individual transfer from the airport to the hotel? There are 4 adults, 2 children. How much will it cost approximately?
Sorry, not quite in response to your question, but Rixos hotels also have a separate transfer from other hotels like tour operators organize, everything is very fast, maybe there is no need for an individual one? We moved from another hotel, so I only heard about the transfer from the airport to the hotel, I can say from my own experience about the transfer back from the hotel to the airport - we were taken separately on a small bus (our tour operator is Biblio Globus) only the guests from Rixos, without stopping anywhere (we drove for about 15-20 minutes). But it is better to clarify this point with your tour operator, as they organize the transfer.
We are also from Biblioglobus. How many hours before the flight did you pick up?
At 13:10 for a flight at 16:30. There are several security screening stages at the airport, so it's not necessary to cut it too close. This time seemed quite comfortable to us to go through everything and stroll a bit duty-free.
Taxi costs 10 bucks for three people, but you will have to bargain. Initially, they will quote a higher price. I would take a taxi to Sighat THERE, but there is no point in going back. After the road, you will actually arrive half an hour earlier. It doesn't make sense to take a direct transfer to Radamis
At Seagate, isn't there a direct transfer from the tour operator 👀
Last spring, flew something like coral. A transfer was prescribed through no more than three hotels. Something like that. In other words, more than three cannot enter your place. And we were traveling on a large bus.
The Bible was small, perhaps this moment depends on the tape operator.
Guys, good evening 🌇 who is here right now, is there a schedule for breakfast lunch dinner? I can't find it anywhere

We have already left, but here (on the left in turquoise):
Until what time does the water park here work?

By 5 p.m.
Can someone please tell me if it's possible to pay for entry to the hotel's water park? Maybe someone could find out? We are staying at a different hotel)) 🙏
There is Albatross Aqua Park - there is a paid entrance.
Good afternoon! Please tell me, are there many people at the hotel now because they are bringing them from other new Rixos hotels? Does this disturb the rest? Are there crowds?
There are many people, but it personally doesn't bother us - the area is large and everyone somehow spreads out. The only issue may be with sunbeds on the beach, but we always manage to find them.
Good afternoon. We stayed in the middle of March. We were very uncomfortable, especially compared to our other trips to this hotel. The kids' club was extremely overcrowded, and there is nothing to say about the water park.
This is what scares me. I don't want to sit on top of each other and stand in lines for this price. Good)
Imagine that three additional hotels are using the Seagate infrastructure. Is it designed for this? This really bothered me 🤬
Yes, crowds. But the hotel is huge. It doesn't bother.
Did you have a good rest in the hotel?
Yesterday they spent the whole day there.
Good morning, please tell me what Superior aqua rooms are here?
All Aqua is the second line, to the beach - by shuttle bus

The opposite is great on the second. Not many people come there.
Are there long queues at the sea? I'm afraid to let the children go to the pool because of infections 🤣
Shuttles constantly operate between the second line with the aqua zone (and water park accordingly) and the first line with the beach/sea, it is unclear what queues are being referred to.
Well, there goes the shuttle 😂 someone wrote that during the season in the morning you have to wait for this shuttle for 10-15 minutes.
I won't advise then - we lived on the first line, and when we went to the water park, we didn't wait long, plus there is a canopy organized with seats to wait comfortably.

Hotel map, on the left - second line with aqua rooms and aqua park, on the right - first line:
Dear visitors! Could you please provide the schedule of the aqua park's operation? I heard that some slides are closed temporarily.
We were, some closed for lunch time (12:30)
Hello, please tell me if you can visit a-la-carte restaurants without restrictions and also for breakfast?
Good day! There is a restaurant for breakfast there, if I'm not mistaken, PEOPLE'S.
Please let me know how much snorkel masks cost in the stores near the hotel?
Today I asked near the Seagate. Mask $50. Goggles and tube $25.
Good afternoon! Do you happen to know until what time the stage plays at the hotel? We are considering booking Junior Suite rooms, but there is a possibility, judging by the map, that it might be noisy from the stage. I would appreciate if anyone who has been there could share such nuances.
The show goes on until midnight. We stayed in the junior suites three times; they are closer to the reception and spa, but not as close to the stage. Sometimes we could hear the music, but it wasn't a problem at all. As far as I remember, the deluxe rooms are right by the stage.
Good afternoon! Can you tell me if there are queues at the water park? Is the water cold? Are the children's slides heated?
There are no queues, the water is cold
They wrote that there is a free transfer from Sigyta to Naamabay and back. Is that true?
Currently, the transfer has been cancelled. We took a taxi yesterday.
How are things with animation at the hotel? What is there?

Tropical party
Good day! Please tell me where I can buy a children's scooter near the hotel?
Ask the seller in the store where they sell all sorts of small things, who is located in the lobby. He speaks Russian and will definitely help!
Walked around, never seen once
This is a real jackpot if you take a taxi there - everything is available there.
Hello. How do you like the hotel? What is it like especially for children?
There is everything for children. My four-year-old stayed in the kids' club alone for the first time. But you need to coordinate the workshops and animations. Everything is splendid.
For the past five years, the water park, trampolines, and kids' club have been very popular. There are cameras in the kids' club - live feed on the TV. When it comes to food - even a very picky child can be fed.
Hello everyone! Please tell me, through which app to book à la carte restaurants here?
Hello. There at their reception there is the name of the website. I don't even remember anymore.
In Sigaye, is the water in the children's aquapark heated?
That's where there's no complex for little ones, but there is also a shallow pool with a deeper end, there yes.

This one is not it. But not icy water.
Good afternoon! Can you tell me what time the waterpark opens?
From 10 am
Good morning vacationers 😊 Who walked along the shopping alley in Sochi? What time do they open? The tour company representative on the way from the airport said not before 4 p.m. 😳😳😳
From 4:00 p.m. everything was definitely open. Pharmacies were open from 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. And some small shops were partially open - people were sitting there smoking hookahs. But really just a few. So, if you go earlier, there are some places open, but very few. Between 3:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., we walked by once, and things were already more or less open.
Good evening! Does anyone know what are the operating hours of the water park in Sochi?
I only know it's until 5 p.m. Not a minute longer
Yes, they were here today, they started closing the slides at 4:50 PM, what time do they have a break during the day, I can't find it anywhere.
From 10:00 to 17:00
Can you use their restaurants at Segei?
Have lunch at any restaurant in Seattle.
You can eat in restaurants there. And they have a fast food zone, you can also.
About the restaurants in all Rixos hotels. Perhaps, it is possible to only use the main ones (buffet), a la carte for free in Seagate, and not sign up for 18+?
In Radamis - recording is done in a live queue from 09.00, there are a lot of people waiting. In Siagate - recording is done through a QR code, they give it to you upon check-in. There are girls sitting separately at the reception for live queue appointments, but they either recorded someone else or refused. Everything depends on the hotels' occupancy, they are currently busy. But you can come to Siagate in the morning and in Radamis to inquire about restaurant appointments at the reception. Appointments all start at 09.00, usually by 08.30 there is already a queue. They usually take appointments until about 10.00, but by that time, there are no restaurant choices left. You can only take what is left over. During our vacation, we got to know the guys from 18+ and Siagate. They registered us for our rooms in their hotels. Another option for a life hack.
Please, tell me who went to the aqua park in Sigueit with children, what are you driving, where do you change to have lunch?
There is a changing room at the entrance to the water park, you need to go downstairs. There are also lockers for storing things, but we didn't use them.
Hello, please tell me about the nanny services at the hotel. Until what time does the kids' club operate? Where can I leave my 5-year-old child for a short time to attend an event for adults?
Good afternoon, at Rixy Club. The children's club operates in the evening from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm. During the day from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm. And from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm. No nannies are needed, our 5-year-old daughter hung out there comfortably)))
Can a two-year-old child be left with a nanny to only be looked after by her? What is the hourly rate?
I'm not sure about that, but there is a gaming zone for kids up to 3 years old at Rixy Club.

No, you can't. Children can be left at Rixy from the age of 4. Up to 4 years old, only with parents.
Husband asked the nanny directly. She said, it is possible to come to an agreement 😄
Is a nanny someone from the Ricksy household or another person?
Person from Rixi
Is the pool heated at Seagate?
Without heating
We are here now, the water is normal, not cold.
Hello! Can anyone share if the sea is cold right now? Are children swimming? Is the water icy in the water park?
The water in the water park is normal, definitely not icy, it's just the weather is like that right now, the wind is cold and overall it's not hot))) As for the sea, I can't say, we never made it there)))
Thank you. In general, not a very busy bathing season?
It seems that in Nabq it's all a matter of luck) Choose windless places if the sea and heat are important to you😎 March is still unpredictable)
Just today a cyclone for a couple of days, otherwise it was hot and the sea was not cold, just a bit cool when getting in at first)) the pools are warm. Everything is good. The day after tomorrow they promise 28 degrees and above, add a couple more degrees 👌.
Good evening everyone, has anyone upgraded from family room to family suite, is it worth it?
Did not do. Maybe it's worth first looking at the number you were given and checking the female and then deciding whether it is worth it or not.
Family suite is a combination of 2 rooms, if you are traveling with your family without friends, then the family room is definitely the way to go)))
Aaaa, really?! Okay, from the same family! Thank you 😊
Please tell me, has anyone been to a Brazilian restaurant? How was it? Do you have any photos?

Go there, we liked it. There is one video. There is one catch. That was the only meat from the variety that I liked 😅 Barbecue is better in my opinion. They made the roasting perfect and all the meat turned out great
And what about the rest? Here I understand filet mignon.
Veal fillet (overcooked), lamb shoulder, also too dry for me, didn't even try the chicken, the veal shish kebab was tough. I didn't try anything else. My husband was more forgiving. I like meat like in the videos, perfectly cooked. That's why the rest wasn't for me.

Grill. On the white plate - what was brought right away. On the black plate - what we ordered additionally. And here every piece was perfectly cooked.
Thank you for the detailed review, I was hoping to immerse myself in the atmosphere of Brazilian churrascarias, but maybe it was in vain)
Definitely incomparable)) Even with the Dominican Republic, where they import meat from Argentina. So many years have passed, but we still remember. But it's still worth going, they really try to make the evening enjoyable. Maybe it was in our evening that they overcooked almost all the meat, I do not exclude.
Please tell me, how is the situation with mosquitoes at the hotel?
There is, but not much.
There is no room, there is a fumigator from the hotel
Is there a decent pharmacy near the hotel? Just like we have in Russia.
Yes, at Daria's store. A small shop, no matter how it may look like for bloggers, but it has everything you need. Nearby, a little further, there's a store by George Clooney. Everything is within walking distance, very convenient, and you can pay for everything by transfer to a Russian card.
Does one need to cross to the other side of the hotel or not?
You need to exit onto the road between the 2 parts of Seagate and then just turn left. There will be a shopping center, not posh, there is nothing on the second floor, under repair, on the first floor there are several small ones including a pharmacy, also with the sign - Daria. Only this, I think there is no point in going before 12 o'clock, it may be closed. Then keep going, there will be a store George Clooney, it will be open. Yesterday at this time went for a mask, slippers, etc.
Hello, is there a snorkeling mask rental at the hotel? We are flying out the day after tomorrow and we'd like to see some fish before we go))
Leave the hotel, go 600 meters to the left, there is Daria's store, it has everything.
There are no masks on the pier? Or did you just want your own?
There are no masks on the pier, only fins.
Good evening, how is the food at the hotel? They say there are ant hills there and the restaurant is crowded?
📹review of the main restaurant. filmed at the end of February 2024.
Please tell me - what is the optimal way to get to the old town and back from the hotel? And is there a bike rental at the hotel or nearby? Thank you.
Shuttle bus, 1 dollar for two people
Does every hotel room have an iron?
I don't know about this. I haven't checked 😆. We had a junior suite - there was an iron, our friends had a deluxe - no problems with the iron either.
Good evening, can you please tell me if there is an iron in the room?
Yes
Hello, please tell me the cost of attractions and go-karting at the hotel.
Go-karting costs 15$ for 7 laps. Others didn't ask.
Tell me, how is the WiFi in the hotel?
Wonderful! Perfect everywhere.
Who in the hotel can accurately answer about the pools on the Seagate grounds? 🙏 How is it possible - such a hotel and not a single heated pool?

Yes, they do heat up, but not too much, both in the water park and on the first line, not to the point of being like in a bath.
I don't know, we were there for a week and I had to force myself to go swimming three times. The pools were never full, despite the hot weather. We stayed in a hotel on the second line, but constantly went to the first one.
Is this the main pool?
Next to the main

Can you tell me if aqua is highlighted?
Yes
In October it was warm, more or less normal, when it wasn't windy.

Quiet pool. Both children and adults are swimming, everyone is warm. The water temperature seems to be 29° according to the sign, although I feel it's more like 27. There is no wind by the pool, but it's windy at the sea with a red flag. Two pools are heated. The temperature is comfortable, around 26-27 degrees, I suppose. We are swimming with the children, we are not cold.
Hello, is there heating in the pools at the water park?
No. Everywhere cold swimming pools )
It's strange, but it says that there are pools and water slides with heating.
Well, maybe, but they are not warm or hot, just slightly warmer than the main pool. But the main pool is icy, and these are just cold)))) But when you come flying down the slide, you don't feel it and quickly get used to it. That's what we did, went straight to the slide and jumped into the pool, and didn't feel it, then it was fine) The water park seems to be open from 12 to 4 o'clock. The wind is terrible at that time) After the pool, it's a bit chilly.
How many degrees is it normal for a child to swim?
I am 22, I mostly swam in the pool, my head froze from the wind. And the water park is fine, just uncomfortable because of the wind. But in the sun with a towel it's fine. I went in about 3 times in 8 days) barely, only if I forced myself to jump into the pool or after the water park. My husband swam every day from 10 in the morning until 5 😂😂😂
When were you there?
October was +37 very hot.
Wow, October is the perfect time to swim. I can imagine how refreshing it will be right now 😭
Yes, the children were at the frog pond, the wind is blowing, the water is cold. I think it's a nightmare 😁😁😁😁
Hello everyone! Does anyone know in which building on the first line the family rooms are located?!
10,12,17. These are the ones that are family rooms. They also have a family suite.
Can anyone help me find where building 18 is on the map?))

Almost near the beach) There is a main restaurant nearby as well.
Good day, vacationers! Are there any stores in Sighet? I want to buy long-sleeved swimsuits for children.
There are shops on the territory where the lobby is and when you exit the hotel, turn left. Also, when you leave the hotel and cross the road, there are many little shops.
Folks, are the money safe in the hotel safe, is it safe to store them there?
We had $200 missing from the safe. From the stack. Clearly took not much so as not to be noticed. First time this happened. Returned 3 days ago.
Sadness. What if we keep it in a locked suitcase?
Option, by the way ☝🏻
Please tell me about ebbs and flows, at what time do they occur? And if possible, could you send a video during high tide. We want to go to Rixos, but we have doubts because of the sea. Is it possible to swim from the shore, at least for the kids? 🙏🏻

I don't know when the tide is coming in, but I think the tide is starting to go out around 10 o'clock. It's just above my ankles, so swimming is unlikely. My son, who is 100 cm tall, was walking and walking and walking, and the water was up to his knees or waist everywhere. Many people walk along the shore, but no one is swimming because it's too shallow. Yesterday, at around one o'clock, in the middle of the pontoon where there is a designated area for children, adults were standing. The water was up to their waist.
Three times in Seggete there was a stand with sheets and vests on the pier - is it paid now? Are you sure? 🙄🙏 We are flying for the May holidays and we don't want to pack fins in our suitcase)
Vests are definitely free
They answered us that the service costs 8 dollars per mask. Maybe the fins and vest are free, I can't say for sure right now because when we asked, it was together with the mask and they told us 8 dollars.
No, fins and vests are free of charge.
Is there an ATM in the hotel, and if so, has anyone tried to withdraw money with a UnionPay card from Gazprombank, Rosselkhozbank, or Russian Standard there?
There is an ATM for sure, I can't say more)
Can anyone please tell me where I can buy fruits within walking distance from the hotel?
Exit the hotel, cross the road to the left and walk straight ahead. There are lots of shops there, and the famous George Clooney 😆.
Good evening. Is the water warm on the water slides at the water park?
Heated, but not like in a luxury spa club by the pool.
The water in all the pools was cool, even though it was 35 degrees outside.
Can you take a picture of the bottles with cosmetics in the hotel? I can't calm down. Seems like there should be aqua di portofino. 😄

This is how they look in the soul. And next to the sink there's also body cream.

We had such a great time.
What room should we ask for to be bigger and with a good view? There are 2 adults and 2 children.
Better than deluxe is a junior suite, and family is two standards in the door.
Is Junior also where there are two rooms?
No, this is a large room, zoned, twice the size of the deluxe. And the 18th building is just deluxe, but close to the sea and with a partial view, and with a pool, these are villas Privat, not deluxe.
They have their own pool in building 18. It is even marked on the map as a premium pool. It is fenced off by a small green hedge.
Are you sure? We originally had a deluxe room booked, but we switched to a junior suite.

The upper floors are premium rooms. But this is only the first line I chose. The second line seems to have newer rooms.
Thank you very much) Honestly, I'm lost as to where it's best to settle down with children.
I can't affirm, but it seemed to me that the "Riksi" on the second line is also small. This is a kids club. Overall, not hiding, I'm rooting for the first line 😂 Here our child is 2.4 years old, he still sleeps during the day. It would be problematic for us to drag him and all the belongings from the second line to the first. Today, a trip by car with a pram and a huge circle around wasn't particularly great 😃 And if there are several children, then the amount of things and circles increases. But then there's the financial aspect of course, the second one is cheaper apparently.
Thank you! We're not picky at all, we actually chose Aqua because the water park is nearby. But now I'm having doubts 😁 Still, I think it's better to eat at the main restaurant at Sigeita, as far as I understand.
We are on the second line, we went to the first and still go, but we prefer the sea. And the restaurant too. Yes, there is more choice on the first, but mostly everything is similar. But it's calm and quiet by the sea, while it's always noisy on the first line. It's up to you to choose what you like. We prefer the first, you feel like in a restaurant. And on the first line it's like a canteen, noisy and bustling. In general, we are for the first line.)
Guys, please advise which a la carte restaurants to go to? I heard that Mangal and Salt are recommended.
Yes! These are the best. I recommend them.
Do you think the rest are not worth it?
I have been to all of them, though it was last year. I liked Asian, but if you love sushi. Italian is not that great... we will go to a French one tomorrow, I cannot say anything yet. But the steak is just amazing🙂, for the main course, get the assorted grilled, it's just fantastic! But everything is delicious there, in this restaurant. By the way, about the barbecue, it's so windy now, I don't even know how it will be there 🤷♀️
We live right next to the main restaurant where this barbecue is located. All the smoke comes into our room because of the wind 😂
What is the accommodation like? I wouldn't want to breathe in smoke every evening) we are going there in March.
14, but it's long. It's not guaranteed that you will have smoke while living in it 😄
Fine, we were out yesterday) Ate some meat, got cold and went to drink tea in the main restaurant. Put on warmer clothes and enjoy)
Can you tell me, those who are staying at Rixos Seagate, how are the breakfasts there? Is there something really unusual, that may not be present in other 18+ hotels? I am trying to find out out of curiosity, but not sure if it's worth it... 😅
A premium hotel level - poached eggs, freshly squeezed juices, coffee only from the machine + Turkish. As far as I know, this is the best hotel in Sharm. Fruits in addition to standard apples, pears, bananas, pineapples, melons - are always seasonal. Currently it's strawberry - tons of strawberries!!! And there is also alcohol for breakfast, if anyone needs it.
What are the most comfortable resorts for a vacation with children?
The second building of Seagate, where I think the aquapark is, but Rixy Club is on the first line. Toy cars are driving. It takes about 3 minutes to get there. They will go underground, cross the road, and that's it.
Thank you! It's our first time going to this hotel and the territory is quite confusing...how do we get around to have time to relax? A review mentioned that it takes 30 minutes by car to get to the yoga...it really confuses me.
Shuttles run every 5 minutes, we lived in the aqua and were happy about it because there was a direct lagoon, silence, and tranquility! They changed our standard room to a deluxe one and told us to put as much as we thought necessary in an envelope. My husband put in 40 euros and everyone was happy. We stayed in building 28 on the 3rd floor. 🔥 I went running every morning, in 15 minutes I was already by the sea where there was also yoga 😅 and you can get there in 5 minutes.
Good morning! Can you please tell me, does Aqua have its own restaurant? Does it differ from Seagate in terms of dishes? Or is everything the same except for the á la carte restaurants? Thank you.
There is, but it's different! Less variety.
Is it true that for 100 bucks they will give a family room for the entire stay? Who has been to the hotel recently? Which building is the best to ask for? Maybe there are some cool places location-wise? Our tour was bought in the cheapest aqua... We have 2 birthdays. Let's push for this)) maybe they will give us a gift 😁
Who talks about $100 and changing the number 😀😀 it's just funny. Right now, they won't even change the number for $300.
Well, all right))) So we'll stay in the room they assign us))) They say they like to put people in a bad room so that later you come to them and ask to change it)))
This is how it was, we asked for $150.
Maybe it also depends on which exchange rate you're using? If it's standard, then maybe. We have an official rate of $150 per day. When did you exchange? This year?
October 23. We haven't changed, stayed where we were given.
My experience speaks differently. This is my 3rd time at this hotel in 2 years. We always booked a junior suite and had good rooms. Now we are in a deluxe room, they checked us into the best building, 18th - right by the sea.
We are first time travelers. So thank you for the feedback. I'm still a bit confused, do we need to bring dollars there or just buy pounds through a transfer on the spot? We have a hotel booked. We wouldn't want a city view).
Yes, please take dollars, preferably in small bills right away. The area is large and nice, we walk everywhere on foot.
Good evening everyone. Can anyone tell me if they accept Mir cards at the reception and in the shops on the hotel grounds?
In Egypt, in principle, it seems that peace doesn't work anywhere. Why would they accept it at the hotel?)
Good morning! Did anyone pay extra for a deluxe or two-room at the reception? How much? Please, can you tell me? 🙏
If I'm not mistaken, they ask for 100-150$. It's possible to haggle (not always). We didn't give, settled with a view of the road, rooms close to the reception which are facing the road)))) But it was close to the restaurant and water park, and you couldn't hear the children, etc. In the last days, a family with children settled nearby. It was a disaster. The soundproofing of the rooms was 💯, we woke up together with their children))))) as if we were living together in the same room)))
It's probably better to pay after all 😕
I think yes, but honestly it didn't bring us any convenience) We'll be going in the spring, we'll already start buying gifts) They say you can write in advance to the email about your preferences, I wrote to them, but they replied to me only about an additional fee and if there are available rooms ;( But we'll still try on the spot.
It was written that in February everyone was housed in Deluxes for free) apparently it depends on your luck)
Hello! Can you please tell me if there are any grocery stores on the premises or nearby? Or perhaps you can advise where to buy necessary children's juices or liquid porridge, maybe in a restaurant? Or maybe there are packaged juices available?
There are juices in packets with a straw, baby food, and everything is free) there is a mini market nearby, there is also a store. But I haven't seen any baby instant cereals. They cook excellent regular cereals, you can ask the chef to blend them.
Please tell me, who was at the hotel - in the middle of the pier, is there a staircase where children can swim, are there fish there too?
Yes
This is where we were swimming, but I didn't see any fish there 🤔 I don't know why. It was in November-December. And many people write that there are fish there)))
I don't know exactly how it is there, but usually there are fish swimming under the pier. They are a bit small, but they exist.
Who is currently at the hotel, we will be coming tomorrow with my daughter! Can you please tell me how is the atmosphere there? We are on the second line, does it make sense to ask at the reception for an additional fee for the first line?

We enjoy being in the aqua park with our child.
Please tell me, what cosmetics are provided in the room? Is it better to bring my own or is the standard one sufficient?
For me, it's terrible, take your own (responsibility) 🤣
Not L'Occitane then 😅 Thanks, I'll bring my own jars.
No no🤣🤣🤣
Please tell me, is there a lot of wind here? We are flying out in a few days. People really scare us with this wind.
The wind is always there!
Hello. We booked Rixos Premium Seagate for March. Can you please tell us how much it costs to smoke shisha in the hotel's bars? Maybe someone has recently stayed there and can provide some information?
The amount was 40 dollars.
Thank you. Crazy pricing)
You better go to a local hookah lounge))
Wow. Everywhere around here it's $3, but the hotel charges $40?
Because this is a hotel, and not a cheap one))

Is this area heated?
Where the water in the slides is pleasant and comfortable, in pools without slides it can be significantly warmer, around 30 degrees Celsius or even higher. I think the slides are heated, but not too much since you don't swim there, you just slide down and get out.
Children's areas are all equipped with warm, almost hot water.
Was it comfortable for children to swim in the children's areas in March?
Yes, the water was very warm. And it was the same in the children's area at the water park. I would sit there myself and enjoy it, like in a jacuzzi. 😅👍🏻
Very beautiful! It seems like it's worth the money) but it is located in a windy bay, and in the winter, the winds are strong.
Maybe we were lucky in December, and it didn't bother me. Well yes, they say it was windy. But I was fine. It was too beautiful. The room was average. We flew for 94 thousand per person for a week. I saw it cheaper at my travel agents now.
And if they bring you to the hotel at 4.00, do you think they will check you in?
I read somewhere that people arrived at 9:00 and were already in their room by 10:00. So, it's possible 🤷♀️.
Hello everyone. We want to fly to Rixos Premium Seagate 5 in mid-February. Nabq Bay. Everyone says it's the windiest bay. Does anyone have any experience with this place in February?
How lucky we were varied every year.
In Nabka, there is a strong wind in the summer. And in winter, this wind is critical.
Windy, that's a fact🙈. Alas. They returned from NABK on 1.02(
Blow!
Tell me at least))) is the wind warm or cool?
It's winter there, with a freezing wind.
Good evening, could you please tell me what time the tides occur at this hotel and how often do they happen?

Tides are present, they are cyclical and are related to the moon. At this hotel, people still don't swim from the shore. They swim from a pontoon. There are only two spots: 1- with a sandy bottom (water up to the knees during low tide, up to the waist during high tide), 2- a deeper area (not affected by the tides). Everything is monitored and there are restrictions in the form of buoys.
Can you please tell me what an additional space in a standard room looks like? And what types of rooms are available after renovation?
Rooms after renovation are only provided at an additional cost. The price for a room per day is 40-50 USD, payable in cash in an envelope. The envelope will be provided. 😂
Can you advise if it's not very convenient for recreation to choose hotels with aquaparks?
Okay, the minibus runs regularly. But I think in the evening, the last one goes to the water park around 8 o'clock, and then you probably have to walk... but I'm not sure, I mostly lived in the main building. 🙏🏻
Is it worth paying extra for the first row if we are flying with children? And is it a long walk on foot?
It's not worth it. Since the children will mainly be in the water park. You won't have much opportunity to ride on the pontoon at the sea. We walked through the hotel, it took about 10-15 minutes with little children. So you leave your hotel, the water park has its own reception, restaurant, etc. You cross the road and you will see the entrance to the reception of the first line. From there, you can either go to the beach by car or on foot, but the territory is large.
Hello everyone. Could you please tell me how to make a reservation at the a la carte restaurants in the hotel?
Please, enter the program at 00:00 and sign up. 👍
And what program? The website that has notes?
Yes, there is a QR code there.
You can make an appointment at the reception. It's better in the morning. It has been noticed that they reserve a portion of the visits for online bookings, and another portion for walk-in appointments.
